To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年都會同屋企人去北園慶祝中秋節今年一樣,嗌左半圍餐牌乳豬半隻,勁長一塊,片連肉一齊,溫度唔夠熱,係暖既,而且唔夠脆,味道可以帶子珊瑚蚌炒西芹翠玉瓜6粒帶子,翠肉瓜生既,一樣唔熱,味道ok雀巢蝦球🦐🦐炸得好脆,不過肉眼見到炸得唔多均勻食落蝦味都唔重,都係唔熱蟹肉蛋白娃娃菜賣相扣曬分,似嘔吐物,味道好淡鮑魚生菜鵝掌鮑魚好大隻,彈牙,鵝掌炆得都夠入味有咬口,成碟菜汁都夠多夠味半隻炸子雞味道幾好,外皮都炸得好脆,但係一樣唔熱,同埋大部分都係雞胸石班細條係全日最熱最好食既一碟,不過唔記得影相,蒸得好好,好滑👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

中式酒樓,離不開喜慶事。一圍一圍,大家坐到一起,一起慶祝。今晚嚟到上環北圍酒家,一定要讚吓佢嗰至專燒鵝皇。去到晚宴後半段,通常都飽咗七成。但係呢隻燒鵝一上到枱瞬間俾人吃光光。食得出係即場燒烤,皮脆肉嫩多汁,燒鵝脂肪分布,非常平均淡淡香味。無論你食到幾飽,都會想再食多一件。 continue reading

正式移居HK,前后仅用了一个月的时间。这是我们全家第一次hK过年😝,今天就邀请了先生的同学们一起过节🙋这个菜单是先生提前到店里定制的,店里套餐的话,总体性价比更高一些。.🧚‍♂️环境方面:有大堂,有包房,我们订的这个包房最多可以放3桌。环境方面就是港式酒楼的那种“复古”风格……🧚‍♂️服务方面:可能是过年,客人都爆满的原因,服务方面相对“匆忙”一些。🧚‍♂️关于出品:不得不说,老式酒楼对出品的把握,还是很ok的。🐷|烤乳猪^这道菜的技术含量还是相当高的皮脆肉嫩,相当到位🐟|鱼翅^等我们都吃完了,服务员才把红醋上上来只有豆芽,没有香菜……教育先生,以后要环保,最好不要点鱼翅了🤣🦐|蒜蓉开边西澳龙虾^都是现捞现做的,相当生猛调味恰到好处,老少皆宜🐚|酥炸美国桶蚝^这个蚝的个头相当的巨大且肥硕包着底下的生菜一起吃,能起到解腻的作用🐠|清蒸东星斑^东星斑的个头相当的大,童叟无欺啊海鲜类的出品,主要是食材新鲜,味道方面就不会走远.总体OK,家庭聚会,商务宴请也都相当适合 continue reading
