唔知幾時開始陶源在星期日有返下午茶價位, 有幾款炒野同荷葉飯只需$52, 平了一半有多~ 我地以為會係細portion的, 點知一上枱係同平時一樣熱辣辣大大個, 堅正~另外仲有一張詳列岩食的點心和小食都平左不少... 一家人成日都叫2碟正常燒賣, 下午茶得3粒唔緊要, 夠優惠$19.8就叫夠3籠囉另見到燒乳鴿只需$35又叫左2隻食, 仲平過燒味檔, 好入味不錯~埋單時食多左野仲平過午市2成, 每個week都會再來家庭聚了~ (有會員咭仲有5% discount) continue reading

星期日同朋友去陶源飲茶,中午都唔算好多人,好快有位。坐底就叫點心,呢度啲點心都幾有特式。👉🏼蝦腸呢碟蝦腸個樣好靚,見啲蝦好大隻,但就只得6件,真係手快有手慢無。腸粉皮薄,係幾好食嘅。👉🏼蝦餃又係大粒蝦喺中間,味道唔錯。👉🏼燒賣都係一般酒樓食到嘅味道,唔會有幾大分別。👉🏼菜餃味道ok但啲皮好軟身,同啲爽爽嘅涵好唔夾,有啲怪。👉🏼櫻花蝦炒飯呢個飯我會推介,因為炒得香之餘亦唔油,櫻花蝦都唔少,咬落去脆脆地,幾得意。 continue reading

黃油蟹套餐就失望之極,首先入座前才通知我們,蟹粉小籠包唔夠八隻,只得四隻,主任話俾蝦餃代替。唔係啩!一星期前訂枱,講明訂八位黃油蟹套餐,無理由有八隻黃油蟹,冇蟹粉小籠包,仲話俾蝦餃代替;最後用素鵝,但到上菜時又話得三隻,因此無晒癮!跟住小米海參羹凍冰冰,柚皮鮑魚尚可;黃油蟹水準一般當過關;煎魚扒天使麵又係凍嘅,叫咗佢哋慢慢上菜,咪唔會味味都凍囉!最大鑊係單尾嗰個炒飯,全部放入蒸籠番熱的,全無鑊氣!埋單4,300多元,完全唔值!唔明咁嘅酒樓仲可以生存! continue reading

商場或屋苑內,總會有些隱蔽而黑暗地帶,明明大家時常經過美孚,卻不曾見過陶源,由於間中跑經該處,才知道這店在這兒。當然,美孚新邨幾十幢,轉來轉去,哪容易找。從這店地下進,還要上幾層樓梯才到,別緻。原來現今的紅雞蛋,竟然只是以紅色玻璃紙包着雞蛋🤔,輕微求其。瑤柱節瓜譜,瑤柱不算太韌,節瓜大大,質素不差。鮑魚鵝掌,醬汁挺多,鮑魚本來入味,煮得不韌,正豉油炸子雞,其實豉油味道不錯,輕微鹹,有點兒甜味,用來拌飯亦都得;而雞,外皮有點兒脆,雞肉鮮嫩。魚翅湯,因為它是湯,濃香熱燙,比起平日的「生粉水」味道好得多。水餃,餡料也不錯,但員工不換碗,不理你碗子內有甚麼都倒一隻進碗,實在瘋狂。炒飯,乾身有鑊氣,有點脆口的,口感佳。但是員工方面,就的確比較差,當然,現今的酒樓很多都是炒散員工,服務質素難言理想。明明吃剩一半,都問客人要不要收起,另外有員工將菜式端來,都不是放在托盤上面。 continue reading
