To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個月至少去四次,由接待員,經理以及收銀員態度奇差,打電話booking,通常到了都係要你等,全部人係門口等,叫個男經理加水,攞外賣盒永遠唔啋你,到收銀處希望用$500換$100用作給夥計貼士都覺得你麻煩,反而樓面的夥計會留客,難怪香港人北上飲食,收費還不是相宜的那種!另外食物是一般、大時大節全部都是大茶飯,即是套餐,一式一樣,一個味道,容忍真的有限,冇其他理由會再去,真的沒有下次了!還有上次點的豉油雞也是凍的! continue reading

等了一小時的蒸魚普通家庭晚飯,選擇就近的酒樓。是第二次幫襯,不幸地發生不愉快事件。我們7時入座,點了四人晚餐,當中包括一條蒸魚以及一煲湯和其他三個菜。其實上其他菜和湯的速度都正常的,到餸菜食完一半時,我們第一次向侍應提蒸魚還未到,侍應答「睇睇」後沒有跟進。餸菜食完8成時,我們第2次催,侍應答「唔係好耐姐」後沒有跟進。到其他餸菜都差不多食完時,我們第3次催,問侍應確實幾時才到?侍應先入廚房問,回覆要等12分鐘,問「咁你等唔等吖?」,另一位似高級一點的過來說句「我哋蒸魚新鮮劏嘅」,沒有道歉。其實當晚客人唔多,大概7成滿,侍應同經理都時常傾偈或企埋一邊。跟單有錯漏都不是大事,但在不忙碌時無視客人,浪費客人時間亦不道歉,實在令人不吐不快。 continue reading
