今次試食一間香港仔於華富邨的銀都冰室1968年開業,銀都冰室就位在香港南區中心的香港仔,店家位在大樓內,但真的有夠隱密,所以很少遊客會逛到這邊來,但影友們拍照完都順便來打個卡。室內裝潢提供舊色卡位,整個就標準香港老味道,連一個舊時吐啖警告都有,食野除了食品外,都要食環境。今次我推介年輕必食飯味,腿蛋飯加餐肉我自己稱為「兒童三寶飯」,當日食到太陽蛋生得來有少少脆邊,火腿少少微暖,唔會過熟變硬,餐肉鬆軟,配上最重要係個甜豉油,真係所有回憶都返來。

#搞串個pantry今日嚟到一個充滿住都市傳說嘅國度🔯,又有多人目擊UFO事件🛸,又有神秘棺木,呢度係邊?就係華富邨啦🌟!!#華富邨 過幾年就開始拆卸重建,原有舊時代嘅風情即將消失,想去嘅朋友可以把握時間去😚。今次就嚟到一間由1968年開業至今嘅茶餐廳😎。睇到個招牌嘅字體、舖頭嘅裝修,就已經感受到佢歲月嘅味道🥹。我哋今次嗌咗叉燒腸仔煎蛋飯($44)🍳、蒜茸汁吉列魚柳火腿意粉($48)🍝。兩碟嘅份量都係大大份,正常茶餐廳份量。叉燒腸仔煎蛋飯今次就切咗瘦叉個部分🐽,不過食落口唔會好老好乾,反而有蜜汁、豉油,成件事就變得好好食🤩!另外,豉油汁混合埋蛋黃,再配埋飯咁食,呢個配搭真係完全抗拒唔到。如果個煎蛋可以再多一、兩個就更好,咁就可以多啲蛋黃嚟撈飯😜!!蒜茸汁吉列魚柳火腿意粉就係港式西餐嘅感覺,味道唔錯🤤,不過略嫌魚柳太薄,炸粉太多🐟。而意粉煮得好腍,我哋就鐘意腍啲,所以感覺唔錯!!呢到華富,相信呢度會比到你一種回到過去嘅feel😝。大家不妨過一過嚟行個圈,食下嘢。

公仔麵係我鍾意嘅硬身質地,最驚食啲發漲麵,湯底清得嚟又夠味,同上面湯通粉一樣,唔係平時一丁嗰種;炸雞翼有4隻,香口又唔乾,夠哂簡單好味😋
