To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個牛角酥三文治真係好好食,牛角酥好脆好香😗😗,入面仲有火腿、芝士、快蕃茄同生菜,餡料好豐富👀👀。雖然睇返去細細個,但實際食落去都幾飽足😄😄。牛角酥一咬落去就係超脆口,而且蕃茄同生菜都好新鮮。熱咖啡正常都好唔錯,仲係即磨咖啡,更加香濃。
⭐️ 鮑汁雞翼撈公仔麵 凍檸茶 $40
鮑汁嘅味道有少少甜甜嘅感覺,特別好配撈埋公仔麵食🤤🤤。公仔麵個麵質彈牙,煮得啱啱好,唔會太軟或者太硬👍🏻👍🏻。雞翼嘅份量都幾足夠,入味都唔錯。如果再加返啲辣椒油,味道更加出色😆😆。凍檸茶都係一般茶餐廳嘅水準,冰涼清爽,都好好飲😚😚。

太興奶茶最特別之處就係有碗冰放係奶茶下面,唔會因為時間久左就令奶茶味道變淡,所以每次黎太興必定要叫一杯(冰鎮凍奶茶)!而且都係加$3價錢,絕對係必定要叫!
枝竹豆腐火腩飯:枝竹,豆腐 完全無味,火腩不是腩肉,應該係燒豬頭尾下柵⋯⋯
員工態度惡劣,叫佢換過叉燒又不情願,最後還是換了,在離枱10CM距離間丟落嚟 轉身離開

滿燻鵝絲雪菜炆米粉味道偏鹹, 食食下仲發現到有鵝骨😅。XO醬元貝菜粒炒飯反而味道好淡, 好似唔記得落鹽, 又沒有XO醬味道。 都是飲品最好, 凍咖啡和茶走都正常。
這間太興的質素麻麻地🤏🏻, 要改善一下。
