Came here after seeing some Hong Kong foodies have them and it sounded like a rather interesting combination. It's actually quite annoying to get to, a 5-10 minute walk from the closest MTR station, but easily accessible by car. I came here on a Monday night, so it was relatively empty and quiet, with only 2 groups of other customers in the store.
The ice cream was very flavourful, made from Sweet Potatoes from Japan, they have quite a few selections, I believe they also have normal milk ice cream which I did not try. The sweet potato ice cream was not what I expected. I was expecting something that was more savory and didn't really expect it to work well at first. But it did, it worked very well, and they even had this sweet potato paste to go with it which really enhanced the taste. The texture is a little different from normal ice cream, I believe they're trying to mimic the starchy/floury texture of sweet potatoes.
Overall a very nice experience and good end to your day, except that it is at a rather inconvenient location. Price is very reasonable considering their imported sweet potatoes from Japan, ranges from 40-50 per ice cream.
