大年初一,本來一家人好好吃一頓,卻換來一肚氣!定了12位,點知臨時有親戚不到,變咗8位。枱仍很廹,还要在角落位有小孩不吃海鮮,雖然只是6大人、2小孩,也點咗8位海鮮套餐 (根本無得選擇),另外重點多半只乳豬`、煎蛋角,為的是小朋友。點之前問清楚乳豬是否熱、脆?部長說:'是"。乾等25分鐘,不要說"6小碟",連一小碟都沒有,追完又追,竟然龍虾先上,'6小碟'才來。接着是冷冰冰、肥腯腯的"半只又半只"乳豬!一上枱已顎然!大年初一,持住客人不會投訴,可以亂來就亂來搶錢!半只乳豬$288,合理,但四分一只喎!錢也不是問題,人多的話,不夠吃,難道又加多'半只'?!一只乳豬的話,豈不是$1152!!!蟹肉金錢鮑翅和石頭魚二味,不過不失,'魚湯鮮菇翡翠"就差到不得了,完全沒有味菜上得超慢,本來是第二道菜的"鰉魚膠遼參花菇',菜食晒還未見!又追,追得離都唔想食支红酒:物非所值骨碟一路都係叫先換,最好笑係拿走骨碟,無補上骨碟,再要求拿來骨碟,又係果句 '等陣先!"大年初一,第一餐飯,真是 "大吉利是"!!!

我地一家九口一月一日在鴻星為母親大人祝壽,order咗個什麼 ,真的很失望,我以後也不會再去這裡食dinner‧首先這個金装拼盤差到貼地,得d燒腩同海蜇,份量很小,個翅食胡仔咁d翅得幾條,但最揾老襯係個醬爆象拔蚌(見圖),睇落似十足土魷,食落果然係土魷咁樣,一d鮮甜味都無,問經理有無攬錯,佢話係加拿大急凍貨,咁我問佢邊個街市有得買,佢就作賊心虛,話係大批入,街市無的,咁我都忍唔住串佢話應該海都無,真係大吉利是,新年食抄魷魚。

十二月二十九日 (星期三)是日是老公仔最後一天上班,約會了數位同事到鴻星來吃過收年飯點了很多點心,大家最後都投降了:鳯爪 - 不過不失,略為多油流沙包 - 這個值得推介,熱洪洪的,流沙甘和味甜魚翅餃 - 吃不到有什麼,更不用提魚翅罷椒鹽九肚魚 - 用了很多粉炸,不太值得吃椒鹽鮮魷 - 將魷魚絲切得細細條的,易入口之餘又不覺油膩蝦餃 - 蝦肉新鮮而嫩,餃皮不厚,可一試XO醬蘿蔔糕 - 炒得頗甘香,而且不是太辣,啱哂古法馬拉糕 - 很鬆軟,趁熱食,好好味其餘的...都是普通質素的點心...不過不失...最重要是大家開開心心吃了一頓收年飯祝大家新年快樂!

點了很多點心,大家最後都投降了:

鳯爪 - 不過不失,略為多油
流沙包 - 這個值得推介,熱洪洪的,流沙甘和味甜

魚翅餃 - 吃不到有什麼,更不用提魚翅罷

椒鹽九肚魚 - 用了很多粉炸,不太值得吃
椒鹽鮮魷 - 將魷魚絲切得細細條的,易入口之餘又不覺油膩
蝦餃 - 蝦肉新鮮而嫩,餃皮不厚,可一試
XO醬蘿蔔糕 - 炒得頗甘香,而且不是太辣,啱哂
古法馬拉糕 - 很鬆軟,趁熱食,好好味

其餘的...都是普通質素的點心...

不過不失...最重要是大家開開心心吃了一頓收年飯

同朋友影完畢業相宴客, 現在是吃大閘蟹的季節便去了鴻星吃大閘蟹套餐.我們點了最貴的套餐 (1880$ 那個), 基本上除了大閘蟹和蝦球不錯外其餘也不行, 以味道來說不值這個價錢, 如果只是想吃大閘蟹倒不如吃1380那個套餐還行.......而且明顯order很亂, 到繁忙時候要催促很多次才行. 我不會再來的!!!!

Captain coughing loud mouth wide open!!!Thanks but no one should get infected by this "white hair mid-age, medium to low built male captain," with his whatever diseases, germs viruses in his possession.This particular employee while coughing loud mouth wide open also never failed to hit the back of my chair twice, this is unacceptable service and "NO NEXT TIME" for sure!BTW, while paying the bill, he instructed me to wait since he is VERY BUSY. This particular employee while coughing loud mouth wide open also never failed to hit the back of my chair twice, this is unacceptable service and "NO NEXT TIME" for sure!

