朋友介紹中環開左間新café，對於日日飲咖啡但飲厭連鎖café 的我係好消息! 店舖位於中環, 響中環扶手電梯直上就剄，十分方便返工/lunch hour 順便買杯咖啡。今次同事想食個light lunch, 我就同佢去試呢間café。先講環境，店舖有兩層,地面/basement都可以坐，堂食位置不少，坐耐少少都冇問題，仲有個大波鞋牆可以打卡！至於食物，今次試左Charcoal Sesame Bagel with Ice Cream同埋Cheese & Smashed Potato Bread with Bolognese Sause，兩款賣相味道都唔錯!重點當然係飲品啦，因為同事唔飲咖啡, 所以叫左Black Tea Latte, 茶底居然係澳洲出名的T2，好驚喜! 我就叫左Latte轉左Solebrew豆，真係好香好特別其他café好少有, 一試難忘! 推介咖啡一定要upgrade Solebrew豆!Solebrew夜晚會變身酒吧，下次happy hour一定會試埋signature cocktail continue reading

    咖啡本身幾好飲, 都幫襯過幾次, 雖然中環好多咖啡店, 但佢本身佢咖啡豆係香, 所以貴少少寃會走上黎買, 但好可惜既係唔同人沖既咖啡, 水準既落差都幾大, 中午LUNCH 後照常上黎照舊買熱既美式, 點知唔見個四肥男仔沖, 變左個女仔沖, 一攞起杯野既温度就己經知伏, 熱到一個點,  都估到杯咖啡一定沖到勁難飲同苦澀, 返到公司, 一飲真係伏到爆, 一睇就知果個女仔根本就唔識沖咖啡, 簡直浪費左杯咁好飲既咖啡, 仲要浪費埋我D錢, 希望老問見到留言會自己親自試下個分別~  continue reading
