平時都有食開Kiki麵,我就好鐘意食。今日經過見到,有Kiki茶賣,我就一定要去朝聖下啦。係餐牌見到有呢個芋圓烤叫茶,我又一下比佢吸引左,甘就緊係叫左呢個。始終我好鐘情芋圓。一杯凍飲33元,而且本身就半糖左,不過我直頭要微糖同少冰。甘我本身都有點期待,可惜,呢杯野都係不太合格。我覺得最嚴重的地方係佢的芋圓。一飲落口,咬左幾下,全部都係粉,而且會黏在一起。我覺得膠的程度好似珍珠奶茶的珍珠,十分失望。而且那個茶呢,雖然係幾大杯,不過配上芋圓,其實我覺得唔太match.真係幾失望下。

今個春夏, 這間餐廳有一個期間限定的餐牌, 是由KiKi茶 @ 茶.米和潮菜食府”潮廳”一同創造和推出的,是三款夏日限定麵食。把潮州菜式融入台灣菜中。飲品方面, 我們點了自家製桂圓紅棗茶和堅果奶蓋Kiki烤茶。自家製桂圓紅棗茶裏面有很多龍眼, 飲品甜甜的, 是養生的茶飲。潮州鹹菜冬菇雞絲湯麵 - 選用潮州特色鹹菜以提升味道, 配合冬菇和雞絲。湯底有香濃的雞湯味, 同時亦帶鹹菜的鹹味。麵條有微微彈牙的質感, 充分吸收到湯底的味道。潮州鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯麵 - 湯底味道濃厚, 胡椒味非常突出, 幾惹味。鹹鹹的, 幾開胃。甜品方面我們點了伯爵戚風蛋糕配黑糖珍珠和KiKi烤茶泡芙。伯爵戚風蛋糕質感幾鬆軟, 帶淡淡的伯爵茶味, 不會太甜膩。

今日約左朋友來到金鐘食個晚餐,呢到感覺舒服,可以暫時將忙碌放埋一邊。我哋都鍾意飲台式飲品,所以揀咗嚟呢到。鮮橙青檸愛玉茉莉綠 - 橙味好甘香,唔會好甜夏枯草珍珠茉莉綠 - 7分甜味道,唔錯呀~潮州鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯麵超正,胡椒味超香。食完個人滾熱辣~豬肚都好爽,唔un。潮汕手打三寶湯麵,正常味道。Kiki麵底唔會過淋亦唔硬。食完主菜,當然要食埋甜品。我同朋友點咗2份甜品,伯爵戚風蛋糕配黑糖珍珠及豆花珍珠。伯爵戚風蛋糕配黑糖珍珠唔會偏甜,好鬆軟。豆花珍珠,豆腐花好滑好香豆味,唔會偏甜。環境好舒服,樓底夠高唔會好嘈。

第一次食KiKi麵估唔到係湯麵唔係拌麵(笑)!

說真的這碗麵的份量不大,價錢稍貴,不過麵條的質感確實唔錯。當拍完一輪照片後,麵條無因為浸在湯內而變得太腍或發漲,麵質仍然是滑和爽口的!加了不會過鹹的酸菜、冬菇絲和肚絲在內;搭碗的湯底清甜,有點似雞湯,查詢後原來係用豬骨和雞熬出黎的湯底,個人來說幾鍾意。

The pig’s tripe and pepper soup is a classic Chiu Chow cuisine, this nourishing and peppery soup contains white peppers that’s known for its warming properties. The interplay of white peppers and Chiu Chow Pickled Vegetables was intense and flavourful with just the right amount of kick.
The pig’s tripe has a nice pleasant chewy texture, whilst the handmade noodles were springy.

擔擔麵如果你係大胃王就一定唔夠,但好彩我之前食咗個腸粉,所以食埋個麵啱啱好。茶米嘅擔擔麵唔係平時食開嘅花生肉碎辣油濃湯麵,而係肉碎撈麵。肉碎份量同麵差不多,每食一啖麵撈一啖肉碎都唔會唔夠肉碎撈。雖然見唔到花生碎,但撈完個汁之後都食到啲花生味嘅。雖然擔擔麵一般嚟講都係辣嘅,但呢碗擔擔麵我覺得係一啲都唔辣嘅。
