到訪小店嘅時間較早,所以人流唔多,可以慢慢享受用餐時間~主餐後嘅甜品時間更有驚喜,另外仲有刮刮樂,可以得到優惠供下餐使用,又有啤酒速飲嘅挑戰,可以得到各種不同嘅用餐體驗。極上和牛盛會二人前 $698🔸沙律:生菜以外仲有羽衣甘藍😮,簡單灑上木魚絲及芝麻醬作調味,醬汁份量稍多,改配柚子醋會更清爽,更適合配搭燒肉。🔸櫻花蝦味噌湯:櫻花蝦份量超多,鋪滿味噌湯面頭;味道唔會太濃太鹹~🔸前菜三品:前菜有炸牛乳(甜)、柚子蟹柳(酸)、帶子裙邊(辣);店員建議以甜酸辣嘅次序品嚐,的確酸味可以化掉炸牛乳嘅油膩同甜膩感,與辣味道起增加食慾。🔸和牛拼盤:二人前共有三款和牛,「日本九州A4和牛上前腿肉」豐滿油脂,勁軟腍腍;「澳洲和牛封門柳」較有咬口,而且充滿肉汁;「日本九州A4和牛三角胸」有筋,比起上前腿肉更油潤,配上淋左燒肉汁嘅白飯或者湯烏冬食啱啱好👍🏻。燒肉汁以外仲有岩鹽、黑椒同埋由花椒、胡椒、黑椒、辣椒等調配嘅自家鹽,所以燒肉味道唔會單一。🔸菇盛會:菇類有兩款,建議係上前腿肉或三角胸後食用。🔸普洱咖啡:餐飲以外原來仲奉有咖啡,咖啡唔算太苦,略帶酸味,帶有普洱嘅香氣,十分解膩,口腔內嘅油膩感可以話完全消失,呢個安排的確唔錯。🔸甜品:到甜品時間啦!估唔到抹茶雪糕係自己沏完抹茶之後淋到雪糕上,果然配合店家提倡嘅慢活生活~ continue reading

原來九龍城有間食日本燒肉嘅餐廳,冇乜人,我哋食佢最平嘅尊上の2人前,$598另加一。有豬有牛有羊,不過佢嘅羊就冇晒轉咗做牛,佢嘅牛係us prime,豬就來自日本佐賀。首先嚟咗沙律,都算大大碟,食落就冇咩特別,不過幾開胃。然後就有前菜三品,有辣有酸有甜同樣都係幾開胃,份量唔多,但幾好食。至於佢個櫻花蝦湯就略為失望,味噌湯比較淡,而且櫻花蝦冇味。然後終於嚟個燒爐,隔離有四種調味,一種係鹽一種係自家製嘅鹽一種係燒汁一種係黑椒。自己一面燒啲肉一面落調味料,出嚟嘅燒肉都幾入味幾好食,而且肉質都唔錯,只係比較易黐底,如果有個豬油可以擦一擦就比較好。另外亦都有兩杯飲品,一杯係烏龍茶一杯綠茶,味道比較淡,但係食燒肉有啲嘢飲吓就好重要。至於佢個飯素就略為普通,冇味。最後差啲唔記得有甜品,個甜品係牛乳雪糕,另外配上抹茶粉,自己加水上抹茶粉攪拌,然後倒上去雪糕度,雖然唔知點解唔直接俾抹茶雪糕,但係有得自己DIY感覺都幾特別,就好似自己燒肉一樣🤣整體嚟講,主食嘅肉同前菜三品OK,餐廳標榜慢食,所以我哋都食咗差唔多兩個鐘,都算係飽。全程都播住陳奕迅嘅歌,我自己本身就係fans所以基本上啲歌全部都識唱。最後佢會比張卡刷卡俾我哋,然後我哋拆咗個極尚套餐嘅半價。日本佐賀縣名水豚豬梅肉沙律x2飯素x2美國頂級牛小排櫻花蝦味噌湯x2$18飲品x2英國羊西冷 (改)前菜(三品)菇盛會日式甜品x2 continue reading
