第一次來華都商場店, 心想作為屯門第二分店人流應該少一些, 估唔到都係咁墟冚, 相比之下華都商場店比較闊落新淨, 下次可以轉戰華都店。

8:00pm屯門華都商場取飛得叫號9:10pm入座,其間見到5-6組客人埋單離開,都未見1組叫號入座,似乎收拾清潔比較慢。而且晚上last dinner time流轉慢,冇員工主動掃走上一round已經過60分鐘的客人,令門口其他等候客人過久或流失。倒埋茶和豉油,兩個人只落左頭四碟壽司等埋上檯坐唔夠10分鐘後。9:30pm突然cut order!入座前門口reception“”冇“”提醒last order時間!cut 單前又“”‘沒有“”開廣播叫客人盡快點餐!問店長情況,佢還好輕鬆講佢哋9點半冇得落單明顯店長唔想最尾一轉俾客狂加單令大家上下齊心唔想遲收工,而我哋呢啲唔知last order time的客人就浪費一整晚時間+餓住個肚局住埋單離開。

今日唔知食乜,留返喺香港,最後揀咗壽司郎,因為留返喺香港只係得返壽司郎一個選擇。壽司郎嘅價錢非常之合理,因為佢哋好似冇再加價。仍然係紅色嘅碟子$12,藍色嘅碟係$17。呢個價錢嚟講喺香港食真係非常之合理。今次都係叫咗嗰幾個壽司,都係吞拿魚壽司,三文魚壽司,同平時一樣咁好食,餐牌魚壽司食性價比最高,呢一款唔係拖羅,只係普通嘅吞拿魚壽司。但係佢哋嘅味道係非常之好食,如果以$12嚟講,性價比真係非常之高。

灸燒帆立貝配智利海膽:帆立貝的味道正常,但海膽不是太新鮮有少少怪味


香蔥赤蝦:蔥的份量稍微不足,但仍然是我心目中的第一選擇。赤蝦的鮮甜和香蔥相輔相成,每次都要食2-3件才滿足。


炙燒三文魚腩:三文魚的腥味較重

屯門本身有一間壽司郎,位於屯門市廣場,平時都好多人排隊,所以成日冇得食,不過呢一年屯門開多咗一間壽司郎,所以分左流之後,食到壽司郎嘅機會多咗。不過咁耐以來,都冇食過華都廣場呢一間壽司郎,所以今日就嚟試一試。佢哋嘅餐單就冇乜改變,冇乜新元素加入,雖然係好味,但係欠缺新意新鮮感,變咗好快就會食到厭啦。但係壽司郎水準一直咁好,佢哋嘅三文魚壽司,藍鯨吞拿魚壽司,味道都好好。仲有唔少其他壽司都好好食。希望佢地之後出多點新產品。

開張第二日試吓lunch time食,1300竟然唔使等位。而且兩個人坐六人卡位真係舒服到爆。其實嘢食同其他壽司郎分店都差唔多,不過係黎得慢咗少少,第一二日開店可以接受嘅。 食完之後每人仲上咗一個有屯門牛嘅袋,個design真係好有心機,個袋好靚。
