曲奇味道写的蛮特别的,但吃起来很一般哦香辣虾酱🦐这个味道还蛮余韵悠长的,刚入口感觉就是普通饼干,但他隐隐约约的辣味又很长🌶️,不鲜不香就是特别朱古力麻薯🍫倒是好吃一些,酥松之中还有麻薯和巧克力豆的点缀,就是说巧克力味的东西永远不会出错🍏虽然有人在排队,但是真的没有很特别,要尝试的话,只推荐甜味的哟 continue reading

一提起泰昌,即時諗起最後一任港督彭定康和蛋撻,泰昌的蛋撻曾是彭定康最喜愛的下午茶之選,現在的泰昌已遍佈港九新界,今日行經紅磡,竟然俾我見到泰昌餅家,我當然要買D蛋撻返公司和同事一齊品嚐啦!餅店以粉藍和白色作主調,各種麵包蛋糕等擺放乾淨整齊,除了外賣,還有座位可作堂食,感覺舒服自在。餅店食品種類十分豐富,除了主打蛋撻外,還有不同款式的麵包,瑞士卷,斑蘭蛋糕,芝士蛋糕,老婆餅, 馬碲糕,叉燒酥,豆沙餅, 藍莓撻 ,竟然還有 黃糖和白糖糕,沙翁和光酥餅呢D懷舊餅食,真係樣樣都想試吓。最後我揀了每日新鮮出爐的酥皮和曲奇蛋撻,新出的藍莓撻和老婆餅。酥皮蛋撻$7.5~酥皮口感鬆化,牛油味甘香,蛋漿和奶味比例啱啱好,香滑亦不會過甜,好正。曲奇蛋撻$7.5~以牛油曲奇的粉糰作皮,牛油味濃,餅底鬆脆,蛋漿香甜滑溜,兩款蛋撻同樣令人喜愛。藍莓撻$12(2件$18)~撻皮金黄鬆脆,裏面加入鬆軟綿密的新鲜藍莓粒果肉的蛋糕,表面再鋪滿濃郁的藍莓果醬及一層雪白糖花,酸酸甜甜的十分滋味。老婆餅$6.5~金黄色的酥皮酥脆而充滿油光,裏面是清甜的冬瓜蓉及夾雜了不少芝麻和椰絲,入口煙韌軟糯,正! continue reading
