说来有趣,第一次吃太兴不是在香港而是在北京,大概2014/15年,有点久远记不大清,那时太兴在北京铺开好多家分店,而西直门那家离我很近经常去吃,外地朋友特别是北方人来北京我也会请他们去一下。十年前北京正宗的港式茶餐厅很少,太兴的奶茶和烧味让我们印象深刻。转眼快十年了,这几年在香港到处吃似乎不再对茶餐厅有多大兴趣,今日刚好路过铜锣湾又见太兴,吃到了怀念的味道,也勾起一些美好的回忆。在香港待久了就知道茶餐厅哪有什么服务,当然不会要求,但感觉这家服务还可以,帮我换了走甜的奶茶,没有其他评论说的那么差。(也许是我说广东话的关系?)总而言之,很喜欢太兴,也感谢他䇄立这些年没有放弃餐饮业,有时一顿饭会是人与人间一辈子的回忆。祝生意兴隆!

食都未食,早上唔係好多人嘅時候,等位叫你俾埋一邊等,喺裏面等,有兩個侍應分開兩次叫你企左又企右,第三次嗰個直程叫你話企出面先係正確。如果你要客企出面係咪應該一早第一個人就應該講?三個侍應三重標準,玩啲客。幾十蚊個早餐本身就冇諗過要有咩服務,但係呢個係原則問題,我哋三個人你覺得阻埞嘅咪早啲講囉。最簡單一樣嘢,個生意唔係自己嘅就可以鬧啲客,老闆請啲咁嘅員工真係食得屎.其實平時早上幫襯開中環店,嗰度嘅員工完全冇問題,所以相信係銅鑼灣呢一間比較特別。

是日喺跑馬地早放,同事想嘆番杯奶茶。跑馬地一落銅鑼灣就見到太興,同埋太興嘅奶茶不嬲都出名做得唔錯,就入去食個Tea。-羅宋湯通粉配日式四色卷 凍奶茶少甜羅宋湯唔可以話係正宗,似蕃茄湯底多啲,四色卷表皮炸得香脆,不過入面啲餡就甩甩地,味道尚可。-濃香星洲炒米粉 凍奶茶加冰個炒米好多料,而且好乾身,一啲都唔油,色水同味道亦足夠。講講個凍奶茶,如果唔叫多冰係會以冰震嘅形式奉上,好處係唔會令到杯茶淡左,另一杯雖然叫左多冰,但因本身太興嘅奶茶有一定質素,夠濃郁,所以就算叫左多冰都唔會好淡。

講講個凍奶茶,如果唔叫多冰係會以冰震嘅形式奉上,好處係唔會令到杯茶淡左,另一杯雖然叫左多冰,但因本身太興嘅奶茶有一定質素,夠濃郁,所以就算叫左多冰都唔會好淡。

經常都經過呢間銅鑼灣太興,見到佢門口長期有個外賣餐牌,今期推介一款叫三杯土黃雞,早兩日走去買咗一隻試下,外賣返到去後第一時間試食,竟然有驚喜,佢唔會因為係平價外賣而Hea做,雞肉嫩滑食落帶有啲甜味,幾好食送白飯一流,隻雞size亦唔會好細隻,以80蚊嚟講呢隻三杯雞確係幾超值的。

朋友係意大利人,想食啲香港特色嘅燒味飯,我就帶咗佢去食太興嘅燒味飯,叫嘅食物都係普通香港家常燒味菜,我發覺外國人一般都好鍾意香港嘅叉燒,其實一啲都唔出奇。所以我哋叫咗叉燒,叫咗一碟半隻油雞,亦都叫咗一碟欖菜四季豆,欖菜味道香濃,用嚟送飯,係一流嘅選擇。我哋全部人都特別鍾意食姜戎,太興嘅員工就一人俾咗一碟我哋哈哈,非常開胃。其實喺太興仲可以叫一啲拼盤,一碟有切雞、叉燒、鴨,一次過滿足晒所有願望,再加一碟菜,就係一個均衡嘅飲食,應該係,除非唔係。

For some odd reason I can't resist the temptation of curry and have to order it every time when i see it on the menu. I believe they cooked the curry with coconut milk because the coconut aroma is filled with each bite of the curry. The beef brisket portion is so generous that I finished the rice way before I worked through the entire bowl of curry. If you are not a fan of curry, there are loads of other choice on the menu and I'm sure you'll find something that you like here.

如果上午見客,我總習慣在附近食定一個大份早餐做好充足準備以防唔可以準時午餐帶來的不便。是日純粹因為就腳的關係,來到銅鑼灣「太興」食早餐。餐廳裝修新淨光猛,早餐的選擇都幾多。最後揀了火腿通粉、滑蛋多士餐連熱奶茶($39),價格唔算平,通粉內有些許生菜,都算”健康有營”,但味道無甚驚喜,湯底甚至有D味精味,份量偏少。滑蛋就更加普通,偏老,份量亦偏少。唯一欣慰的是太興的奶茶都幾有保障,香滑濃郁,很少出錯。

太兴餐厅之前吃过几次中餐和晚餐,总体感觉还可以吧,这次正好一早上在铜锣湾办事,跑来试试他家的早餐。早餐的选择不算多吧,点的出前一丁常餐配煎蛋,加了个三明治。结果大失所望,出前一丁做的极度难吃,还不如自己在家泡面。服务态度也很糟糕,虽然早上人比较多,但也不该这样。总的来说挺差的。
