呢個粉雪冰Book mark咗好耐但係一直都冇去到,前幾日喺黃埔有嘢做就同朋友去咗食!當日係星期日所以都要排隊等位等咗大概接近30分鐘。叫咗最多人叫嘅海鹽焦糖粉雪冰,個人覺得唔係自己鍾意食嘅嘢只係得焦糖好食其他都係覺得一般般,如果要我排隊等位嘅話就唔值得了。

話說敲碗敲咗好耐,終於畀我等到佢哋出返雪糕😭 呢間之前已經介紹過佢個雪花冰,自己都回訪過n次,但係就未食過豆乳雪糕,今次係特登專程到訪食呢個🍦當日就食咗個豆乳雪糕 ($38)冰感較重,但呢個應該係豆乳雪糕嘅硬傷,好睇個人喜好,食落去未到雪葩咁冰感,但係可以更滑🤏🏻不過豆味未算好突出,冇上次食芝麻味雪糕咁impressive🫢最底有啲脆米令佢多一重口感都唔錯👍🏻老實講個人覺得佢哋雪花冰,同埋以前嘅黑芝麻雪糕都好正😛下次都係食返舊款😂

我唔知係我揀錯味定點?我覺得啲配料同個冰唔係好夾,每一款都好似獨立個體咁🥲 冰品嚟講,呢間餐廳同銅鑼灣出名嗰2間冰店係完全冇得比,唔係同一個層次🤣 想食冰嘅朋友仔,我建議可以直接跳過呢間🤭
我去到嘅時候就唔洗等位,都係自助形式,所以服務冇乜特別。臨走見到店員都好快手咁執嘢抹枱,安排排緊隊嘅客人入座,都有效率嘅~

試咗佢嘅招牌 #焦糖海鹽雪花冰 $52牛奶冰幾有奶香🐄,Cheese cream好細滑,帶點咸香~ 焦糖太大舊,如果佢係細細粒咁配埋牛奶冰食就正!爆谷🍿相對之下唔夠味,同埋會林。中間啲焦糖醬唔夠,食到有啲dry,底仲有一層類似奶凍嘅嘢都幾好食😌整體嚟講冇太大驚喜,不過都唔錯,一試無妨~

之前呢一直都有聽朋友介紹過,大家都淨係話好好食好好食,今次經過見到有有啲攰,想搵個地方坐下食下野,所以諗都唔諗就入咗去。同朋友揀咗兩個冰冰食 紅豆抹茶 $52 黑麥脆脆 $52朋友話紅豆抹茶,都係正常發揮,紅豆蓉略嫌有少少太甜,但係茶味濃郁,底層布甸好滑我自己就食黑麥脆脆原來其實即係珍珠奶茶味😂 識落個冰嘅口感好神奇,真係入口即溶,食到好龍滑嘅奶香,但係食完之後口感唔會覺得啲奶味停留黐住個口,相反竟然有少少覺得小清新嘅感覺,唔知係因為溫度問題定係乜嘢原因,我覺得好神奇🤣黑麥脆脆上面有一嚿麵包質地嘅嘢,好似啲一口西多士咁樣,好咁連埋沙冰一齊食,其實都幾match ,我覺得值得再返轉頭試,希望下一次是朱古力味

黑麥脆脆 $52

朋友話紅豆抹茶,都係正常發揮,紅豆蓉略嫌有少少太甜,但係茶味濃郁,底層布甸好滑

我自己就食黑麥脆脆
原來其實即係珍珠奶茶味😂
識落個冰嘅口感好神奇,真係入口即溶,食到好龍滑嘅奶香,但係食完之後口感唔會覺得啲奶味停留黐住個口,相反竟然有少少覺得小清新嘅感覺,唔知係因為溫度問題定係乜嘢原因,我覺得好神奇🤣

黑麥脆脆上面有一嚿麵包質地嘅嘢,好似啲一口西多士咁樣,好咁連埋沙冰一齊食,其實都幾match ,我覺得值得再返轉頭試,希望下一次是朱古力味

呢間甜品店成日見人介紹,見到佢個樣咁打卡已經bookmark 咗好耐🤣 一直都想試今次過開紅磡終於係機會喇!但因為好多人排隊🥲 所以我都係叫外賣算了果蜜白桃粉雪冰 $54粉雪冰既頂層一共鋪滿三種材料,包括:蜜桃果乾脆片、新鮮白桃肉同埋cream尖尖既cream 係芝士忌廉,似平時飲廢水既奶蓋芝士味,而且較挺身。中間就係粉雪冰,而底層有白桃味布丁,呢種配搭又幾驚喜喎😮 總結:50 幾蚊嚟講 有果乾脆片同白桃肉,真係對得住個價錢,所以整體真係都唔錯,唔怪得咁多人食,可以再戰啊🤣
