雞扒唔錯,夠滑,煮得啱啱好,但個汁個人覺得麻麻地,唔太夾同濃味,唔夠多汁,個飯略嫌乾咗啲

。店員落單時沒有問明幾多成熟,然而,來到的時候,牛扒中間還有少許粉紅
,不算是全熟,那就剛剛好,否則完全沒有肉汁又顯得太鞋,那便沒有意思。

整塊安格斯,也沒有很多位置有筋或韌的位置,或者咬/切不開的情況,整體質素非常不錯
,而沙律亦都用料充足,好像有蘋果、西芹、薯仔、蘿蔔,而且沙律醬不少,但又未至於太酸
,或者滿口肥膩的感覺。


員工不太多,大約三四名,大家都非常樂意先來為顧客服務,落單、端餐、或是查詢問題,大家都踴躍服務,值得嘉許。


餐廳空間大,顧客不太多,不用被迫在商場內呆等位及受大商家財團壟斷,值得支持。

夜晚游完水,咁就近近地搵間餐廳食個dinner,見燒扒屋又幾平,就走入去食啦。原來佢逢星期一至日都有特價晚餐,咁就叫左焗俄國牛柳絲飯同埋一個炭燒美國牛肩扒跟飯。叫左之後唔洗五分鐘,個牛肩扒飯已經到左,超級快姐係應該一早整定,然後淋d 汁就得。個飯黎到,真係嘩一聲,一dd 菜都無。而所謂嘅牛肩扒就應該係牛𦟌,成個飯可以用普通到唔普通黎形容。而個焗飯就真係幾多芝士,食落都幾濃同埋都幾飽。但牛柳絲就唔多。

偶然行過 見到午餐只係$42 博一博 試一試第一次光顧 睇餐牌固然要耐少少 阿哥仔在旁好不耐煩地撻住筆等 仲以為自己食緊澳牛 想加個湯 問有咩湯 話有羅宋湯 不過而家無 成12點午餐都未有湯 正丫唔夠兩分鐘就上菜 快到一個點 但係隻碟邊有印 好似洗唔乾淨咁叫左牛扒意粉 好多汁 鹹到一個點 意粉就漿住左 原因一係啲意粉就開左好耐 一係就未開晒牛扒就我唔肯定佢係牛 有牛的質感但無牛味 而且好乾好乾好乾佢無寫單俾我 所以食完就叫埋單 佢一句得埋黎話出去埋 Fine食完背脊骨落的一餐 睇在$42份上就算 不過無下次喇
