至於「西冷扒餐」的肉質熟度,太熟的話肉質就會變韌,但半生熟的話我又不敢冒健康風險,所以我選擇了比較中庸的七成熟度算數好了。至於配菜,星期日我暫時停食白飯一晚,改食薯菜粟米好了。

七成熟的西冷牛扒,切開牛扒仍可以見到少許的微紅嫩肉肉質,有口感之餘又不會太韌。嫌不夠熟的話,再把牛肉輕輕燙在鐵板上,讓燒紅的鐵板再燙一燙牛肉一下,印一下鐵板上的黑椒汁再吃一口,牛肉的肉味沾上黑椒汁的香味,就更好吃一點。

繼續在西貢遊蕩,雖然午餐吃得很飽,但四圍走動一會兒後,食肉獸變回真身,晚上即行鋸扒去也。說的是到蘇珊娜鐵鋸港扒,餐紙寫著自1974年開始,歷史悠久,實應引以自豪。吃港扒叫五成熟一定預了七成,所以在這兒亦不會例外,於是乎吃半熟的小人叫了三成,端上枱時果然剛剛好。鐵板黑椒西冷的黑椒汁有蒜茸味,不吃蒜的朋友未必受得了,倒是頗香的。西冷肉汁猶在,熱辣辣的鐵板上,沒有雪味,很是不錯。原來港扒配飯亦很好!鐵板牛柳香煎外脆肉嫩而腍,加上黑椒汁,連飯吃是出奇的惹味呢!只嫌飯太少了,完全港式口味。是日西貢之行到此為止,收穫甚豐!😀

閒日入西貢行下食下晏, 諗住冇咁多人, 但原來都係咁多人, 除咗唔駛返工果d退休人士、外國人、街坊外, 仲有好多學生, 都行到差不多一點半, 諗住冇咁多人食晏, 但我地想食果間冇開, 又唔想山長水遠入嚟茶餐廳食, 就諗起呢度, 嚟到見到都坐到八八九九, 咁啱有張6人枱冇人坐, 但忙到乜都未執, 照坐住先, 原來樓上有一大班學生招呼緊, 但得2個伙計, 廚忙到暈, 好彩唔趕時間, 慢慢坐下~  忌廉湯好彩個湯都唔算等得耐, 5分鐘左右都送到, 有湯飲住先~個湯唔會太杰或大稀, 啱啱好, 又唔會好勁cream味, 仲有少少蘑菇碎粒~  牛油多士依舊係生命麵包, 一人一塊, 可惜冇蒜茸, 如果唔係香好多~  香煎龍脷柳配意粉龍脷沾蛋漿煎, 所以煎香的部份唔係舊魚, 只係個蛋漿, 而且得半條, 可能午餐價錢平一半, 所以份量都係一半~ 唔知係咪煮好太耐, 冇人拎出嚟? 舊魚一d都唔熱, 只可叫做暖, 成碟嘢似茶餐廳出品, 完全唔似西餐廳出品, 好失望  熱檸水成壼上, 都有兩杯架, 所以d檸檬頭一轉唔好篤咁爛, 唔係唔夠兩杯分~我諗下次都未必會再食佢個午餐, 始終都係覺得佢晚餐做得好過

服務方面也不錯,招呼我們的年輕男孩都幾有禮貌,態度也殷勤,不時幫我們加水。加上環境氣氛很好,其他食客也算安靜,令整個用餐過程都很愉快。這一頓美味的晚餐也只是平均每人$200,個人覺得很值得啦~

今天忽然想食扒, 便簡了這間susanana, 因門外很有氣派.先 說羅宋湯都很好飲, 很多雜菜和有牛成份, 都不欺場.但個扒就over cook, 因本人order 了6成, 但個扒差不多全熟, 食落很硬, 有點兒掃興, 但配個抄飯底, 個飯好食.飲品都一般, 冇太大特別.都喜歡室內環境, 因很大, 燈光很有情調, 營造浪漫氣氛很好.

