每次返到長洲都必定食呢間餐廳。今日再幫襯,哇😧真喺垃圾到不得了!先唔講啲餸已經越黎越差,連態度都越黎越衰。等半個鐘先黎一個餸菜再等15分鐘先一個餸,之後再等成個鐘啲餸都未黎。催佢出餸又話廚房證緊🤬等到我地唔耐煩,話要cut單。佢地又話廚房煮緊,前後等咗半個鐘⋯ 建議唔好再幫襯!R人入去食飯嘅時候態度好多舐晒鞋底咁,笑容滿面。落order嘅時候都仲係好好態度。結果等咗成個鐘之後,催佢快啲上菜,結果黑晒面,態度西到不得了😡😡🤬 continue reading

於2024年6月8日進食。很多年沒來長洲,除了想念長洲大魚蛋,就是海鮮餐。記得很久以前有在蘇波記記過晚餐,所以街邊上姐姐熱情招手時就入座,想不到是一場惡夢。點了一個188$套餐,包括了兩個自選小菜,一個湯品,一個炒菜。椒鹽瀨尿蝦🧂份量對兩個人來說剛好,不過吃完我頭都大了,滿臉問號。可解純吃蒜頭有味道,但瀨尿蝦的味道完全是沒味,肉質更是不佳,談不上新鮮,更談不上惹味,它最好的關係就是從沒往來。蒜蓉蟶子🌊一盆有很多蟶子,但屬於細小,可處理不善,有沙,更有殼碎、內臟衣膜等,非常之可怕,馬上向侍應投訴了,他幫我們退了並換了椒鹽魷魚給我們。椒鹽魷魚由我重新點菜到上菜不用2分鐘,令我有理由相信一早已經弄好。同上兩道菜一樣,都是欠缺咸味和鮮味,但上兩道菜太可怕,所以這個已可以叫中上,至少酥脆、乾淨。另外粟米羹味道正常,但吃到生粉形成的糊狀口感,未能溶化,感覺就像口裏有痰。至於炒菜非常油膩。 continue reading

終於捱過一星期,又到放假嘅日子。今日元宵佳節適逢港鐵有半價優惠,於是同女朋友計劃去咗長洲行吓。我哋遲起身,未食早餐;一落船先隊左個芒果糯米糍頂頂肚先,根住行過有個姐姐介紹食海鮮。佢話278有三個餸,海鮮小菜都可以,任揀。佢仲話送炒菜同湯。我哋見都多人食,姑且試吓。菜心同粟米羹係送嘅,另外我哋叫咗薑蔥鮑魚,粉絲蒜蓉蒸扇貝同清蒸䱽魚,另外叫多咗個白飯同啤酒。先講送嗰兩味餸,菜心都算鮮甜,而且份量唔算少。個粟米羹都算幾好味,每人有兩碗夠晒飽肚。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,係細粒啲,但係都新鮮;粉絲同蒜蓉都好味,而且有六粒都唔算少。薑蔥鮑魚每人都有兩粒,味道算唔錯。至於條蒸䱽魚,簡直係點睛之作,大條又多肉,蒸嘅火候啱啱好;條魚都好嫩滑。埋單共收327。我哋食得好開心,加埋個開陽海景,性價比甚高。食完嘢我哋經北帝廟上咗去北眺亭,行吓山沿途風景好靚,來回行咗一個鐘,輕舒腳頭夠晒寫意。 continue reading

當年住長洲,絕少幫襯北帝廟果邊d海鮮店,反而最多去BBQ.今次入去長洲影櫻花兼探吓D舊街坊,順道過去食埋飯先出反香港.深知係海鮮街搵位不易,所以準備 Plan A Plan B,搵唔到位就出香港先食晚飯,行過蘇波記,見到有位,於是坐係海邊食晚飯.海鮮街有成十多檔餐廳,已經忘記咗手勢最好係邊間,而且一早已知道好多低質店,所以無期望就無失望.點咗薑蔥鮑魚,椒鹽軟殼蟹,娃娃菜,椒鹽鮮魷,蒸扇貝.曾經係長洲東灣摸過蜆,知道當地D蜆超好食,殼大肉大,唔係殼大肉細,問D待應妹妹豉椒炒蜆係咪長洲蜆,答覆吞吞吐吐話係,9成吹水啦,見上枱嘅菜都係細細碟,所以叫埋豉椒炒蜆.首先所有菜份量都過低,偷工減料! 薑蔥鮑魚叫做最滿意,夠軟夠鮮甜,軟殼蟹夠脆但太油膩,蒸扇貝得三隻雖然夠大隻但粉絲過少,口感比較韌,椒鹽鮮魷太細,又一偷工減料之作.炒蜆,殼細肉細,肯定唔係長洲蜆,呃人!另外叫兩罐汽水,追四次都未見.無那那又上蠔餅俾我,轉頭又上蒜蓉開邊蝦俾我,無點嘅小菜一碟一碟上俾我,好明顯D單亂哂籠!雖然無期望,但唔會再幫襯吧! 亦都唔見意大家去幫襯. continue reading

第一次寫食評,因為好耐冇去過一間咁垃圾的餐廳,希望大家切勿浪費金錢和時間在此處。放假入長洲海鮮街食晚飯,頭一兩間都full哂,就一直穿梭在海鮮街,俾蘇波記門口阿姐煩到乖乖坐低,好快叫咗兩餸 $188 ( 送粟米羹)分別係避風塘炒蟹同蒸扇貝。大概10分鐘後,先黎四件軟殼蟹,嗰刻呆左🙄食落去仲一口油,已經好唔對路再嚟蒸扇貝3隻,超靭又完全冇味😑我錯了我不應受門口阿姐的疲勞轟炸入去呢間需要受殲滅的垃圾餐廳 continue reading
