To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蝦餃燒賣點心食得出唔係交嚟行貨,蝦餃傳統size ,唔大隻,皮薄。燒賣豬肉肥瘦比例啱啱好,似係自家點心師傅即場製作,綿花雞、排骨、叉燒酥、其他點心 ok有餘。
一坐低部長就推介臘味煲仔飯,D臘味都唔錯,個飯焦燶度啱啱好。
燒腩仔同口水雞一般貨色,反而叉燒幾好味👍,不過$198例牌真心有點肉赤。
咕嚕肉作為中菜嘅考牌菜式,呢度賣相同味道有點失色。🥲
最差竟然係個生菜,煮過火淋晒。🤦🏻♂️

酒樓地點近地鐵站, 食物價錢合理, 服務也 OK.

就係三個禮拜前嘅一個禮拜五夜晚,大概8:15左右入去,竟然係差唔多包場咁樣(得一枱客),
今晚服務特別好,可能因為冇其他人,好彩佢哋有個建築公司包咗一間房做春茗,否則可能根本都唔開舖!
我哋點咗個斑腩煲啦,同埋一個冬菇花膠煲。講真味道唔錯,非常有大酒樓嘅水準,冬菇炆得好林,幫我校就有啲Chiu頭,個四季豆呢就普通啲味道係唔錯,但係可能啲豆唔係咁靚!
其實呢間舖我都幫襯咗20年㗎啦,以前嘅時候夜晚都可能要訂位先有得食,估唔到依家想食就可以食!
上星期四特意去幫襯推廣優惠嘅龍蝦伊面底,水準好一般!伊面冇乜味,水汪汪的,整體唔多夠鑊氣!碟欖角骨冇黎睇頭,賣相其差,每件件頭小小的,冇乜得肉食,仲搭啲九唔搭八炸到淋晒嘅?薯條!還叫咗前菜涼伴豬手,未夠淋!碟酥炸素鵝算過得去啦。啲食物跟isquare TST 分店差得太遠!好可惜它因疫情関閉。
服務態度真係差,個部長面無表情咁,問佢嘢唔想答,佢個女同事就更差,唔答!反為傳菜姐姐面上掛著笑容,很親切,令人很滿意!
個埸好靜,只有數枱客,但啲冷氣開到好似太平間咁凍!
令人好失望,乜唔係高級食肆嗎?唔會再去!真係唔好怪啲人北上消費!
