To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 即燒原隻奶豬 - 第一次聽到奶豬這名稱,最初以為等同乳豬,原來不一樣,奶豬是比乳豬更細小的,外皮燒得脆卜卜,肉質鮮嫩帶少少肥
原隻鮮鮑伴玉掌 - 鮑魚鮮美,鵝掌軟腍入味😋
高湯美國龍蝦伴伊麵 - 龍蝦非常爽口彈牙,味道一流
琥珀鮮菌玉帶伴海螺片 - 合桃(琥珀)用蜂蜜烤焗再加上芝麻,非常香脆,伴碟的花朵也很美
宮庭雞煲翅 - 大鄕里的我看到黃色湯的翅很奇怪,原來用了雞湯做的,味道好得真的令人讚嘆,翅亦大大塊,很有驚喜
另有清蒸海星斑丶花膠竹笙泡翡翠丶古法鹽焗雞丶鮑汁福建炒飯丶高湯鮮蝦水餃丶
歐陸美點為紅棗糕 - 煙韌又軟糯

整體來說價錢是偏貴,但一年一次,又有這食物質素及服務,也令人滿意。
我們一共14人,吃了二千多元,大部分點心再加一隻燒鵝($500+),另外有炒飯炒麵及菜。
食物方面不過不失,在這大假期仍能保持這水準算是不錯了。令我印象最深刻的是一些菜餃,餃皮晶螢通透,賣相相當之靚,味道也不錯。不過今次一張相也沒有影🙈
新年侍應的招呼都不錯,輪到上菜,收碟,加水,效率奇高,態度又好,因有利是收😝
招呼又差唔夠人手,最後7個人叫了半席6位份量,埋單也要3400!
可能近排忙了,多了些客人,不論點心及環境都感覺比之前差了些!

點心亦冇之前咁有誠意,牛肉球太實了,好似好多粉,一啲都唔夠軟熟!
估唔到喺荃灣近有線電視大樓附近嘅工廈之中 都開了一間, 由於地方頗為吊腳, 之前都未有機會去幫襯下, 上星期約埋屋企人專程過嚟試下, 結果都冇理我哋失望, 點心好有水準!
最好食嘅係牛肉腸粉, 腸粉皮十分薄,可以看到裏面嘅餡料, 入口滑牛肉配以芫茜好味!
燒賣好鬆軟, 炸雲吞十分脆口,裏面嘅餡料十分豐富。
全部點心都係即叫即蒸,上枱熱辣辣!
呢間酒樓有啲係工業區, 交通唔係太方便,離地鐵站都有d遠, 比起市中心其他酒樓 等候時間短啲。
由於大廈好新只有幾年歷史 ,酒樓都好新淨。
我個人好注重食肆洗手間嘅清潔度, 你間酒樓係用商場嘅洗手間,都好新好乾淨。
食物方面,基本嘢例如蝦餃燒賣、炸春卷、 馬拉糕、叉燒包、 炒飯、羅漢齋炒麵都合格嘅。
佢哋又小白兔包, 好可愛,小朋友特別瘋狂,食完一個又一個。
呢間酒樓有齋腸 (有甜醬麻醬嗰啲呢),唔好食,唔滑, 醬唔夠, 我哋果枱叫咗兩節碟,食淨好多。
有免費泊車, 適合駕駛人士。
烧肉,皮crispy, 但係肥左小小,同好细粒…一般啦
鲍鱼🐔煲,食得下,portion 偏细~
