To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 粉皮太厚,但滑身,牛肉碎份量都多,莞茜味就唔夠

面頭有細細塊既花膠,即叫即蒸,熱辣辣,軟綿綿
香煎蘿蔔糕
不過不失
煎釀虎皮椒
份量超乎想像,虎皮尖椒唔辣,保留到椒既鮮味,咬落去爽口
野山椒鳳爪
份量有啲多,食極都食唔完咁😂
脆鹵豆腐
外脆內軟,嫩滑豆腐,份量多

蝦餃燒賣點心食得出唔係交嚟行貨,蝦餃傳統size ,唔大隻,皮薄。燒賣豬肉肥瘦比例啱啱好,似係自家點心師傅即場製作,綿花雞、排骨、叉燒酥、其他點心 ok有餘。
一坐低部長就推介臘味煲仔飯,D臘味都唔錯,個飯焦燶度啱啱好。
燒腩仔同口水雞一般貨色,反而叉燒幾好味👍,不過$198例牌真心有點肉赤。
咕嚕肉作為中菜嘅考牌菜式,呢度賣相同味道有點失色。🥲
最差竟然係個生菜,煮過火淋晒。🤦🏻♂️

上湯龍蝦燴伊面:熱辣辣的送上, 色香味俱全, 龍蝦肉質飽滿緊實, 鮮甜多汁, 味道鮮美.
酒樓地點近地鐵站, 食物價錢合理, 服務也 OK.
