To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日去食夜晚7點45分既大閘蟹任食時段,先講服務... 等左10分鐘都無人帶去坐位,但見到唔係無位喎,坐低已經點壽包,追左幾次都反應,咁咪點其餘2款包囉,同埋其他餐單上既小食,點知話無晒。 吓!無晒... 乜唔係任點任食既咩?餐單寫得出就唔好無,既然寫明任點任食,其餘放得大堂既食物就真係好差。講番食物先,片皮鴨ok, 飽魚限送每人一隻都ok, 果個唔知咩金湯就好差,大閘蟹都ok,豆苗太老,炸雞翼同豆腐一般。服務D姐姐還好,反而D經理級就唔答野同唔追單,咁既價錢有D唔值得去喇。

今年第一次食大閘蟹放題,就試下旺角陶源,諗住靜靜地,估唔到連啲伙記都好靜,仲有d呆,落親單都漏單,追又,冇反應,每樣嘢都要追三四次,追到我要問佢使唔使入廚房幫手,先嚟第二轉,加咗錢任飲,連飲品我都要問佢係咪要自己去攞,先攞嚟,唔識做放題就唔好做放題啦,又或者佢哋太識做放題,真係賺死佢,兩個鐘放題,食咗少少就夠鐘,真係冇下次.如果唔講服務,啲嘢食係ok,啲大閘蟹,雖然得三兩咁上下,但啲蟹膏幾好幾多,花雕大閘蟹都幾好味,如果換咗啲夥記,評分應該可以高好多.

大閘蟹有三種口味可以選擇😎,分別有清蒸、太雕蒸以及油鹽焗😚😚;三款嘅大閘蟹都各有千秋,而我最鍾意嘅就係太雕蒸大閘蟹,覺得呢種口味嘅大閘蟹口味比較濃郁,突顯到大閘蟹嘅鮮味😝;大閘蟹嘅蟹膏相當之濃郁,色澤亮麗,真係令人垂涎三尺🤤🤤🤭!相信大家睇到大閘蟹嘅蟹膏之後就明白㗎啦!因為真係有相為證,而且味道鮮美!令人食過返尋味🥰🥰~

除咗大閘蟹之外,酒家仲會提供左唔同嘅主菜、小食以及甜品😆。主菜當中嘅蟹粉扒豆苗我哋就相當之喜歡!蟹粉嘅份量好多,份量多到係可以覆蓋到豆苗,當豆苗沾上蟹粉嘅時候🤤,味道相當之濃郁,而且惹味😚😚。另外喺眾多嘅小食當中最鍾意嘅就係麻辣土豆絲,因為麻辣土豆絲十分之爽脆😆,加上麻辣嘅味道真係好過癮,覺得作為小食都幾出色🤣。食甜品嘅話又點少得楊枝甘露🤣!楊枝甘露嘅味道適中,覺得好合乎大眾嘅口味😝。而且色澤亮麗,大人小朋友都會鍾意😍😍🥰!

不知不覺,又到踏入品嚐大閘蟹的季節,買蟹最怕不懂挑選,但去大品牌酒樓吃,就有專人揀靚蟹,方便多了~大閘蟹任吃套餐,除了任吃大閘蟹,還有金湯小米燴遼參、 鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚百靈菇、蟹粉扒豆苗,會送一次性附送外,其他的甜品、主食及小菜都是任吃,多達24款~鮑魚的更是黏牙有海水鹹香,蟹粉扒豆苗蟹肉更非常足料,金湯小米燴遼參也有數件在碗內~而大閘蟹的,我點了12隻,每隻都十分飽滿又多膏,自己去買也沒這質素~跟餐的還可選任吃片皮鴨,鴨肉香而不太肥,吃起來較舒服,我一人都吃掉兩碟,太抵吃了~甜品當中有番薯湯水,薑味十足,可當作吃蟹後的薑湯喝,很方便~

久不久也會到這兒吃晚飯,因為食物水準不俗,環境不錯,服務也好,而且有時還會推出優惠,那就更加吸引。這晚又到來,因為從報章上看到店家又推出了優惠。原本想吃$188一條的東星斑,可惜入座後,侍應說東星斑已售罄,唯有改點同樣是推廣價的上湯澳洲龍蝦伊麵,另外又點了海蜇燻拼蹄和鮮茄雲耳勝瓜泡魚肚。海蜇燻蹄先送上,有幾片的燻蹄缺去了部份的肉,賣相欠佳,幸好,燻蹄的味道不錯,海蜇也爽口,伴隨的辣椒蒜蓉醋,味道很好。最期待的龍蝦也送上了,龍蝦肉比想像中的少,伊麵則多得很。吃一口龍蝦肉,立即覺得很失望。因為一點龍蝦的鮮味也沒有,而且肉質需也和應有的爽口彈牙相去甚遠。最後送上的是鮮茄雲耳勝瓜泡魚肚,份量多,勝瓜爽口,味道也算中規中矩。雖然海蜇燻蹄和鮮茄雲耳勝瓜泡魚肚都算是好吃,但是龍蝦伊麵令我對這次晚餐的評分大打折扣。
