晚餐就到愉景灣享用,東涌搭巴士過去很近也方便正餐選了 Sopranos ,而甜點就到隔壁的餐廳,有夠瘋狂了天氣開始轉涼坐在戶外用餐也不錯,大家都選啤酒,而我嘛還是喝奶昔比較適合草莓口味的,但成品奶味較重 同時 也不夠冰凍鮮蝦牛油果沙律是我選的,長大了特別喜歡吃牛油果還記得以前跟妹妹覺得它的味道很怪切得厚厚 份量又多的牛油果,看見就開心啦~ 新鮮的沙律菜嫩爽清甜的,牛油果細滑香濃讓我這晚吃了很多,唯一要嫌的是蝦子爽彈但缺鮮味炸魷魚圈 炸得香脆但油份還蠻多,有點膩幸好魷魚鮮味不韌秘製香辣雞翼 (9pcs)個頭大的雞翼,肉嫩沾上微辣的醬汁會更惹味2款炸物佐酒都不錯,但我不是喝酒啊>"<秘製醬汁燒排骨份量很巨大咧,燒排骨味道來得剛好不會過鹹,肉質也算鬆化軟腍只是2旁的排骨可能會比較乾硬一點,藏在底下的薯角也好吃意式水欖薄餅其實水欖是我挺怕的食材,味道不太討喜,但這款PIZZA意外是我喜歡的可能因為起士下得多,也有磨菇片招牌薄餅味道有點像連鎖店的某款pizza,因為材料有菠蘿、辣肉腸、磨菇、洋蔥、青椒等的餅底做得薄脆,味道也算不俗,但意式水欖的比較特別 我更愛吃過鹹的,其實都已經飽到不像話~但仍到旁邊吃甜點,吃甜總有位置容得下,而且也難得來到了嘛 continue reading

忙碌工作,假期當然也要盡情享受。Work Hard,Play Hard,我是十分認同的。所以是日假期,中午跟食友在ICC吃過豐富的午餐後,便前去好友Oli家探望她的貓貓,晚上更齊齊殺入愉景灣吃足兩場,是非常充實的一天。愉景灣的頭場,大家選去Sporanos吃披薩。由於天氣不太炎熱,經商議後索性坐在外面,感覺更加舒適。先來杯喝的,有人要啤一啤佢,而我卻不太想飲酒,只柯打了雲尼拿奶昔。可是,我的奶昔又唔凍又唔香,令我有點後悔。由於要留肚待會食甜品,所以點了不太多的食物,先以沙律開始講起。牛油果大蝦沙律,份量好大,正適合這裡出沒的鬼佬。牛油果和沙律菜新鮮,其中菜蔬爽脆,不過大蝦欠缺鮮味,稍為挽底了分數。另有兩款的炸小食,分別是炸魷魚圈和炸雞翼,香口東西從來是佐酒良品。前者香脆之餘,魷魚亦沒有太韌,雞翼不會炸得太乾太縮水,沾上辣醬汁,惹味無窮,吃得過癮。一心來吃Pizza,所以也揀了兩款,有意式水欖薄餅和招牌薄餅。我食力太有限,無辦清掉兩件,只嚐了後者,因為我估計招牌的,水準應該會更好。這招牌薄餅,材料是辣肉腸、磨菇、洋蔥、菠蘿、青椒等等,做得香口,餅底薄脆,邊位更吸引,我認為不俗。但有人說水欖的更勝一籌,我唯有留待下次來再試。還有很巨大的Spare Ribs,有勞Thomas幫我們做分菜員。燒排骨連同醬汁吃,很惹味,大致也算鬆化,只是近邊邊位的一兩件會比較硬,但整體都是合格。墊底的薯角,很香,我喜歡。咸食已經很足夠,大家稍移玉步,到旁邊同集團的另一餐廳食甜品。 continue reading

