口碑不錯,OpenRice 又有好多好評。今天中午,終於有機會試。可能期望太高,有點失望。他的價錢,一個12件omakase 大概五百幾蚊, 15件就六百幾蚊,是介乎一般日本餐廳與高級餐廳的中位數。首先食材質素是很高的,價錢好合理。份量也非常充足,不會像依家很多壽司餐廳為了減少成本而縮小魚的份量。但比較失望的,就是每一件壽司上面,師傅都加上了不必要的調味,例如太多的柚子皮,蒜,洋蔥,生薑,紫蘇,青檸。是幾乎每一件都有。其實咁新鮮嘅食材,大部份都只需要海鹽或豉油,也許小小的柚皮已足夠,調味搶了大部份的魚味,實在是一大浪費。希望餐廳能夠改善,不要overdone 左。

The amount of uni they gave us was generous enough but I thought there was a bit of a "metallic" taste or bitterness. Some of the piecez also had a little too much seasoning or garnish for my liking. The ice cream at the end was cheese-flavoured which was interesting (not so common as chocolate/sesame/matcha/yuzu). The sushi was of good/decent quality so I wouldn't say it was a let-down but somehow the experience was a bit underwhelming.

很少在香港吃日式料理。這個沒有食材很新鮮的驚艷(畢竟是在香港)味道偏重但也有些特色。其實編排甚有心思。食物部分挑選也很特別有個性,不是一般餐廳常見的。炸物也做得不錯。唯一是壽司食材欠缺我要的好新鮮的感覺。不好意思挑剔的事關拿起壽司居然有飯粒掉下。不是這星期吃的所以細節不免有甚多遺漏的地方。但同時也證明-如果我很喜歡很喜歡我必定應該記得的。整體覺得還ok不錯。當然比不上日本的餐廳但也有特色。同時佈置可否做的好點?

很想吃Omakase! 經過朋友介紹,看到他提起這家餐廳還在流口水,決定來試一試。.餐廳沒有太多選擇,就是吃Omakase! 最平$1280主要吃熟食,之後是$1580,加錢再高一點的,就是份量再多一點,我選擇了$1580這個.前菜已經很好吃,炸物一點也不乾,還可以吃到新鮮的味道。白飯魚我比較喜歡有調過味的食物,很香。下面這個很驚喜.... 有一件是內臟來的海膽魚子份量很多,還有菇的香味。鮑魚.... 之前在其他地方吃過,這個驚喜不大,但很好的是,一般吃完鮑魚還有很多汁,這裡會給你飯來吃這個汁這個很爽魚皮有燒過,微脆。另外是沒有燒過的...煮物其他不post了留一點驚喜。總括來說,我是會再回來的。

一直都好鍾意食 Omakase為慶祝朋友生日就挑選了銅鑼灣的鮨㐂請客我的手機沒電了原來每個座位下面都有一個USB插頭位可以比我手機充電我見餐廳非常體貼客人的需要先來一份前菜連皮煮栗子🌰櫻粟子旨煮車海老魚子醬黑加侖子汁浸蕃茄仔大根蘿蔔包住三文魚入面 原來師傅預早將蘿蔔用醋先醃難怪蘿蔔非常入味左口魚兩種食法非常特別師傅建議我們先食葱再吃黑鯥魚炙燒炭燒的味道可以遮蓋魚的腥味更加香口這一道菜有八爪魚鱈魚白子和烏頭白子白子而家當做一諗起係銀鱈魚嘅精子本身都唔係好想食但係食落去又係另一隻味道好軟林林融入口中又幾好食喎魚籽海膽簡直鮮甜無比啡啡色的菜是餐廳自己醃製好有咬口鮑魚凍食好鬼爽口深啡色的鮑魚醬撈飯食簡直一流啲鮑魚汁好有鮮味沙甸魚配紫菜卷好大件見到沙甸魚肉滿滿的在旁邊紫菜卷除了有白身魚梅色外還有一些配菜食落去幾種口感鰹魚燒用醬油漬做法製成唔怪得咁入味蟹痴不能錯過的香箱蟹呢三款食物-蟹子 蟹棒 蟹膏份量幾多啖啖都係蟹肉 正!壽司系列淡味的白身魚小白蝦好新鮮好爽口從師傅口中得知原來北寄貝白色是生熟食是紅色今次就食生爽口到颯颯聲金目鵰連埋紅色的魚皮加上面頭的蔥一齊食鰤魚配以面頭的柚子醬一齊食赤鯥 師傅

We sat in the main part of the restaurant but it seemed like alot of people sat in a room behind- suspect that it was due to a chef who served that room. Went for valentines and went for the 10 piece sushi omakase.

We sat in the main part of the restaurant but it seemed like alot of people sat in a room behind- suspect that it was due to a chef who served that room.

The food was really good, however they used a grill to cook food infront of you and there was no extractor fan meaning it stunk out the room and to compensate from that they blasted the air con which made it very cold. Plus the waiters were too eager to clear up. Literally when you finished your last bite they would pounce and take your plate away which was really annoying.

The food was great though, shame the environment and service didnt live up to the food.
