火炙和牛壽司
牛肉經過火炙之後,令到油脂味道更加突出,入口亦有少少焦香味。

鵝肝夠晒大塊,入口充滿油脂香味。

馬糞海膽入口Creamy,非常之甘香,完全唔會覺得有腥味。
