To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陶源酒家 灣仔大同大廈店蝦餃燒賣點心食得出唔係交嚟行貨，蝦餃傳統size ，唔大隻，皮薄。燒賣豬肉肥瘦比例啱啱好，似係自家點心師傅即場製作，綿花雞、排骨、叉燒酥、其他點心 ok有餘。一坐低部長就推介臘味煲仔飯，D臘味都唔錯，個飯焦燶度啱啱好。燒腩仔同口水雞一般貨色，反而叉燒幾好味👍，不過$198例牌真心有點肉赤。咕嚕肉作為中菜嘅考牌菜式，呢度賣相同味道有點失色。🥲最差竟然係個生菜，煮過火淋晒。🤦🏻♂️

昨天約咗朋友去灣仔陶源飲下午茶，平時差唔多每次都會叫乳鴿，昨日兩點幾去已經賣晒🥲唯有下次再去過飲茶點心之選，都係蝦餃燒賣…原隻蝦餃：蝦餃皮唔會太薄，亦都唔會太厚，剛剛好，而蝦肉都好新鮮鮮蝦燒賣皇：餡料都好飽滿，上面亦有蟹籽鋪面，咬落去成日有啲肉汁叉燒包：蜜汁叉燒包，個包都幾軟熟金勾鹹水角：呢個沒有翻炸過👍🏻熱辣辣即叫即炸，外脆內軟，裏面都好煙靭南乳花生豬手：呢個炆到好腍好入味花膠北菇棉花雞：花膠同棉花就一般，雞都還可以茶芥$12一位，環境地方幾寬敞，服務一般般

一個價錢竟然可以食到咁多嘢😳大閘蟹嘅季節，梗係要食任食大閘蟹啦！呢度大閘蟹有四款煮法，我自己最鍾意就係太雕蒸，有種特別嘅香氣，而且蟹肉特別甜😝每隻蟹嘅尺寸唔算特別大，但係就有好多蟹膏～況且仲有好多其他菜式，包括任食嘅片皮鴨、各款小菜、點心仲有糖水甜品～唔單止咁，每位來到嘅時候就已經會跟人頭奉上特盛三式，包括鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴百靈菇、金湯小米燴遼參及蟹粉扒豆苗😝真係超級豐富呀🤩甜品方面，有各式各樣嘅糖水，包括蛋白杏仁茶、楊枝甘露同埋地瓜薑茶，仲有點心類嘅奶皇包千層糕，記得要提早少少叫壽桃包，大大個超足料！

一行人8個，因為想老人家不用去太遠及太晚吃飯，就選了附近這間酒家吃中午飯。網上訂了片皮鴨套餐，套餐內容是全隻片皮鴨，上檯後🤨🤨。。。。。只得一小碟（無語）宣傳單寫明一隻的。侍應小姐堅持是一隻鴨😡😡😡附圖片吃完後粉皮還有一半，所以鴨一定不是一隻另外點心都令人失望的😮💨😮💨#燒賣好咸😵💫#蝦餃一般🥴#鮑汁鳳爪不夠淋#龍蝦伊麵尚可，酥炸鰻魚好咸😵💫#黑椒牛仔骨尚可😌#肉絲煎麵尚可#乳鴿不是太熱的（應該是處理後放涼了）失望😮💨😮💨😮💨💦應該沒有下一次再吃這間店

上星期到灣仔大同中心陶源酒家晚飯，中午去過覺得點心都可以，看到晚飯menu以為有好多選擇，晚上便試吓（以前去過印象頗差），結果一樣的令人失望，全無改善，無論味道和賣相都不似預期，部長態度也甚差，價錢又不算便宜，現在明白到為何港人北上消費。是晚人流不多（約8-10細枱有人）、員工一點朝氣也沒有！短期內應該唔會再幫襯！
