越式豪華火煱,人稱鐵帽子鍋嘅越式火鍋。有依個別名、因為鍋嘅形狀似一隻反轉咁嘅帽。火煱可選椰子雞湯或者蟹湯。而基本已包含菜、蜆、魷魚同牛肉。經理介紹我哋可以先品嘗湯頭,跟住將配料焯熟,再用菜葉包住嚟食。依個番茄蟹湯超好味,番茄同蟹非常濃郁。配料亦非常新鮮、再加埋濱海、用生菜葉包住,又真係好好味。

食完主食,當然係甜品時間啦。餐廳提供嘅五款甜品當中,我哋揀咗桂圓黑糯米、椰汁斑蘭西米糕同埋菠蘿香茅乳酪。 桂圓黑糯米有一大球雲尼拿雪糕球,黑糯米中有大大粒嘅桂圓肉。椰汁斑蘭西米糕,成個青BB、一眼就睇得出係斑蘭。整個西米糕都充滿椰汁同斑蘭香味。菠蘿香茅乳酪,一大件嘅燒菠蘿,菠蘿燒過後非常之甜美,乳酪面頭有磨成蓉嘅香茅,估唔到混埋乳酪原來都幾好味。

食到尾,我同另一位朋友叫埋越南滴咖啡。經理咁啱經過,介紹咗依個越南滴咖啡嘅煉奶都係嚟自越南,以保證有越南風味,而凍飲咖煉奶原來係比熱飲多一倍嫁。越南咖啡並唔係一種咖啡豆的品種,而係一種咖啡的飲法。使用滴漏式嘅咖啡器具,而多數都係用咗經過重烘焙,苦味比較重嘅Robusta 咖啡豆,再配上煉奶。越南滴咖啡嘅味道非常濃烈,咖啡嘅苦味、堅果味隨著煉奶嘅甜甜口感,帶出令一種層次,相當之好飲。

越南菜,食來食去都係生牛肉河,毫無新意!但今次食果間越南菜,居然有啲驚喜首先,推介下個豬肉同雞肉串燒,燒得岩岩好,唔鞋,不過香茅味有啲重,其實都好食嘅之後食左蒜香牛油雞翼,啲炸皮太厚,同埋雞翼有少少紅,可以改善一下重點黎啦,就係濃湯鮮茄蟹肉檬粉,呢個真係不得了,茄味同蟹味好出,仲有好多蟹肉,絕對唔係求求其其!最後,食到非常飽,之不過仲有份拉椰糕甜品,好有椰子味同好煙un!!整體來講,呢度無論環境同地點都無得輸,徝得一去!

個牛肉串燒賣相睇落好似幾好,一食不得了,個牛肉係入口即化,唔好意思,係落咗鬆肉粉嗰種化

跟住個春捲嚟到我真係下咗一聲,只有四小件,係茶樓食到嘅春捲一半嘅size,盛惠78蚊... 重點係味道毫無特別,如果用佢畀埋嘅生菜包住一齊食就更加乜味都食唔到...

我係由ig得知呢間新開嘅餐廳,亦都見到佢哋soft opening期間有九折優惠。有枱客人問係openrice book唔到枱但係會唔會照有九折,個經理就話冇 (佢地應該係唔知唔使book都會有優惠),但當我之後同經理講我喺ig見到個優惠佢就話可以照做返個九折俾我(??),希望餐廳要做優惠嘅話唔好做到咁小家...

差唔多食到尾聲嘅時候, 有staff走埋嚟想收我隻碟,重點係我根本未食完,仲有食物喺隻碟度,所以冇比佢收。話口未完又有另一個staff想收我隻碟,今次我態度有啲強硬話我仲未食完,跟住佢走咗。我同男友講笑話如果仲有第三個人走埋嚟我諗我會反枱,點知真係有!! 好彩佢喺我未發火之前俾第一個staff拉走咗佢。當晚係冇乜客人,起碼有一半吉枱, 我唔知啲staff係想趕客定係太得閒冇嘢做喺度玩收碟...

好心做下staff training啦,問menu點解冇我喺網上見到嘅法包,個侍應支支吾吾話得午市有但可以照做畀我,但係價錢會貴啲,問佢幾錢佢就好似求其噏咗個價錢出嚟咁,我真係無言以對

總括而言間嘢開正係時代廣場對面,咪又係諗住做打工仔同遊客嘅生意,可想而知會有幾正宗

至於另一款甜品咖啡雪山更加好食,咖啡雪山喺越式餐廳都幾普遍嘅甜品。但係呢個特別就特別在餐廳自製左呢啲焦糖脆米通,就係呢個焦糖脆米通令到呢一個甜品咁特別。而且咖啡重裝左落個試管度影相都幾靚。鍾意咖啡味濃啲可以落多啲,淡啲嘅可以落少啲。呢個甜品會令到我再次encore呢一間餐廳呀。😌😌

首先嗌咗個蒜香牛油雞翼($68),一上碟已經聞到好濃蒜同牛油味,雞翼炸完都仲好多汁,正!

另外叫左蒜蓉燒大頭蝦($188)同燒牛柳串($48),個蝦除左蒜蓉之外仲有好多芝士,超邪惡。個牛柳粒燒得幾好食,仲好滑同多汁,本身醃得幾入味,配埋個酸酸地ge sauce更開胃!

主食就叫左春卷雞肉串撈檬($88),落埋魚露撈嚟食好入味。呢度嘅串燒特別好食,個雞肉串又係嫩滑多汁。春卷個皮好脆!

最後叫埋個甜品好圓滿,叫左咖啡雪山($48)同椰汁斑蘭西米糕($38)。
佢咖啡雪山係用咗椰子雪糕,落埋個咖啡就勁似係越南飲緊椰子咖啡咁!好正

個椰汁斑蘭西米糕就好重斑蘭嘅味道,仲要啖啖西米,都幾好味。