連續幾天假期,沒有計劃特別節目,忽發奇想不如入西貢食lunch, 因為將軍澳去西貢只需一程25分鐘的小巴便到。之前一直也想再來這間餐廳食飯,但每次入到來也很多選擇,所以今次什麼也不選了,就來這間。幾年前來過後,到今天也沒有什麼改變,一切依舊,包括味道。午市套餐只有五個選擇,但竟然兩個有牛肉的餐也賣完,真的是牛扒之家,有牛肉的餐都特別受歡迎。所以我叫了個煎雞扒餐,而老公叫了個煎豬扒餐,兩款食品也可以試一下。雖然是同樣是午市的套餐,但我覺得這裡的羅宋湯味道很濃,再加上那個勁多牛油的薄多士,真係好夾!我覺得煎雞扒比較好味,因煎完後仲有肉汁在內,但可惜個豬扒就較硬,不過調的味是不錯的。最後餐茶也不只是一杯的熱奶茶,是一小鐵壼上的,好有舊式西餐廳的風味,這個我鐘意。不過壼內只有一個茶包,對於奶茶來說就較淡味了!雖然有好或較失色的地方,但我覺得他們所做的也充滿了誠意!

午市套餐只有五個選擇,但竟然兩個有牛肉的餐也賣完,真的是牛扒之家,有牛肉的餐都特別受歡迎。所以我叫了個煎雞扒餐,而老公叫了個煎豬扒餐,兩款食品也可以試一下。

雖然是同樣是午市的套餐,但我覺得這裡的羅宋湯味道很濃,再加上那個勁多牛油的薄多士,真係好夾!

我覺得煎雞扒比較好味,因煎完後仲有肉汁在內,但可惜個豬扒就較硬,不過調的味是不錯的。

最後餐茶也不只是一杯的熱奶茶,是一小鐵壼上的,好有舊式西餐廳的風味,這個我鐘意。不過壼內只有一個茶包,對於奶茶來說就較淡味了!

雖然有好或較失色的地方,但我覺得他們所做的也充滿了誠意!

fresh and sufficient for 2.
Golden toast - strong butter so that taste good and crunchy.😋😋😋😋😋
Soup -  ingredients are enough to Carry the beef and vegetables' taste 😋😋😋😋😋

Teppenyaki  Chili garlic shrimp - is 2 big  shrimps with many ingredients, such as onion, red chili.  It is really hot and taste good.😋😋😋😋😋
Red wine or white wine are included in the set dinner for 2.  Not bad 😋 


Environment:
Romantic area, table light using mosaic style, falling into that culture and feeling relax to eat more. It deserves 5 stars even though restaurant had many years in Sai Kung.


Service:
Because of weekday dinner, there is not much people.  Waitress is nice and courtesy to serve us.

 今次舊羊西冷比較多筋, 雖然d筋都唔係好un, 都可以咬到, 但始終啖啖肉比較好, 感覺上又抵食d, 至於個蒜茸汁, 蒜茸多過汁, 啱哂我老公
 價值十蚊的意粉, 都算值得, 起碼唔係林pet pet果d, 係西餐廳應該食到果d質地, 軟硬適中, 再加埋超多蒜茸去撈, 勁~

佢有分牛柳同精選牛柳, 應該係靚D同冇咁靚的分別, 今次試下佢個精選, 睇下有幾靚? 佢比普通果只貴幾十蚊架~
 個牛柳又係叫七成熟同埋蒜茸汁, 但其實佢冇7成, 我諗大約5-6成左右, 因為果度環境暗, 唔係好睇得到, 但佢應該未至於生到有血果隻, 所以我都係切開咗, 再响鐵版上煎一煎先, 咁就去到我要求的7成熟~ 個牛柳係生咗少少, 但好有肉味, 同埋夠林, 唔錯~ 
 薯條熱辣辣, 超正, 但非常熱氣, 除咗薯條, 仲有牛油粟米粒同一兩粒車厘茄+西蘭花

去西貢唔一定要食開鮮,都可以考慮据扒~呢度雖然係小店格局,但就更加有懷舊情調。叫左個鐵板黑椒牛枊,熱辣辣,黑椒汁好惹味,牛柳分量夠曬,最重要係肉質鮮嫩又有肉汁!不過美中不足係叫5成熟都有7-8成熟,建議自己減減條數。羅宋湯好香濃足料,似花園餐廳嘅羅宋湯係懷舊情懷嘅其中一個因素。唔係用普通餐包配湯,反而係牛油脆厚多士,驚喜又好味。晚餐埋單,$190一個頭,以質素計算抵食!

去西貢唔一定要食開鮮,都可以考慮据扒~

呢度雖然係小店格局,但就更加有懷舊情調。

叫左個鐵板黑椒牛枊,熱辣辣,黑椒汁好惹味,牛柳分量夠曬,最重要係肉質鮮嫩又有肉汁!

