同朋友食完雞煲,好想食少少野潤一潤喉嚨。路過呢間甜品舖,見間舖都算人多,所以我就想試下。因爲我本身鍾意食椰汁,所以就叫咗呢個椰汁底嘅白雪飛花。開頭我對白雪飛花期望唔係太大,因爲我以前未見過呢個配搭嘅甜品,但係點知又出乎意料咁好食。白雪飛花以椰汁做底,上面放咗椰汁冰、豆腐花、雪糕同蘆薈。先講椰汁,個椰汁好夠味,又唔會甜到食唔到,單獨飲都OK。個椰汁冰軟棉棉,入口即融,留低椰汁的香味同冰涼的感覺,而且佢一層一層咁放,賣相幾䚍。個雪糕幾重雲呢拿味,好食。但係我覺得個蘆薈就一般,同個椰汁唔係好襯,如果改做OREO或者會好啲。總括黎講,呢個甜品都幾好食,職員都好NICE。最重要係個甜品夠凍,拎到返屋企之後個雪糕同冰都未融。夏天食更加一流。

開頭我對白雪飛花期望唔係太大,因爲我以前未見過呢個配搭嘅甜品,但係點知又出乎意料咁好食。
白雪飛花以椰汁做底,上面放咗椰汁冰、豆腐花、雪糕同蘆薈。

先講椰汁,個椰汁好夠味,又唔會甜到食唔到,單獨飲都OK。
個椰汁冰軟棉棉,入口即融,留低椰汁的香味同冰涼的感覺,
而且佢一層一層咁放,賣相幾䚍。
個雪糕幾重雲呢拿味,好食。
但係我覺得個蘆薈就一般,同個椰汁唔係好襯,如果改做OREO或者會好啲。

總括黎講,呢個甜品都幾好食,職員都好NICE。
最重要係個甜品夠凍,拎到返屋企之後個雪糕同冰都未融。
夏天食更加一流。

There are three flavours: strawberry mousse, tiramisu and mango.

We had the tiramisu which was the best I have ever tasted.
Not only did it taste good but the presentation was good because it had a real flower that was pretty.

The tiramisu was divine because the cream was lightly whipped and the sponge cake was soaked heavily in alcohol.
The soil was creative because they did not use oreo cookies which most restaurants use.

We also had the chocolate pancakes which had layers and layers of thin chocolate pancake with cream in the middle.

除了一大球芒果味雪糕外,還有滑溜豆腐花、嫩滑清香仙草凍、香甜軟腍紅豆、煙韌QQ彈牙的台式芋圓和地瓜圓。方形的芋圓和地瓜圓是由芋頭泥或地瓜泥混和糯米搓成的,質感煙韌香糯,爽Q無比。不過,芋圓和地方圓明顯是浸過糖水的,甜到不得了。
幸而,豆腐花、仙草凍和「糖水」都是淡而無味之物,甜味全來自芋圓、地瓜圓和紅豆,故糖水整體不太甜膩,且充滿豆腐味。

杜比點的桂花酒釀小丸子卻教人大跌眼鏡,略有所失。一見到酒釀水濁的模樣,以及沉在底的桂花,已大感不妙了。搯一匙來細看,小丸子如渴睡的路橙,懶洋洋、沒精打采的,甚或乎三五成群黏在一起。

先搯一口酒釀來試,有桂花香,有酸味,然沒有酒香或酒釀味,更有一陣說不出的怪味。再試小丸子,有如爛泥扶不上牆的阿斗,超級軟腍、毫無咬口嚼勁可言,絕對是失敗之作﹗

芒果盆栽:遠看真的很像一盆盆栽,精緻度實在值得加分。泥土是鬆脆的曲奇餅碎,牛油味並不重,這反而更耐吃;下層是芒果Mousse與海綿蛋糕,芒果Mousse偏酸不夠滑,但有淡淡的芒果味,海綿蛋糕是普通的蛋糕質感和味道。可是誰說那花能吃的?根本就是一棵真花!張誇吃了還嫌有點苦。

