呢仲要好矜貴,平時好少見,師傅將佢做天婦羅形成外脆內軟,沾上少許生紫菜高湯汁,香濃湯汁配上脆口魚肉yumm

山葵漬,顏色鮮美輕輕調味已經好好食

❁大拖羅 蛋黃漬
🙌🏻超好食,新鮮拖羅本身已經夠屈機,師傅在將佢配上蛋黃漬,增添鹹香。更加出色係上面再加炸洋蔥絲,帶少許油香,成個口感提升。

❁ 蝦天婦羅
去到尾段更吸引,師傅即場整咗個手卷,入面有炸紫蘇葉、洋蔥,鮮蝦,傷心超好食,蝦肉本身已經夠香,配上熱燙紫蘇天婦羅,每一啖都有脆口鮮甜味。


最後仲有玉子布甸、湯同椰子雪糕哈密瓜作結尾🫶🏻整體感覺好好分量十足,食材高質素,食完真係好飽yummm

今日老婆同我都放假就先食個Omakse午餐。我叫咗個 Chef special。我鍾意廚師由比較淡到濃味的安排。而每一件壽司廚師又會加一些點綴,令味道層次更加豐富。真鯛魚壽司配柚子鹽 :鯛魚肉質嫩滑,搭配柚子鹽。柚子的香同咸味完美提升了魚肉的鮮味。 今次chief special 我鍾意銀雪魚壽司,廚師在銀雪魚刺身上用火槍輕輕燒過。魚變得又滑又彈牙,而且魚油味更突出。🥰另外異曲同弓的係燒過的春魚壽司。油香味岀哂。食到濃味的就係北海道馬糞海膽軍艦。廚師將軍艦加咗滿滿的海膽。入口海膽的鮮味真係回呋非常。😍😍濃呋的仲有拖羅手卷。紫菜好香脆,裡面的免治拖羅又多又軟滑,好有對比。廚師仲加埋炸粒同白芝麻,拖羅的魚香更突出。前菜沙律,蒸蛋,餐後濃味㗎啡,食到滿足又完美的午餐真係心情舒暢。😇