不過美中不足係叫5成熟都有7-8成熟,建議自己減減條數。

羅宋湯好香濃足料,似花園餐廳嘅羅宋湯係懷舊情懷嘅其中一個因素。

唔係用普通餐包配湯,反而係牛油脆厚多士,驚喜又好味。

晚餐埋單,$190一個頭,以質素計算抵食!

週末到了西貢逛逛,找地方晚餐,看到這間Susanna's Steak & Seafood,看外貌似乎是一間有歷史的餐廳,就進去試試。時間還算早,未到7點,有些位子是預留給訂位的人,我們算好彩,還有最後一張二人位。我們之後的客人就要等位了!店內燈光較暗,餐枱上的燈和餐紙等都很有懷舊扒房的氣氛。先來餐湯和牛油多士,很多牛油非常香,配餐湯一絕!鐵板雜扒餐 $162 - 有火腿、香腸、牛扒、豬扒、雞扒,還有薯角、粟米等配菜,非常豐富!鐵板柳眼扒餐 $175 - 一樣有薯角、粟米等配菜,柳眼扒是招牌菜,叫了五成熟岩岩好,厚厚的牛扒裡面還有些肉汁,算不錯跟餐還有雪糕送,這天有士多啤梨味和番薯味,士多啤梨就一般啦。番薯味很有驚喜,真的很有番薯味,正!食完飽晒離開餐廳時,外邊有不少人在等位,所以如果要試,最好早點到,或者預先定位咯!

 估都估唔到會有5舊羊鞍咁多, 仲要唔係細size先比咁多你, 絕對係你平時食開的餐廳還要大少少的size, 真係超級抵食, 而且我地叫7成, 真係啱啱好, 唔會過熟又唔會見血, 不過個邊就肥咗少少, 但竟然唔羶, 通常羊的羶味都係响肥膏果度, 越肥就越羶, 但佢唔會lor~ 再點埋佢個薄荷醬食, 真係一流, 因為佢唔係用果醬果種, 而係用薄荷葉打碎果d, 好香, 同個羊好夾, 我開頭仲以為係佢地自家製, 問起先知其實只係响超市買的, 仲比埋個樣我睇, 又介紹其實有兩種, 唔好買錯tim~
 除咗羊多, 薯條都好多, 多到切羊時, 成日整到跌哂落枱~ d薯條係熱辣辣, 脆卜卜的, 份量係出面食開的double~
 至於什菜, 其實係粟米粒再加車厘茄/西蘭花, 又係超多粟米~

恕我見識少, 真係未食過羊西冷, 通常只係知有牛西冷, 老公一見到, 即刻好興奮話要試呢個, 因為佢又係未試過羊西冷~
 超級大塊的羊西冷, 又有大半寸厚, 開頭我仲以為好大厚肥膏响邊位, 但原來唔係, 係一條筋, 但一d都唔難咬, 仲好似好爽咁~ 肉質好嫩, 肉味又夠濃, 最重要係唔羶, 配埋個薄荷醬, 又係一流~

是日雪糕有朱古力、雲尼拿同蕃薯, 一聽到蕃薯, 已經唔駛考慮, 就要呢個, 因為好耐冇食過, 而且唔係咁多地方有, 果然冇選錯, 好香蕃薯味, 而且又唔會太甜


呢間餐廳真係令我有一個滿足的生日, 真係好得, 樣樣都正, 我開頭仲預計食唔哂, 因為見到份量咁勁, 可能個薄荷醬關係, 又或者兩個扒都唔肥, 所以唔會濟住, 全部KO哂, i'll be back, 一定要試齊佢其他款的扒至得~

去到西貢唔想去bar食, 見到呢間餐廳係舊式扒房since1974, 環境好似唔錯, 入完食先知中伏.叫左一客羊胺一客柳眼, 餐湯紅和白, 兩種湯都係談而無味(拍住現在的花園餐廳咁差), 餐包..多士唔係多士, 但又好多牛油, 但又唔脆....餐飲凍檸茶得檸檬味, 一杯咖啡完全似雀巢咖啡粉開水....淡而無味. d扒出左黎無人送上到枱都凍左, 羊胺好煙靭, 柳眼還好少少...咁既價錢真係唔值, 只怪自己太遲睇到openrice既食評.其實呢間野做好d食物品質, 咁既環境一定好生意, 可惜浪費了since1974...既老字號
