農夫包的外皮烘焗得酥脆,入口不韌,內裡則有香濃的咖喱醬,味道濃郁豐厚,但不算太辣。咖喱和牛舌的搭配不錯。🐮 牛舌厚切,數量有五塊左右,口感軟嫩,而額外附上的黃咖喱汁適合蘸在麵包上。這份菜式的份量也不小,較適合兩人一齊分享👍🏻🙌🏻

去灣仔做嘢,上網搵食,睇到坡椰坡囉咪都幾好咁,就去一試。馬拉肉骨茶 $1482-3人的份量,有濃濃的藥材香。有數塊豬軟骨,軟骨卜卜脆,配料有冬菇杞子。藥材味完全滲入冬菇同肉,好味。豬軟骨再蘸上醬油,味道更豐富。喝一口湯,整個身體都暖和了起來。福建蝦湯麵 $75麵選了摻摻,有米粉同油麵,湯麵端上來的時候,湯頭的香氣馬上撲鼻而來。喇沙湯底,但又唔會太濃味,帶少少辣。蝦都幾大隻,肉都幾新鮮。麵煮得剛剛好,好掛湯。香茅雞扒煎蛋飯 $66 跟例湯發揮正常,雞扒前煎至外金黃肉嫩,煎蛋搭配上特製嘅甜醬汁,整體唔錯。凍美祿恐龍 $15好好飲,有好多美祿粉,味道夠濃,好解渴。

麵選了摻摻,有米粉同油麵,湯麵端上來的時候,湯頭的香氣馬上撲鼻而來。喇沙湯底,但又唔會太濃味,帶少少辣。蝦都幾大隻,肉都幾新鮮。麵煮得剛剛好,好掛湯。

脆卜卜嘅咖喱包,真係令人食慾大開配上椰香嘅咖喱同牛腩,濃濃的咖喱香味撲鼻而來,而牛腩燉得入味多汁,咬一口,肉質軟綿,再配埋脆卜卜嘅包又更加好食。而佢嘅海南雞飯都唔輸蝕,一碟金黃的雞肉配上香噴噴的飯,睇起來就已經胃口大開。雞肉鮮嫩多汁,配上辣椒醬,一口下去,鹹香辣甜交錯。而且套餐嘅海南雞飯有免費嘅油飯同埋湯附送。接著是甜品時間,芒果千層糕配上紅豆和椰汁。千層糕層次分明,口感細膩,芒果的清甜與紅豆的香濃搭配得天衣無縫,椰汁的清香更是為這道甜品增色不少。最後就是飲品了,凍爆泡拉茶和凍美祿恐龍。啲泡多到爆出嚟,真係好澎湃,好適合打卡。又或者另一杯美祿恐龍大量嘅美祿堆積喺杯上邊,都非常之好睇。
