以前去日本都會去食omakase,不過疫情下冇得飛,所以今次就同老公二人世界去食日本菜,估唔到會有驚喜。呢度環境幽靜,而且好有日本feel,食材全部都係由日本直接入口,一邊食一邊好似置身日本嘅感覺。毛蟹蒸蛋蟹肉食落十分新鮮,而蒸蛋都非常之滑,兩樣襯埋一齊味道真係好夾帶子肉身豐厚,味道鮮甜,食落重好彈牙伊佐木呢款魚我係第一次食,原來味道都好鮮甜,而且肥美甘香鰆魚壽司魚肉軟嫩,入口即化蘋果肉煙燻赤鯥魚皮夠香,再加上蘋果肉酸酸甜甜的,味道又夾又美味今餐真係好滿足!

琴日同朋友慶祝生日,去咗呢一間評價唔錯嘅omakase,食咗好滿足嘅一餐。我哋嘅晚餐有麵豉湯,飲落唔係求求其其嗰啲,日本菜必備。另外有帶子,食落都比起平時嗰啲新鮮,朋友最鍾意食帶子。然後有白象拔蚌配三文魚子,象拔蚌刺身好爽口,三文魚子一齊食增加左鹹香,仲有少少青檸有清新嘅感覺。然後有禾稈草煙燻鰹魚,呢個煙熏味放喺刺身度都幾特別。之後有金目鯛壽司,有口感,冇油膩嘅感覺。鰆魚壽司我哋都係第一次食,佢個樣貌幾靚,界開一道道。另外仲有慢煮仙鳳趾蠔,我自己本身唔太鍾意食蠔,不過呢個又比到好印象我,蠔味好夠。而青森蜆汁幾新奇,冇諗過蜆汁可以咁樣飲,好鮮甜。整體嘅用餐經驗都唔錯,之後大時大節都會幫襯下。
