食過土瓜灣粥家莊,失望絕頂,同事叫我幫襯生記,話佢地粥品唔差,於是乎走去幫襯吓。生記係d舊式粥鋪,唔會有好靚嘅裝修,餐牌都無個,粥品寫滿哂係牆上。粥黎到,有匙羹了兩吓先,感覺一d都唔水,d粥掛碗,滿意,食落唔會太咸,味道啱我口味,叫佢多蔥,佢真係俾多d蔥,唔係敷衍我。服務滿意。依家牛肉貴咗好多,所以預咗叫碗牛肉皮蛋粥嘅時候,牛肉份量會少好多,但望真d,份量又未至於少得可憐,正常份量。唯一失望係枱面調味配料無白芝麻提供。

中午,想食粥,去左位於差館里的「生記粥店」。皮蛋粥,粥底綿滑富米香,配上皮蛋同蔥花,好食。稀稀的粥,啱晒我的口味,夠晒大碗,食一碗就飽肚了。煎堆,賣相唔算靚仔,有下塌跡象。咬一啖,外層香脆且帶芝麻香氣,內裏就十分軟糯煙韌,口感唔錯,啱晒中意嚼勁的我。好食的炸兩,可遇不可求!呢度的炸兩,份量夠大,又用上店內的油炸鬼嚟整,水準有保證。炸兩外層係香滑薄身的腸粉,配上內裏香脆嘅油炸鬼,再淋上鹹鮮豉油,就是好味道!

~開業超過20年紅磡粥店~哩間可以話陪伴住係紅磡人成長的粥店,20年來為紅磡居民服務。之前見到關門一段時間都就是做裝修,呢2個星期又再開業~見到內部好似無咩轉變,可能是裝修廚房內部,我地外人唔知~今日同娘親選擇堂食,叫左艇仔粥,粽一隻同一碟牛肉腸~$16 艇仔粥都算多料,有魷魚,豬皮同碎牛。碎牛份量都算多,整體份量唔錯。粽唔算好大隻而且綠豆比例較少,若果能夠多D綠豆會更加吸引。牛肉腸即叫即整,牛肉好滑另外腸粉皮唔太厚。現場基本上老人家多但都有唔少年輕一族單拖去食,所以粥都唔一定係上一輩先會食既~

今日唔係好舒服,想食得清d,近近地去咗間舊式粥店。點了一個皮蛋瘦肉粥,炸両同埋炒麵。(好貪心,乜都想試)個粥好綿,皮蛋好多,似有一隻。炒麵賣相一般,不過勝在大大碟,味道可以,唔太咸,當中有芽菜,都ok。另外,碟炸両份量十分大,雖然個皮有d厚,不過油炸鬼夠脆,唔錯!今時今日$38有咁多嘢食,ok啦!

這間老字號粥店, 間中都會幫襯吓, 睇睇店內其中一塊”針板”的磨損度, 就知道時日不少.今日下午茶, 唔去茶餐廳食雞脾餐, 改食齋. 入內坐低, 見到阿姐正在大力大力地攪碎那些白色的脆小條, 應該是用來做碎牛粥的配料.凍豆漿, 甜度多了一點, 豆味少了一點. 夠大杯.炸兩, 見到, 係即做的, 但質素都是差一點, 包在中間的油炸鬼, 大條, 唔脆, 凍, 入口略為實和硬. 包在外面的腸粉, 煙韌度不足, 些少粉口和糊口. 醬油味道好, 鹹甜度平均適中.如此老舊店, 買少見少, 幾年後, 當黃埔地鐵開通後, 肯定受租金上升影響, 不過…話時話, 呢間店, 好可能係自己買落物業都唔出奇…

用這名字”生記”去賣粥的店子其實真的不少, 在深水埗/ 旺角/ 紅磡都有,全都是老式格局, 而自己三間都幫襯過, 最近去這紅磡店試咗幾次,結果是正面的, 儘管沒有漂亮的傢具, 光鮮嘅門面, 但往往有內涵的店唔一定會有一個吸引人嘅賣相, 這店就是這一種,粥底基本上只有簡單的米, 杰度都中間稍稍偏稀身那種,本人喜好這杰度,油炸鬼/ 牛利酥等油炸食物一般都是新鮮貨, 只要你不是在太晚的時間到這裏也還能keep住少少脆皮的, 炸兩則是相當夠份量完全不欺場, 不過甜醬則比較不太欣賞, 這也是近來数年並未吃到一個自己認為滿意的甜醬, 所以一早已戒掉了甜醬,這裡的炒麵雖只有芽菜但也算夠大碟, 當晚我在7點半後來到, 店方還炒一大盤新鮮的炒麵出來, 新鮮的炒麵即使材料再簡單一點熱氣騰騰的怎能不好味呢? 只是現在的這種炒麵豉油都沒有了醬油應有的咸味/香味/鮮味, 甚至老抽的甜味, 到底現在這些商業用醬油出了什麼問題呢?這食評是兩天下來的結果, 一天吃不下這麼多美食呢!下次再來可能要試咸肉糉/ 馬拉糕/ 糖水了!

初來紅磡住,找傳統粥店。先想試這間。因為這間的裝修比隔離街的永明為舊,令我覺得他應該「更傳統」油器的確不錯,不過粥食後非常口喝,腸粉(包括炸兩)沒有味道,失望。店員好像不少,但好似做咩都要睇其中一位阿頭,結果都唔見得快得去邊。價錢在同區來說偏貴一點。
