To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假期去文武廟拜神， 原來而家嗰度都成為咗旅遊景點。 搞掂之後，本身諗住去蓮香樓飲茶， 原來而家又變咗小紅書網紅店😂😂。 輾轉之下終於行返出大街， 近馬會附近有兩間酒樓， 隨便選擇了這間北園， 重點係好多位， 有位就隨便一間都冇所謂。首先講咗最需要避雷的食物， 油炸食物可以完全避開，可以的話不要選。。。蝦多士非常油、超級油、 食完成後都係油， 完全係 吸滿油嘅麵包， 蝦肉極少。避風塘魷魚鬚又係非常之油， 好多油， 唔夠爽脆。手指粗腐皮卷外皮炸唔起， 唔脆 有啲韌， 質感奇怪， 個餡都麻麻地。其他點心，鮮蝦菠菜餃、手剁鮮牛肉球、明爐叉燒腸、蟹柳肚皇扎， 呢幾個都幾好食。 特別係 蟹柳肚皇扎， 腐皮彈得嚟夠淋滑， 而且有魚肚吸收咗醬汁好好食。 菠菜餃大大隻， 但最奇怪裏面係會有蒜蓉。富豪炒飯， 都算炒得爽口而且足料。鮑汁鳳爪、酥皮蛋撻仔、脆皮叉燒包， 呢幾款冇食所以唔知道。但整體服務差，明明有位都要喺出面等，唔知打乜， 都算啦 咁咪等囉。 問佢新春有冇加二加三， 個職員話唔知我講乜。 終於搵到經禮問係話加一。 但係點心紙唔同咗價格，新年專用點心紙 ，後來係openrice睇到😂😂平時不用甘貴， 新年點心紙最貴嗰個 要差不多60蚊， 最衰唔記得影低點心紙。還有我們不是熟客，沒有派利是。店員對有派利是的客人，很熱情。

一間超級唔得既酒樓，花膠五蛇羹完全無花膠，蛇肉都無，菊花絲同檸檬葉都冇，問高級職員就話啲花膠溶晒，再問有無菊花絲，最後就俾咗碟爛既菊花絲，職員態度勁差。燒味拼盤得兩款燒味，其他根本就係前菜，唔係燒味，而且啲燒肉皮冧晒，雞又肥，一啲都唔好食。最過分係辣椒油要$20一碟，再問有冇唔使加錢嘅，就俾咗碟辣椒豉油就當係辣椒油，完全唔想服務啲顧客。啲職員完全唔肯做野，落單果陣已經問咩都話唔知，連高級職員都態度差，係呢度食飯絕對係受氣，啲野食又唔好食，完全唔會再黎！

今天經過上環北園樓第一次上去幫襯中午茶, 坐落叫咗的點心, 先來點心上枱, 見到义燒腸只見上面有粉但番轉一看下面冇粉只見义燒, 只得一層腸粉, 飲咗幾十年茶都未過, 真偷工減料, 燒味偏咸, 其他都幾好.

每年都會同屋企人去北園慶祝中秋節今年一樣，嗌左半圍餐牌乳豬半隻，勁長一塊，片連肉一齊，溫度唔夠熱，係暖既，而且唔夠脆，味道可以帶子珊瑚蚌炒西芹翠玉瓜6粒帶子，翠肉瓜生既，一樣唔熱，味道ok雀巢蝦球🦐🦐炸得好脆，不過肉眼見到炸得唔多均勻食落蝦味都唔重，都係唔熱蟹肉蛋白娃娃菜賣相扣曬分，似嘔吐物，味道好淡鮑魚生菜鵝掌鮑魚好大隻，彈牙，鵝掌炆得都夠入味有咬口，成碟菜汁都夠多夠味半隻炸子雞味道幾好，外皮都炸得好脆，但係一樣唔熱，同埋大部分都係雞胸石班細條係全日最熱最好食既一碟，不過唔記得影相，蒸得好好，好滑👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

公司食飯，叫團餐啦等咗1.5 小時，只有上咗3個點心。真心痴線，都唔那係做生意。追極都無，垃圾酒樓，經理態度極衰，黑晒面咁，又唔處理，成件事唔知做乜。浪費時間，垃圾。
