一杯好豐富嘅甜品,頂層有honeycomb 、cream cheese 同埋海鹽焦糖味爆谷,下面就係份雪冰同埋海鹽焦糖醬,而最底層就係牛乳布甸,所以喺味道上面有好多層次。粉雪冰本身唔係無乜味道,就係靠其他食材嘅味道。粉雪本身個意思就係鬆軟嘅細雪,唔似一般冰咁好多水份,呢間甜品店嘅粉雪事實上係做到呢個效果。粉雪冰每搭一種食材去食嘅時候都會做出不同嘅效果,我覺得呢一款甜品可以用高潮疊起去形容,當粉雪冰配埋海鹽焦糖味爆谷一齊食嘅時候,會食到濃濃嘅海鹽焦糖味,口感上就會有爆谷嘅脆;當搭配cream cheese 一齊食嘅時候,就會有種軟綿綿質地,濃烈嘅芝士味,鹹鹹地;當搭配 honeycomb 嘅時候,蜂蜜嘅香甜;當你食到底部嘅時候,牛乳布甸嘅奶味濃。我覺得佢最厲害嘅地方係咁多仲食材都冇比對方遮蓋,而你食每一種食材都好清楚食到嗰種食材嘅味道。

人氣甜品店Sweet Craft 相信晤洗多介紹,而家好多人都去朝聖過嚟,去到大約2:30,等左10分鐘就有位,比左錢後大約都要等10分鐘,我地點既粉雪冰係逐杯整既,應該係冰機得一部,見住店員一邊加牛奶落冰機,我心諗都幾足料,旁邊另一個店員就等冰出爐加上不同既食材,一邊睇住整一邊等食,好治愈💛💛

▪️焦糖海鹽粉雪冰 $50
賣相已經贏咗一半,我係焦糖控,見到真係好開心,每層都有驚喜,頂層鋪咗焦糖脆粒,焦糖炮谷同埋芝士Cream (一D都唔漏),中層就係牛奶粉雪冰加焦糖醬,最底層係布甸,牛奶粉雪冰係冇味既,所以加埋其他材料一齊食甜度就啱啱好,超級好味💛💛💛

▪️椰糖鳳梨粉雪冰 $52
呢個味道就完全唔同,食落好清新,超香菠蘿味,頂層有菠蘿,椰糖脆粒,芝士Cream ,中層就一樣係牛奶粉雪冰加咗菠蘿醬,最底層都係布甸,如果唔鍾意食太甜嘅話可以試吓呢個,一樣咁好食💛💛💛

第2次黎食,同上次一樣都叫左白桃味刨冰。果蜜白桃 $52胡麻雪花 $32 好重芝麻味,不過好快溶,要食快啲先得。食到底有啲脆米,但係因為太底,所以臨尾都唔係太多雪糕可以撈埋一齊食。黃埔卡有9折,如果有黃埔卡記住show比店員睇。食完杯芝麻雪糕之後肚痾左3次🤢短期內唔敢再食⋯

今次試了招牌口味的焦糖海鹽粉雪冰($50)!賣相一流🤩 最上層有焦糖脆脆,焦糖爆谷,同球狀的海鹽芝士忌廉~中層是紐西蘭牛奶製成的粉雪冰,再淋上焦糖醬,粉雪冰入口好綿密,而且好重牛奶味!最底一層是法式燉蛋,超滑溜充滿蛋香,有驚喜!!!所有材料都非常夾,三層夾埋有不同的口感,而且甜度適中,推介💛👍🏻另外朋友點的豆乳雪糕($32)也非常好味!雪糕好滑,甜度剛好,配上黃豆香味跟微鹹的脆脆~正🍦

叫左綠茶及芝麻味職員都好主動介紹不同味道好好彩我入去時未full可以唔使食得太急啲toppings配搭不錯雖然我係綠茶fans,但個人更喜歡芝麻果杯好有驚喜!地方寬敞幾relaxing!
