To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個月至少去四次,由接待員,經理以及收銀員態度奇差,打電話booking,通常到了都係要你等,全部人係門口等,叫個男經理加水,攞外賣盒永遠唔啋你,到收銀處希望用$500換$100用作給夥計貼士都覺得你麻煩,反而樓面的夥計會留客,難怪香港人北上飲食,收費還不是相宜的那種!另外食物是一般、大時大節全部都是大茶飯,即是套餐,一式一樣,一個味道,容忍真的有限,冇其他理由會再去,真的沒有下次了!還有上次點的豉油雞也是凍的!

等了一小時的蒸魚普通家庭晚飯,選擇就近的酒樓。是第二次幫襯,不幸地發生不愉快事件。我們7時入座,點了四人晚餐,當中包括一條蒸魚以及一煲湯和其他三個菜。其實上其他菜和湯的速度都正常的,到餸菜食完一半時,我們第一次向侍應提蒸魚還未到,侍應答「睇睇」後沒有跟進。餸菜食完8成時,我們第2次催,侍應答「唔係好耐姐」後沒有跟進。到其他餸菜都差不多食完時,我們第3次催,問侍應確實幾時才到?侍應先入廚房問,回覆要等12分鐘,問「咁你等唔等吖?」,另一位似高級一點的過來說句「我哋蒸魚新鮮劏嘅」,沒有道歉。其實當晚客人唔多,大概7成滿,侍應同經理都時常傾偈或企埋一邊。跟單有錯漏都不是大事,但在不忙碌時無視客人,浪費客人時間亦不道歉,實在令人不吐不快。

其實今次已經係我第二次嚟食呢一間酒樓 適逢家人生日 我喺今朝book咗位 夜晚7:30去食 留咗冬瓜盅同埋片皮鴨7:30到 侍應10分有禮貌 服務超級周到 我哋叫咗$498套餐 個湯幾好飲 足料夠味道 冬瓜盅食落好清新 都係足料 一斤龍躉 蒸出嚟唔會過熟 啱啱好 最好食係佢個薯仔牛柳粒 同埋黑豚肉咕嚕肉 我覺得佢環境好舒適 啲位又唔會好迫 $168片皮鴨 食落有驚喜 可以話係我食過top three 利申 無論香港定深圳定北京嘅片皮鴨我都有食過 所以呢間酒樓會比五星好評 性價比高 下次會再嚟

同朋友踩單車到科學園,已經夜晚了,不如就在附近食餐晚飯,醫好肚就返出沙田。鮮果咕嚕黑豚肉黑豚肉(即係咕嚕肉)非常肥嫩多汁,加上水果調製的醬汁,口感清新爽口。咕嚕肉吃起來脆香彈牙,另外仲有菠蘿、藍梅、青椒配料,交織出酸甜滋味,非常開胃。蜜汁桂花山藥淮山平時就食得多,但用蜜糖和桂花甜製就真係第一次食。廚師將淮山和清香的桂花和蜜汁完美地結合在一起 ,頗有創意。淮山經過烹調後,質地做得軟軟的,唔似平時食到的口感,獨特的甜蜜滋味,好似一道新型中式甜品。薑汁千層糕通常食完中餐,都會想看看有什麼甜品作尾。我們揀了這個薑汁千層糕,想不到薑汁千層糕非常有薑辣味,薑味的嗆感非常強,喜歡薑味的人一定非常喜歡。估唔到科學園都有間咁高質酒樓,下次可以帶屋企人過來一齊食~
