To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最後叫左重量級三文治餐 $52
等左十分鐘先有得食,一望到個樣果然冇令人失望。明顯係即叫即做架
近鏡望望,三文治有烘底,堅係幾精神的。話明重量級,真的幾多料。有煎蛋、生菜、蕃茄、double 火腿、仲有芝士,加上 club sandwich 一貫的三層飽。
特別一讚係生菜同蕃茄,好新鮮,加上少少沙律醬吊吓味,成件事都開胃左。
熱咖啡,尚算香濃,不過唔夠熱,扣左少少分數。
每枱有自助熱水,感覺衛生好多。
瑞士汁牛柳絲炒河, 嘩。。。瑞士汁啫,唔合係糖水呀ma, 成碟野除左甜味之外,都係得甜,而且黎到碟野係凍既,當然唔係雪櫃拎出黎, 但好明顯係一盆野到夾出黎比我囉, 好得人驚!分量細到不得了,但我都食唔落,因為太甜!
叫左杯熱柑桔, 無咩特別,唔難飲但又無出色
另外又叫左個奶茶。。。。嘩。。我會形容為奶水,完全無茶味!
另一個係叫左欖菜肉碎炒飯。。。我真係唔識欣賞。。啲飯乾到以為飯蕉。。又咸, 食完成個tea個人都濟晒,分量細食唔晒都可以濟晒!油到不得了。。

燒鵝叉燒雙拼,皮唔脆唔怪你.
鹹到狗掉毛.
鹹鹹鹹鹹,除左鹹咩味道都食唔到.
諷刺既係隔離有份menu,
推薦咩都係鵝乸正.
滑香皮脆.
呃鬼,一樣食唔出.
可以差成咁.
街市20蚊燒美都不如.
在太興吃到這樣的燒美完全接受唔到.
以為最差,還有更差.
有請咕咾肉,
賣相嘔心,味道PK
三送飯水準,
汁太水了,肉爽口?
點解咕咾肉會爽口,
原來係用豬頸肉,奇怪奇怪奇怪,
越食越覺得核突.
奇奇怪怪的口感,過酸.
最後還有海鮮豆腐煲,
味道算正常.這個就不評論.
成餐飯食得極不開心.
調味過重,賣相嘔心.
食過咁多次太興,就這間如此垃圾.
唔知道以為食緊街市碟頭飯.
失望black list.
九龍灣德福這太興究竟有無關心過自己的出品是否達標?

需然唔係叫5🌟級燒肉飯
但相信都係同一款燒肉
呢款一d都唔配有5星級既名稱
再次證明 圖片只供參考😅
落單嗰陣時阿姐話燒腩仔飯要$80, 勁貴。莫非又加價?
再問清楚原來燒肉飯係$66, 燒腩仔呢因為係靚嘅部位,所以貴D。但係我都唔係好接受到,所以都係食$66 算。
食落份量都OK多啦,皮都脆但係肉有啲韌,同埋偏瘦。$66連野飲不過不失囉⋯⋯
好處係Service都唔錯,阿姐起碼會提醒你價錢有分別,唔會隨便同你落左單然後收貴D,都幾均真。冇加一,同埋食完唔會即刻趕人走,午市可以坐多幾分鐘,十分難得。
另外德福商場今年新年嘅佈置老夫子系列,OK特別唔會來來去去又係嗰啲新年狗。
叫咗個北菇豆腐青衣魚柳煲加蝦皇醬炒鮮魷芥蘭。見佢紅酒燴牛尾做特價$28 蚊,所以叫咗個嚟試吓。另加兩杯鹹檸水!