Baileys心太軟配Vanilla Ice-Cream:心太軟糕身偏硬,底部更硬。心太軟內的Baileys流心味道怪怪的,吃得到朱古力味,但似乎加熱後的Baileys味被改變得太徹底,有點像變質的朱古力醬(當然不是變質啦),流心算是不錯,起碼沒焗得過熟但朱古力漿不夠滑;而雲呢拿雪糕有淡淡雲呢拿味,還不錯。

甜品賣相和裝修來看甜甜屋算是做得不錯,相信是有參考台灣小店的經驗嘗試
但味道方面仍是有待改進,畢竟味道才是掌控一間食店的生死的元素
期待下次再與甜甜屋的相聚。

我承認我係雲呢拿雪榚嘅fans,每次品嚐雲呢拿雪榚嘅時候都會慢慢等待雪榚入面嘅Vanilla seed 香味同埋cream嘅鮮味 (我知道大部份都係用vanilla extract...唉~但我仲好期待有例外)。所以甜品一上檯我就忍唔住先試下個雪榚,入口約五秒,如我所料...都係普通貨色。
之後再睇下個cheesecake,一睇就知係焗嘅款式而唔係凍餅。個人認為焗cheesecake 會比較難做得芝味適中,小弟乃係cheese lover所以對芝味比較sensitive,係我嘅經驗入面焗cheesecake好多時一係就無芝味,一係就芝味被過度嘅牛油味蓋過,似食牛油多過食cheesecake。
呢到個cheesecake 焗得唔錯,芝味適中而且慢慢從中散發出黎,令人好想繼續食落去以尋找更多嘅cream cheese。用叉輕輕界開cheesecake 嘅尖位,放入口後可同時感受到藍莓醬帶黎嘅濕潤、再帶出cheesecake 嘅微微芝士味,最後當然係消化餅餅底嘅小麥香味。但因為中間蛋糕位置焗得比較粗糙影響口感,所以今次唔可以話係完美嘅配搭。不過!有時世事就係咁樣有啲缺憾先至令人印象深刻,我個人口味認為都幾特別,所以今次都收貨啦。

有窩夫賣嘅舖頭好多時都充斥住一陣陣可以令人好肚餓但亦都可以令人作嘔嘅牛油味。呢間舖都唔例外,不過佢都唔算緊要架啦...可以接受啦。
呢到個窩夫都做得唔差,上檯時保持微暖,而唔會過熱或凍曬。外脆內軟入口鬆軟,絕對唔怕食到個口損曬生飛滋。焦糖香蕉加上少許肉桂粉引出香味,配上窩夫味道好match。 有人會喜歡冷熱相撞,即所謂「ice-fire」,今次呢款甜品係可以比你感受一下呢個「ice-fire」嘅光速快感,雪榚嘅creamy 加上脆身嘅窩夫,層次感真係出曬黎。
甜品就嘆完,三個男人就緊係會吹下水交流下,但同時亦發現呢檔野都係中學生比較多,而且有唔少都係成班小女孩嘅聚會。呢一刻,我地三個大男人就顯得有點兒另類...或者我地可能會覺得自己青春左。

西灣河的甜品鋪競爭激烈,各有賣點。有次路經發現竟然港島也有「盆栽」、「鬼食泥」,將這個消息通知了不少愛吃的朋友。曾經嘗試元朗盆栽的朋友稱甜甜屋的盆栽份量較多而且口感更佳,價格亦比起那家便宜。今天再去到訪 ,嘗試其他甜品。$17 焦糖布丁較為甜,口感亦算普通,可以不試。$28雖候時十五分鐘,窩夫口感較為脆,雖本人比較喜歡鬆軟的口感,但蛋味香濃亦搶回不少分數朱古力冰淇淋和芒果尚算可以。試了一小口,紫米露與冰淇淋的配搭十分配合,下次我會再嘗試的!$25 爆炸糖與oreo碎加上tiramisu ,口感以及層次都很豐富,份量亦多,唯一美中不足是tiramisu 缺乏咖啡的味道,吃到最後亦有點「漏」。上菜的時間很快,除了要即製的waffle。價格十分便宜,可以多試。

份量亦多,唯一美中不足是tiramisu 缺乏咖啡的味道,吃到最後亦有點「漏」。