BTW, while paying the bill, he instructed me to wait since he is VERY BUSY. Rather
donate the lunch money to charity than to FEED this bad attitude employee.

And as expected, no "thankyou" from him.

Unless you are interested in getting infected with flu or cough ..... etc you should avoid the captain that is white hair and medium-low built.Today while having lunch, that particular bad attitude employee was walking around coughing continuously with its mouth wide open and it never failed to hit the back of my chair. 同屋企人去食下午茶,成半個鐘都冇任何野食,搵個員工問下,點知佢話當日電腦壞咗,啱啱先落單,於是叫佢快d幫我地去廚房跟進下d食物,因為坐咗半個鐘先幫我地落到單,我地由唔趕時間變做趕時間啦~點知個員工不但冇處理到我地的問題,仲叫我地埋單走。吓!! 有冇搞錯? 呢個員工連說話的技巧都冇,需要再培訓!!!

慶祝阿姨生日,一行12人訂了一圍,剪了報紙的coupon,見75折,又魚翅又鮑魚又松葉蟹鉗都幾抵食就試一試。一來有6小碟,不算驚喜,味道麻麻,但賣相頗精緻。燉魚翅雞湯不錯,魚翅有小沙,但雞湯夠清,沒有令人倒胃口的肥油。至於雞我沒吃,但觀乎席上其他人也吃得起勁,應該不錯。接下來其中一味為京醬雪花蚌,出奇美味,是全晚最值得推介的。雪花蚌超級爽口,味道也好味,令我一夾再夾最差的一味是玉環瑤柱脯,節瓜的皮十分硬,瑤柱的味道不夠鮮,也不夠軟身,整體十分頂胃一人一隻鮑魚很豪華,也滿大隻厚身。味道合格,整體一般般。其他菜式包括黃油雞,松葉蟹鉗,味道也合格。可能一家人聚在一起,食什麼都特別美味,要求也沒平時嚴格。其中一段小插曲,侍應小姐不小心整杯啤酒倒在我哥身上,連新買的iphone 3Gs都濕了一點,所有人大為緊張。但在場經理後來處理得不錯,free了壽包和果盤給我們,也負責了哥的tie的乾洗,所以大家都接受了他們的道歉。好彩iphone無事,唔係都唔知點好,追究又唔係,唔追究又唔係......總結都是合格的一餐~

8. 迷你蓮茸酥 - 這個甜品外表很普通, 吃起來卻很有驚喜. 酥皮很香牛油味兼鬆化, 咬開酥皮, 內裡釀了清香的蓮茸, 蓮茸不會過甜, 很個甜品實在很好味.

一早訂左枱,聽電話個個已經無乜禮貌,我諗可能因為忙啦!當日無人confirm訂檯,去到原來佢寫錯左我個電話叫左個680既鮑魚魚翅餐,再叫左其它菜成餐飯,個服務最差,成日都無人serve,的人走來走去,落order,的人黑口黑面叫左佢人齊先起菜,人齊左,都等好耐個餐既水準都唔知似乜,除左隻雞,個鮑魚的汁成堆鼻涕咁,的冬菇唔入味(差過另外叫個碟雜菜煲)個貴花蚝翠玉瓜拎上檯好似人地食淨既咁個蝦子伊麵用油沉既到埋單,食到我一肚氣,不過因為係父親節餐飯,所以唔想發脾氣唔好以為我第一次去食,我係荃灣個間鴻星食過相同既野先帶阿爸阿媽去食,兩間既服務和食物係天大差別一間咁既級數既酒家,咁既服務態度和食物質素,只可以用不知所謂黎形容

由於吃了天一半,地一半的午餐,很快就肚餓了,逛到時代廣場這裏,看見很多人等位飲下午茶,就加入等位大軍。獲分配寬闊的六人檯,不搭檯的,好好地補償剛才午餐的遺憾。菠蘿叉燒包($18.8):新鮮出爐,熱得燙口;草莓鮮蝦炸雲吞($18.8):草莓醬算有特色,雲吞一般;特式流沙包($18.8):愛吃流沙包,味道一流;麻沙糍($5):熱辣辣的,好像芝麻糯米糍,下午茶價錢極優惠,但吃不完是不能打包的;原煲牛肉煲仔飯($10):這個雖然便宜,但可以不用試;BB鴿湯瀨粉($28):也算吃得過。鴻星的點心有一定的水準的,看見這裏有這麽多劣評,嚇了一跳。
