個人來說我都是最喜歡食湯麵,牛腩河真是我超鍾意的食物,知道有這間餐廳新開張,很開心。所以立即點了試試,我覺得價錢合理,牛腩很淋很有牛香味,很怕有些麵店是粒粒牛肉碎配很多肥肉,呢間不會,一整排牛腩,啖啖肉很爽,河粉都算幼不會一夾就斷,整體我覺得好食,會再幫襯。

清湯沙腩麵 $47+6牛腩麵本身$47, 如果要特別部位例如爽腩,坑腩或者崩沙腩就要另加$6原本心大心細坑腩定沙腩但店員話坑腩lunch time 就已經賣晒,所以今次試下沙腩.黎到個樣已經好靚仔,牛腩顏色好粉嫩食落牛腩腍滑不鬆散,牛味都幾濃郁而個湯底就傾向清香,唔係好重味講返個腩,腩肉半肥半瘦,咬落油脂豐腴,係我喜歡既質感同味道.成碗麵都好食,值得encore 唯一可惜係清湯腩麵本身無蘿蔔,要另叫, 但另叫都唔貴.好食原來因為呢間係天后馳名清湯腩既新品牌,味道有保證,希望keep到落去.腩汁蘿白 $17好清甜,大部分都無渣又夠大大舊

開左都冇一個月,搏你地喺科學園返工的人冇咩選擇,服務態度食物質量每況越下都吹佢唔脹。雙拼收費方法隨意改,唔會顯示喺menu 度,總之佢話點就點,收到張單見到收費唔同左,老細一句得埋黎,"唔啱食就轉過第二樣!" 真係吹佢唔脹開張初期覺得佢d 清湯腩真係夠清,唔多味精,粉量尚算ok (雖然女士都可能會唔夠飽);而家直情好似油加清水咁;咖喱就得個甜味,薯仔多過牛腩;暫時係得個炸魚皮keep 到水準。真係比多少少$ 去3期樓上食意粉都冇咁嬲

科學園的餐廳選擇越來越貧乏,這年大換血,換到中午更加唔知食乜好, 終於。。。開了間清湯腩,想食粉麵有著落了。今日同同事來lunch, 因為是最繁忙的時段,所以我們來到已經大排長龍, 幸好所需等候的時間唔算太長, 15分鐘左右就到我們了。餐廳的菜單包羅萬有, 但當然最主打的是清湯牛腩吧, 但我食得較重口味所以點了牛三實酸辣粉。另外我們加了腩汁蘿蔔。這家的酸辣粉不是我們正常想像中的, 湯底以清湯加入白醋之類的酸,然後在薯粉上頭澆了兩大匙勺辣椒油,辣勁十足,但略嫌有點馬虎, 不過味道還不錯。牛三寳算幾到位, 有肉味, 牛腩炆得軟熟。腩汁蘿蔔比我想像中好味, 蘿蔔沒有筋,煮得很透很入味。
