To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本諗住食粉麵,
到午餐時又想食飯,
企喺雅蘭門口
好容易便望到太興燒味
窗邊掛滿燒味,走近看,
燒味頭上隆起一個髻,
係燒鵝呀!好耐無食了,
而家一般燒味店都只用燒鴨。
入到去二話不說叫了兩個燒鵝脾飯
朋友要求原隻嘅
不到十分鐘兩個飯一齊到...
賣相十分吸引...
吃起來鵝味濃,
鵝肉肉質嫩滑,油分甘香
皮燒得脆脆香口,
沾一下酸梅醬,很滿足!
至於白飯,雖不是頂級白米,
但質素不俗,是一粒粒完整米粒。
絕非米糠之輩。
雖然比一般的燒味飯貴少少,
要對自己的味蕾和胃好一點,
貴少少都食一餐
兩個套餐也有東西喝
我要了杯凍檸茶少甜
凍檸茶茶味夠
檸檬都算夠,少甜真的是少甜
朋友的凍奶茶沒有什麼好說..
另外這裡也有小菜同炒炒麵的!
見到也有魚套餐,下次有機會試試。

烤魚好唔同!這裡選擇用烤的!
做法算是簡單不複雜
整條魚是塗上薄薄的麵粉!
輕微炸過再烤得酥脆的魚皮!
連側邊魚骨都好鬆脆,好有咬口!
因為先炸再烤吾會太乾!
所以肉除了保持嫩滑,還保留肉汁
魚肉烤得乾身更香口
得中間一條骨,好容易食!
擠些檸檬汁同輕微辣汁!
魚肉吃起來清甜爽口.
魚上撒上干辣椒和葱花。
及放著大量配料,
花生粒,洋蔥絲及芒果乾!
仲有已經一早放上的檸汁...
酸酸甜甜嘅烤魚第一次試
酸味甜味咸味三味岩岩好..
一路會停唔到筷子!
鐘意食魚既我係連個魚頭都唔會放過!
店雖沒有華麗裝修,
但簡單舒服,環境和餐具都潔淨.
早幾年的食物水準就好好,冰鎮奶茶丶燒肉丶焼味,日日食都可以。
現在不知道是否賺錢多了,品質下降都旡人理,其實都好心痛,點解做香港茶餐室一的的 heart 都無
而且於星期一至五晚飯時刻,若選擇兩小菜 都轉套餐便免費送靚湯一個,2人埋單計不用200元(免加一),附近幾間餐廳價錢也差不多,但論環境太興勝在企理,侍應一般。
太興出名燒味,當然要叫燒肉食,燒肉個皮係淋嘅,啲肉好un和唔好食,又冇豬味,真係好失望。
巴東牛肉做緊優惠28元,諗住試吓,啲牛肉都幾多,有牛腩和牛筋辣辣哋都幾好味,同埋牛腩和牛筋炆得好入味好淋,呢個價錢值得一試。
榨菜雲耳蒸雞好好食,啲雞好滑,雲耳都好多,榨菜好嘢味,送飯一流。
冰浸奶茶好好飲,係細杯咗少少。
整體上係啲燒肉唔好食,其他都算ok,兩個人食咗191元,希望太興盡快改善啲燒味質素。
