趁6點左右無咁多人即刻入去食😁肉骨茶套餐 $75肉骨茶湯底好濃郁,呢個啱晒冬天食😏陣陣藥材香氣撲鼻,入口香濃,入面有冬菇,杞子,三嚿排骨。排骨肉質比較實淨,唔似炆餸果啲咁林身。肉骨茶飲到杞子既甜味,感覺好有藥膳feel。我最鍾意就係先畢一匙羹飯之後再潷啲湯浸住啲飯咁食😁。焗咖喱包豬扒(黃咖喱)$93堅係好大個包😆食落個包好有脆豬feel,充滿牛油味而且仲好鬆脆,配厚切切豬扒。店員問咖喱要邊款,黃咖喱定紅咖喱?我問有咩分別。店員解說黃咖喱是椰香味重的星加坡黃咖喱,紅咖喱即是印度咖喱,蕃茄味重啲。咁我最後揀咗黃咖喱。椰汁冰$20 無咩特別,正常咁啦~ continue reading

最近朋友約我去灣仔食飯,一聽個名已經覺得好特別,晚飯時間完全係坐滿晒,我哋今日嚟到都要排一陣隊,不過好快就有得入座。呢度餐牌都有好多選擇,最後我哋叫咗幾樣嘢都超好食!首先就係呢度都有啲好吸引嘅套餐,我哋要咗炆牛肋骨煲套餐,牛肋骨真係炆得好腍,好入味。另外一個就要左福建蝦湯麵,呢到有得改麵底做我最鍾意嘅摻摻,一半米粉一半油麵,更多variety更好食!湯底亦都好濃郁,啲蝦又大隻又新鮮,真係幾好食。我哋都叫咗兩樣嘢大家一齊分享,就係馬拉盞炒菜同蝦餅。炒菜炒得好清脆,又唔會過油,加埋啲蒜香真係好惹味蝦餅亦都炸得超級脆,加埋個醬汁食就最正!叫咗一個熱嘅爆泡拉茶,覺得都幾特別,真係超多泡泡,用嚟打卡幾好。甜品就要咗一個斑斕千層糕,唔會太甜,作為飯後總結都唔錯。 continue reading

最近發現到灣仔開張咗一間新餐廳,係主打新加坡菜嘅「坡椰坡囉咪」,兩個人去簡簡單單食個二人套餐便已足矣。二人套餐(單點$248),海南雞半隻,雞皮口感薄身、爽滑,皮下帶有膠原蛋白啫喱,雞肉肉質嫩滑,一夾起雞件,已經見到有雞油、雞汁於雞肉表面,做到皮爽肉滑嘅條件之外,食落雞味濃郁,配以薑蓉、酸辣醬、黑醬油食用,味道正宗。魷魚炒通菜配馬拉汁(跟餐$0),表面鋪滿炸蒜,魷魚口感不韌,食落有鮮味,通菜口感爽脆,略嫌兩者食落係獨立分開的,馬拉汁味道獨特,類似混合了蝦醬、蠔油、甜醬。小食兩款拼盤(跟餐$0),蝦餅口感薄身,炸漿加入了麵包糠,令外層部分食落更加脆口,肉質彈牙,味道鮮甜;魚餅內有檸檬葉,配以蒜蓉酸辣汁食用,味道更佳。油酥餅(跟餐$28),口感帶點煙韌,食落好香口。雞油飯(跟餐$3),雞油味道濃香,帶點香茅味道,所以食落不會覺得太過油膩。白飯(跟餐$0),飯粒口感軟硬適中。是日例湯(跟餐$0),好足料,內有陳皮、豬骨、雞架、紅蘿蔔、花生、眉豆,味道清甜。是日甜品(跟餐$0),芒果西米千層糕味道香甜,斑蘭千層糕味道清香,略嫌口感偏粉、不太煙韌,未能做到千層層次分明嘅效果,配以紅豆、椰汁食用,味道香甜。青檸梳打(跟餐$15),飲落好清爽。熱檸檬柚子蜜(跟餐$6),味道酸甜。 continue reading