假日又入去行下下午時間 都滿座被安排坐去outdoor冇問題啦Order了Chicken Fajitas (惹味烤雞軟薄餅卷) Maxican Nachos(墨西哥粟米薄脆)叫多2杯啤酒啤啤佢Maxican Nachos(墨西哥粟米薄脆)$135一上菜  waiter 話個碟好熱  叫我地小心  但又好搞笑地  既然佢知熱  點解唔將個碟放係中間  而放係台邊  要我地再自行放個碟係台中間呢???栗米片有D燶...  食食下.... 原來係supermarket買到既薯片粟米片  誠意差D喎......勝左夠熱... 但真係得粟米片同少少芝士同青豆蓉....Chicken Fajitas (惹味烤雞軟薄餅卷)$145用鐵板上既烤雞  大約一中塊既雞扒  肉夠"林' 洋蔥同紅青椒絲都幾好味軟薄餅有4塊 仲有3款調味分別係忌廉  青豆蓉  蕃薯辣醬後者最醒胃啤酒就冇得comment好定唔好啦relax下係唔錯啊 continue reading

今日同朋友去左愉景灣行,行完沙灘之後,選擇左Sopranos 作為我地午膳的地方。佢的餐單有係中英對照,不過待應全部係外國人,要用英文落單。點左 Sopranos Speaical  厚底 14' ($135),Seafood Pie  ($125) ( 呢個PIE 仲有MUSHROOM 同埋另外一隻口味可以選,不過我地間左海鮮。) 同埋叫左杯ASAHI ($60)。Sopranos Speaical 用料都係平時PIZZA 用的料。例如香腸,火煺,波羅,蘑菇。不過味道唔錯。餅底好鬆化,啲配料都好夾。本身好鐘意食芝士,佢會有芝士粉提供,食個陣審小小芝士粉上去又別有一番風味。Seafood Pie 味道都唔錯,不過就唔太抵食啦。佢個批並唔係平時食開的雞批、牛肉批、蘋果批咁入面有好多料,淡淡肉的感覺。而係好似焗蘇皮湯。上面係一層蘇皮,下面就係海鮮湯加小小蝦仁蟹柳咁樣。 蘇皮焗得好香脆,同埋最驚喜的地方係有濃濃的芝士味,亦都唔會太油。而個湯就普普通通,似係用現成的湯料再加啲海鮮落去製成的。 雖然味道唔錯,但係用百幾蚊買一個唔多足料的蘇皮湯唔係太抵啦。 Seafood Pie 仲有啲薯條伴碟。薯條係厚切個隻,炸得好香脆,點下啲海鮮湯食都幾好食,幾特別。Asahi 幾易入口,無平時飲開的啤酒咁苦。最後差唔多食完的時候WAITER 問我地有冇其他需要,我地話己經差唔多。意想不到的係佢竟然送左一客TIRAMISU 俾我地。對呢間餐廳的好感度即時大增。其實好多時一個小小的舉動就可以令食客留低深刻的印象,食客從而亦都會考慮下一次再幫襯呢間餐廳同埋推薦呢間餐廳俾朋友。而家好多餐廳愈黎愈重視服務質素,佢地會設立一套準則 e.g. 要對食客有禮貌,要同食客打招呼,去維持服務水平。食客固然會覺得個度的服務唔錯,不過卻流於機械式。更高層次的係令食客有一種賓至如歸的感覺,咁樣先可以令食客對呢間餐廳有深刻的印象。要做到呢點,其實一個小小的舉動就己經可以。唔好話送野食咁誇張。例如食客食完啦,但係又想同朋友傾多陣計,如果餐廳又冇其他食客等位的話,其實可以針杯水俾佢地。言歸正轉,TIRAMUSU 好大件。可以同朋友SHARE。雪糕的密度好高。唔係平價雪糕。蛋糕亦都好軟滑。有淡淡的咖啡味。周圍的環境好好,係同朋友傾計 + RELAX 的好地方。 continue reading
