服務算唔錯,見到我地有BB車,安排左可以放BB車起旁邊既枱,都好寬敞,唔似好多食市都迫到死。個麻辣鴨舌幾得意,佢去左骨,辣又唔係好辣,嗜辣可能會嫌佢唔夠味,但我唔係太食得辣,所以都OK。雲吞沙鍋雞,唔錯,湯好入味。龍井蝦仁,不過不失。小籠包,夾起唔會痴皮,皮薄但唔易穿,湯汁好味。水蜜桃果汁,好味。整體唔錯,食、坐都舒服,可能有BB起度,侍應幾好笑容,貴左少少啦,不過有機會再黎食。

很多鱔稿寫這店舖,月中也來過試試吧。一入內即聞到不輕的醬油味,立時有點不滿,只開了三個月吧﹗裝修有點刻意,但也不算過分。食物則全無特色,覺得只是一間很普通的食肆而已。只是兩個星期已記不起有什麼食物了,可想而知這裏有什麼好吃呢﹗所叫的基本北方包、麵、小食和餃子,水準一般,叉子燒餅太薄,入餸料(炸菜肉未--基本上似是一個齋菜>_<)時很易弄破。收這個價錢,師父應付多一點心機和手作,不該是這麼級數吧。

收這個價錢,師父應付多一點心機和手作,不該是這麼級數吧。

本人是下午約2:30pm入內進食,之前聽朋友說main course唔係好得,但點心就ok,咁就走去試下啦!叫了一個$48套餐,湯麵有幾款任揀一款,點心都有幾款任揀一款,我就叫了一個擔擔麵及窩貼。見有款蜜桃汁幾特別,叫了一杯,$10,味道算ok。到主菜上場,擔擔麵,唔知係湯唔夠定麻醬落得多,很糊口,食兩啖己經好膩,唔好食。到點心來,窩貼有3只,幾大只,但見到個皮到有d白色的,正常應是半透明呱,唔知是否未熟,食落算ok啦,但最搞笑係碟醋,長方形的碟,想整只窩貼放落去,原來係放唔落的,咁就用湯匙,但湯匙又太厚,最後要用最原始的方法,就是拿起有醋嘅碟倒落窩貼上。到結帳,$70(連加一),下午茶時段要$70(茶錢每位$6),最慘係唔好食嘛!午市要加一,又要收茶錢,再好食都少人啦!仲要係唔好食添。試過一次,想試晚膳的意慾已完全沒有了。

到結帳,$70(連加一),下午茶時段要$70(茶錢每位$6),最慘係唔好食嘛!

午市要加一,又要收茶錢,再好食都少人啦!仲要係唔好食添。

試過一次,想試晚膳的意慾已完全沒有了。

知道MegaBox內大部份的食肆已開始經營,所以一於再訪MegaBox!今次試一試吃魯菜。中國有八大菜系,指:魯菜、川菜、粵菜、閩菜、蘇菜、浙菜、湘菜、徽菜,而魯菜是稱為八大菜系之首。魯菜亦即是山東菜,其特點是清香、鮮嫩、味純而著名。魯一居自然是售賣魯菜的地方。看餐牌卻和一般京川滬的菜式分別不大,點了:魯家小籠包醬凍番茄杭州煨雞雙菇蠔皇牛肉山東大鹵麵高力豆沙香蕉味道幾好,價錢公道,環境舒服,服務亦唔差,可以推介。

未夠7pm和女朋友來試下呢間餐廳點完菜後, 會有張點菜紙.但我0係張紙到見到寫住"前菜"問左waiter係咪有前菜, 但佢話遲d補返俾我地到主菜都0黎埋, 但都係未有前菜諗住算啦, 前菜食唔食都得(以為前菜唔收錢)到埋單時, 佢居然收我$10前菜錢....咪同佢講冇俾前菜我地...最後都收少我$10臨走時隔離檯都岩岩坐低,佢地點菜時, 我都唔見有前菜俾佢地...唔知佢地會唔會俾人收多$10呢...小心小心

依家介紹下我由細食到大既山東菜...
1. 我最鍾意0既係山東手撕雞, 醃過夜, 再炸, 再蒸, 再要等到佢凍左先食得... 亞媽話好煩, 所以好少整. 所以大多數都係過節先有得食... 一係就出街食…

2. 豬蹄凍(即係大家所講既洧肉), 晌屋企整既緊係冇咁靚啦, 煮好後, 成盤擺落雪櫃, 結成0者0里就食得, 但煮既過程又係好煩, 亞媽又係懶得就懶... 過節咪整一大盤俾我地過下癮囉.

3. 講下湯呀... 山東人唔會好似廣東人咁煲老火湯, 但會將好多料擺埋一齊整成湯菜, 所以就有鴨骨湯啦, 又或者呢d就係山東人既節儉習慣啦...

