又係睇左好多間見佢地環境唔錯就佢拉!首先講左服務先,樓面2女1男,男嘅應該係經理著西著,服務同態度都好好。另外有個女仔態度超差!食完一道準備要收野嘅時候咩都唔講好粗魯!好冇禮貌!斟茶嘅時候直接隊個茶壺係我地面前,有好幾次都差啲比佢整到。另外間來枱坐左兩個熟客,仲同個師傅好fd咁,食左3個鐘笑足3個鐘,真係沒有對比沒有傷害,明顯有唔同待遇,唔係嗌唔同set 嘅問題。臨走嘅時候仲見到個師傅攞咗啲special野出來。有彈都有讚野食水準唔錯,食完捧住個肚走,壽司師傅節奏都掌握得幾好,唔會好耐都冇野食。我覺得最特別嘅係活牡丹蝦!好好食。香港好少食到靚貨嘅活牡丹蝦其次鮑魚都唔錯配埋個鮑魚肝醬樓面同出品有好大關連,今次體驗真係唔開心其實我想講只要你收野嘅時候講句或者成件事會好好多囉,又唔係要你當我皇上咁服侍,比4000蚊出來食呢餐飯話多唔多話少唔少係米應該有番咁上下服務出來?

我覺得最特別嘅係活牡丹蝦!好好食。香港好少食到靚貨嘅活牡丹蝦
其次鮑魚都唔錯配埋個鮑魚肝醬


樓面同出品有好大關連,今次體驗真係唔開心
其實我想講只要你收野嘅時候講句[唔好意思]或者[阻一阻你]成件事會好好多囉,又唔係要你當我皇上咁服侍,比4000蚊出來食呢餐飯話多唔多話少唔少係米應該有番咁上下服務出來?

聖誕節前席無特別約人,心血來潮上網搜尋午市師傅發辦找到這家餐廳。飯腳剛好有空,於是二人美食團又成行,結伴慶祝。猶豫於15或18件壽司,最後遵守少食多滋味戒律,點了由師傅發辦的15件套餐。前菜三點:煮魚(好味)、沙律(一般,但有顆不知名的超甜生果,如果有人知曉是什麼請指教)、芡汁茶碗蒸(一般)。在香港的見城也吃過omakase, 但之前是日本客人帶我去,師傅和客人很熟,毋用多說就自動上菜。這兒是第一次來,侍應有問我們有沒有食物敏感,有什麼不吃的。然後師傅便開始——切、揑、造型、調味、上碟,每一件都有介紹用了什麼材料。有留意這店做的是赤醋飯,是江戶時代江戶前壽司(即用東京灣捕撈的魚獲所做的壽司)流行的做法。由於紅醋由酒粕釀造,較白醋更香更醇,營養價值也較高。魚類佔了三分之二,剩餘的是白蝦、赤貝、象拔蚌、毛蟹海膽。灸燒系的很不錯,把肥美的魚油燒得焦香。一件又一件,意猶未盡,但時間也不夠,要品嚐18件至少需要兩小時呢⋯⋯如果下午不用回公司呢⋯⋯

my friend’s favourite fish🐠, we were soooo full towards the end we had to skip all the rice from the sushi
The tea pudding 🍮 was so delicious I finished it even though I was crazy full and note that I don’t usually eat desserts! This place was pretty quiet but the quality of fish was so good, more people should know about this unpretentious place

記得半年前黎食得9件同12件sushi set,今日去已經細分到有6件,9件,12件同15件,最後都係揀左12件,飽既程度啱啱好!首先黎左沙律同蟹膏蒸蛋粒車厘子用利賓納浸過,非常好食!個冬菇係脆片,非常有趣,幾好食之後開始上一系列壽司一整件帆立貝師傅無好似其實餐廳咁拍打件刺身,反而用刀切左紋,但帆立貝很厚肉新鮮白蝦鰤魚呢件係bb版油甘魚,非常新鮮爽口秋刀魚,平時幾怕食未熟的秋刀魚,呢件師傅處理過,有微微魚腥味,但反而挺新鮮有趣甜蝦,呢件非常新鮮,食落好有膠質深海池魚,這件是all time favourite 之後是一件中拖羅最後是蟹肉加海膽呢件超無敵!吃罷還會有麵豉湯,是十分濃郁的麵豉湯!最後奉上雪糕或咖啡。如有充裕時間吃一個休閒式午餐,這非常值得!

It was Yorokobu’s first time to offer sake pairing dinner. I quickly signed up for it. Five 青雲 sakes were offered to pair the courses. On balance, the pairing was well thought out. It was Yorokobu’s first time to offer sake pairing dinner. I quickly signed up for it.

Five 青雲 sakes were offered to pair the courses. On balance, the pairing was well thought out.

Highlights of the evening:
- the deep fried corn fritter with cod roe (mentaiko) was crisp and light
- the shredded squid with white corn in tomato essence was refreshing
- both marinated octopus abalone were super tender as usual
- can never go wrong with Hokkaido Murasaki sea urchin; flavor was sweet and intense.
- oyster came with certificate of origin - Iwate prefecture; crisp and a bit creamy, and did not have heavy metallic aftertaste.
- botan shrimp was fresh from the tank and was taken apart in front of us; meat was firm and sweet.
- o toro came from the same supplier that sells to Sushi Jiro !!! It melted in my mouth.
- the Ishigakigai was swimming fresh - one tap to the body and it immediately firmed up.
