在沙田想吃不太昂貴又有質素的日本料理選擇不多啊!自從壽司居酒屋杉玉開設分店後就不愁這個問題了,最近更因為開業兩周年推出多個優惠,連同2周年減價單品相信絕對可以填飽我跟男友的胃蔥花吞拿魚冷豆腐 $28鹽醬牛肋肉沙律配山葵柚子醋 $20凍盤的選了這兩個!前者的蔥拖羅已經調味過配豆味濃郁的冷豆腐,豆腐更能襯托出蔥拖羅的美味~ 後者是以加入鹽醬燒製的牛肋肉片放到充滿山葵柚子醋的沙律菜上,夠冰凍而且味道清爽,很適合這個天氣食用三文魚帆立貝刺身盛 $88刺身永遠都是其中一款不敗的日本料理,兩款刺身都鮮甜味美,切得蠻厚的口感就不用多說的更好了赴湯蹈火的蘿蔔 $28沙甸魚 $28來吃炸物!所謂的「赴湯蹈火的蘿蔔」其實是以鰹魚汁煮至入味,再用天婦羅方式炸好,而沙甸魚就以大阪炸串方式處理,佐以鹽巴跟抹茶鹽調味,外脆內軟而且味道剛好不會太鹹,不添加任何調味已經夠好吃!超滿足、肉壽司3貫 【雪花和牛/牛舌/鹽醬牛肋肉】 $32鹽醬牛肋肉卷 $38生海膽軍艦 $48鰻魚玉子 $25來吃日本菜又豈可不吃壽司呢?海膽控的我來吃生海膽軍艦,海膽肉鮮甜又肥美;鰻魚玉子卷的表面上鰻魚汁,餡料多甜甜的味道不錯!鹽醬牛肋肉卷還是初次嘗試,以鹽醬調味的牛肋肉再搭配壽司青瓜等餡料,最特別是中間夾附檸檬片,吃起來沒有想像中油膩,層次比較豐富~ 一眾「牛魔王」要試由雪花和牛、牛舌跟鹽醬牛肋肉組成的壽司三貫,一次過可以吃到三種不同部位、口感和做法的壽司,而且是令人超滿足!最重要的是價錢並不昂貴啊!牛舌拌烏冬麵 $28蒸鮟鱇魚肝拌關東煮蘿蔔 $28鹽燒油甘魚鮫 $48最後來到3款熱葷,鹽燒油甘魚鮫燒得甘香可口,魚皮香脆魚肉仍保持肉汁,每口還吃到魚油白呀~ 至於蒸鮟鱇魚肝拌關東煮蘿蔔當中的蘿蔔處理跟之前介紹的一款是一樣的,不過這個加入鮟鱇魚肝在蘿蔔表面同蒸焗,吃起來會更加多汁,味道因為加入鮟鱇魚肝的關係會多一層鮮味更豐富!至於牛舌拌烏冬麵就份量剛好,牛舌切成幼條方便食用,調味不會太重,吃起來有夠清爽~店家在其中一個連接著市中心的商場內,距離地鐵站不到10分鐘路程,沿路都是商場接商場不怕日曬雨淋~ 簡約的木系設計裝潢,燈光明亮,加上店面兩邊都是落地玻璃,看起來非常有空間感,而且不會太逼狹,座位很多大部份都是卡位設計,坐得舒適又帶點私密空間,幾次到來的用餐體驗都很好啊! continue reading

姐姐遠到而返,找上近近地的彬玉,還是第一次在香港吃這間以居酒屋形式的日本來分店,環境格局都尚似我們在日本吃的裝修,當日其實叫了太多食品,以下幾便是當日覺得較有特色,分享作參詳。。。滿足茶碗蒸$28,依家前來講我覺得都尚算值得吃,本來除了有滑嘟嘟的蒸蛋,碗底仲隱藏着蝦與及元貝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️四點刺身盛特大帆立貝$178,這一個我就覺得價錢較貴,性價比不算太高,個人感覺屬中平⭐️⭐️⭐️香蔥明太子拌烏冬$38,這一個當日全餐叫了兩份,入口較為Creamy,明太子不算多,但足夠,雖然我們不是明太子控,配合得來整體都覺得好吃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️芝麻漬三文魚$38,這一款我就覺得較為新鮮感,但新鮮感中又沒什麼特別⭐️⭐️⭐️和風烤牛肉意式椰菜沙律$48,牛肉控這個應該唔錯,滿滿的薄薄牛肉片鋪在椰菜沙律上,沙律嘅調味已經足夠,所以不愛碳水的人士這個應該屬於必點的一款⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️銀鱈魚西京燒$58,這款我覺得絕對必點,燒得剛剛好的銀鱈魚只不過是$58.又滑又好吃,當日總共點了兩次⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️火焰烤松葉蟹腳$88 .這一款,我就覺得價錢真係比較貴,(當然是席間的親人點選)吃在口中亦有點點兒火炙過的味道,不過就真係略嫌貴⭐️⭐️整體來說其實性價比都高,對食物不會有太執着要求這一間的分店實屬可取。⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️此餐廳有加一服務費! continue reading

沙田杉玉嘅下午茶真係真係好鬼抵抵到我要特登寫OpenRice讚吓佢晏晝呢度真係唔算多人套餐係烏冬一碗再加一款料理居然喺呢個時候價錢只係$35 真係好慶幸自己屋企樓下有間杉玉烏冬有三個選擇,料理都有三款選擇今次我嘅選擇係炸蝦天婦羅烏冬配搭三件壽司壽司就有池魚、灸燒沙甸、灸隻燒鹽醋漬鯖魚老老實實,抵食同好食嘅程度令我擔心佢會唔會蝕底,賺唔到錢會執笠炸蝦天婦羅隻蝦實滴滴而且係新鮮炸,熱辣辣鰹魚汁烏冬,烏冬彈牙,湯底維持到水準連湯底都比我飲晒三件壽司上面有大量嘅蔥超級高質埋單$35 ,加埋一都係$40樓下 continue reading

Have finally paid Sugidama a visit on a weekend lunch. I was surprised they still served lunch sets in the weekends, and that there would be sets available for less than $100!!I was greedy and got the 14 sushi set. The sashimi definitely tasted fresh, and the rice itself already had some soy sauce to it, having enough flavours already. I was so full when I got to the 10th piece already…. But of course I can’t say no to sushi! We also ordered the set with tempura, it came with 8 pieces of sushi. I was also surprised that the tempura assortment had fish, octopus, sweet potato and eggplant. The tempura was not too oily, so I didn’t feel too guilty after having it. This set was super value for money, given it was for $88 only!!Always thought this place would be a bit overpriced, but I’m glad it’s not and I would return. continue reading
