今晚難得與一衆老表相聚,當然約食中菜,可以有足夠時間食野傾計啦!選擇了這家工業區內的連鎖酒家,以為這個地段只有午市會十分繁忙,没想到晚上也有八、九成滿呢!先吃一道秘製乳鴿乳鴿新鮮熱辣,表面炸得十分香口,但内裡肉質鮮嫩多汁,極之好吃堂剪妙齡奶豬奶豬燒好後由現侍應即場剪開, 脆薄的乳豬皮令人欲罷不能,一口氣吃了數件,現在推廣特價$188一隻,十分抵食上湯浸莧菜份量十足,中和一下我們這班食肉獸清蒸海沙巴龍躉 蒸煮時間剛剛好,肉質十分嫩滑百里香牛肋排 牛肋排是厚切的,但卻可煮到入口即溶,醬汁較為濃味,伴和天使麵一同吃剛好養顏棗皇糕 紅棗糕煙煙靭靭,不太甜又有淡淡的棗味,好食總括而言,這裡雖然位置不太方便,但食物和環境都十分好,值得一試!

It was typhoon day and we went to yum Cha when it back to no. 3.The dim sum here were with higher quality than I expected, they were really tasty. We ordered chicken feet with abalone sauce, the sauce was thick and tasty. Chicken feet were soft and easy to eat.Other dim sum were nice too.

鮑魚一向係我的至愛之一,但平常吃到的都是白色的,黑色的你又嚐過沒有?一向聞其名而未嚐過,終於今日被友人說服,只好一起嚐嚐,但一吃了就情不自禁愛上了......未吃前,先來個餐前小吃青瓜加炸腐皮卷青瓜酸酸甜甜,帶點辛辣味,開胃又醒胃,加上爽脆清新,餐前吃一吃,人都精神左再來炸腐皮券,外炸得香脆十足,內則有口感,而且又唔會太鹹,討好非常到主角登場,來自新西蘭野生黑金鮑魚HKD688/隻份量十足,而且黑色係第一次見,不過個人感覺其樣子有點恐怖,可能是太新鮮的關係,還在動......最後還是要把它分屍,咁就即時好睇好多,哈其實這款鮑魚之所以被稱為黑金鮑,除了因為外表新顔色呈黑色,是由於其長年吸附在新西蘭海底火山岩石上,肉質表面形成了含有大量礦物質的黑膜,營養豐富,因此深受新西蘭識食之人追捧,而且量少珍稀,想吃真不易其吃法可二食,過橋,堂灼,油泡,燉湯將其切片後,加入熱呼呼的上湯黑金鮑魚被灼過後,口感更爽嫩有口感,帶點煙韌香氣四溢,加入各款配料,更增添其香味帶鮮甜且濃香的鮑魚鮮味,好棒的味道另外這裡的紅棗糕亦都好好吃,煙煙韌韌帶點黏的口感,加上清甜紅棗味及其香氣,更是好吃!老實說,是晚都幾矜貴的

老實說,是晚都幾矜貴的一個晚餐,但可嚐到人生中第一次的黑金鮑魚亦是值回票價,好吃的東西再貴也是值得,不是叫你時常吃,偶爾吃一下也無妨!好味又回味的一晚~

公司搬左去荃灣,隔離有陶源酒家,我們第一餐來了,點了鮑魚雞粒炒飯,好香好多,鮑魚粒切到好細,幾乎睇唔到,不過好夠味,濕濕地,有菜粒,雞粒,好開胃菠蘿咕嚕肉,好好味,好開胃,酸酸甜甜,有青椒,蕃茄,咕嚕肉好淋身,好正,又唔肥金錢肚夠入味,少少辣的,好容易入口,夠晒淋春卷,好香脆,好香,入面係有芋頭粒,yummy壽包好大有原隻咸蛋黃,好香又滑好味環境好好,夠堂皇,服務好滿意,我相信我們好多機會再來這裏飲茶!!

向來以鮑魚馳名嘅陶源酒家係沙咀道開新分店,位置少許偏遠,附近係工商業區,人流唔多。 門面同店內嘅裝修不錯,比人一種很grand的感覺,最重要係樓底高,增加唔少空間感。 一共叫左六款點心同一客炒飯。 蘿蔔千絲穌$24: 外皮不夠脆,一夾即穿。但入面的蘿蔔絲入口即溶,無澀味而帶點清清嘅甜味,不俗! 向來以鮑魚馳名嘅陶源酒家係沙咀道開新分店,位置少許偏遠,附近係工商業區,人流唔多。 門面同店內嘅裝修不錯,比人一種很grand的感覺,最重要係樓底高,增加唔少空間感。

正當我諗緊呢個廚皇炒飯係用咩材料時候,打開menu一睇,佢嘅英文係Chef fried rice conpoys & mushrooms wrapped with lotus leaf, 但可惜係無荷葉包住架!材料包括瑤柱、紫菜、炸乾蔥、西蘭花等,但無食到蘑菇。飯粒乾身挺立,味道不過不失。(6/10)

以前食過荃灣另一分店嘅晚餐,各個小炒都做得幾出色,所以對陶源都抱有期望。
但個人認為,午市點心試過一次就足夠。