4. 講起山東菜, 因為大多數地方都沿海(起碼我鄉下係海邊), 所以好多(食送)都有海產... 另外, 山東出好多蔬果, 所以菜類都好俾利用晌山東菜入面, 但最主要呢, 山東人係以麵食為主, 麵條, 包, 餃子…唔係咁多(食送)食…

5. 麵條…最主要係分撈麵, 好似炸醬麵, 混拌(好似咁上下叫法), 再分就係湯麵啦, 有肉碎(好似擔擔麵咁上下), 海鮮, 菜呀, 就咁幾條蔥開湯又得, 空間好廣…豬肉渣加幾條蔥既麵係我既最好…

6. 包子…就分發麵包子(最出名既就係山東大包)…即係個皮經過發酵的包子, 用料又係同麵條差唔多, 空間好廣, 肉類(類似天津最出名既狗不理包子, 不過山東人叫排骨包, 口味都唔多一樣), 海鮮類, 菜類, 木耳呀, 乜都得…另外就係湯麵包子(最出及既算係類似小籠包既湯包仔), 即係個皮用熱水開的…猜下就即時可以用來整湯包仔…呢個大多數係用來整肉包的, 牛肉, 豬肉, 羊肉, 驢肉…蒸出來有湯0既…

7. 餃子…呢個係大多數山東人既至愛…煎來食又得, 水煮又得, 蒸又得…睇報紙話魯一居既廚師係正宗山東人, 所以我地全家人對佢既餃子要求都特別高…好彩食過都過關, 起碼最”煙尖”既亞叔冇出聲踩呀…哈!

講咁多…唔係想話之前大家講得唔0岩…而只係覺得其實山東菜又好, 北京菜, 上海菜, 天津菜, 大家既食物都差唔多…只係口味有唔同, 就好似上海菜咁, 佢既口味對我地山東人來講就會覺得偏甜, 而京菜既口味就同我地好接近囉, 所以以前香港冇山東菜時, 我地個個星期都去食京菜, 因為亞叔要食餃子嘛…

個人意見呀…如果一間餐廳食古不化, 千篇一律…咁我地做食客0既, 都唔會再想去第二次啦…所以做為一個山東人, 覺得魯一居以山東菜做主打, 再按香港人既口味做出好既變化, 我個人覺得可以接受…所以我地會keep 住去食家鄉菜.

I've been to this restaurant with my colleague for a farewell lunch. checked on the Megabox website and it doesn't give much details.. just knowing it serves Shangdong cuisine.. Found it kinda special and we haven't tried Shangdong dishes before.. so we decided to go there.What a surprise!!! arriving the floor.. looked at the restaurant from distance.. seems quite nice.. the huge crystal lamp impressed me. Walk into the restaurant.. another surprise. it's like a fast food shop!.. What the hxll!!

What a surprise!!! arriving the floor.. looked at the restaurant from distance.. seems quite nice.. the huge crystal lamp impressed me. Walk into the restaurant.. another surprise. it's like a fast food shop!.. What the hxll!!.... When I'm worrying I might be blamed by my yim jim colleague... the waiter showed us to the VIP room I booked at the very very end of the restaurant.. its decoration is totally different from the outter area.. red curtain on the side.. and huge round table.. with TV. ok la.. we all be seated.

Ordered some food.. it's like fusion.. some like Shanghainese, some are zichuen.. I dunno which dishes really shangdong except the one called shangdong BBQ chicken..Anyways.. let's try.

Food came. the portion is small.. taste?!?! mm.. Just So SO.... I couldn't name a dish really good .. None of them left in my memory.... well.. in one word.. just " po tong liu"... frankly.. it's kinda disappointed.. Nothing special.. the decoration is kinda strange.. the service is normal.. the food give u no idea which cuisine they are.. and I couldn't find one I really like.. well.. if I was given the 2nd chance to choose again.. I'd rather not going. .. =P./. sorry.. and most importantly.. it's not cheap.. Though it doesn't look like pricey from its appearance..

All in ALL.. What a surprise!!!!

我上一個月去左魯一居3次, 每一次都食到山東菜, 仲要係正宗既山東菜, 其實只要行出門口看一看蔡瀾同其他雜誌既剪報, 裡面80%都係山東菜. 但我要提一提, 要先預訂. 因為出名的會很快賣哂. 人地又冇話只係做山東菜. 人地主打山東, 但亦拿手京川滬菜. 我可以敢講, 佢地既小籠包, 其他上海北方包點, 一定好過某0的所謂正宗小籠包既地方. 冇食到山東菜又話人地冇山東菜我講出黎係因為我屋企來自山東, 我食到有, 就唔想俾0的人隨便講, 唔使負責任.想食0的好食既,可以搵經理問下...真係好難得香港會有得食山東菜, 我希望佢可以一直做萵去啦.

生日飯with 屋企人megabox嘗嘗魯菜@魯一居見佢靚靚地就試下點知就食到一肚氣因那些服務態度真的差到不可再差..........那個服務生A 除了講"唔好意思" 咩都唔識那個服務生B 為左費事煩(因為我地追單) 而唔入黎那個服務生C 以為自己好勁"點解隻山東燒雞會凍?! 因為佢係冷盤咪凍law!!!"那個冷盤海哲頭俾甜品高力豆沙仲要遲到一d都唔平一d都唔山東可能我唔識野唔知道山東菜有高力豆沙同小籠飽但係我諗山東菜應該真係冇北京填鴨
