今天經過旺角,由於是午飯時間,周圍也有很多人排隊吃飯,看見太興沒有太多人,便進去了。環境十分大,很快便有位置坐下。我叫了一客太興燒味最出名的叉燒飯,並一杯熱奶茶。大概幾分鐘後便有了。叉燒飯上面大概有七至八塊叉燒,全部都是半肥瘦,一咬下去,肉脂和肉汁的分佈剛好,還有一些椰菜作伴碟。美中不足的是白飯溫度不夠熱,所以在吃到後期的時候很容易變硬及比較乾身。而且比較細碟,不過如果下次來也會再叫半肥瘦的叉燒吃。奶茶方面,喝進口裏十分香滑,我個人比較喜愛喝熱的奶茶,因為甜度可以自己調校。喜歡較濃茶味的人,可以不加糖,味道便剛剛好。

奶茶方面,喝進口裏十分香滑,我個人比較喜愛喝熱的奶茶,因為甜度可以自己調校。喜歡較濃茶味的人,可以不加糖,味道便剛剛好。

今日有事同朋友原本諗住食粉麵,到午餐時又想食飯,企喺雅蘭門口好容易便望到太興燒味窗邊掛滿燒味,走近看,燒味頭上隆起一個髻,係燒鵝呀!好耐無食了,而家一般燒味店都只用燒鴨。入到去二話不說叫了兩個燒鵝脾飯朋友要求原隻嘅不到十分鐘兩個飯一齊到...賣相十分吸引...吃起來鵝味濃,鵝肉肉質嫩滑,油分甘香皮燒得脆脆香口,沾一下酸梅醬,很滿足!至於白飯,雖不是頂級白米,但質素不俗,是一粒粒完整米粒。絕非米糠之輩。雖然比一般的燒味飯貴少少,要對自己的味蕾和胃好一點,貴少少都食一餐兩個套餐也有東西喝我要了杯凍檸茶少甜凍檸茶茶味夠檸檬都算夠,少甜真的是少甜朋友的凍奶茶沒有什麼好說..另外這裡也有小菜同炒炒麵的!見到也有魚套餐,下次有機會試試。

上星期一來了太興餐廳吃下午茶, 平時在太興吃燒味飯動輒也要五六十元的, 原來下午茶有一款$30的輕盈墨魚四寶飯, 於是想也不用想便吃這個吧. 這個輕盈飯確實是挺輕盈的, 白飯份量很少, 應該只有八,九口吧, 但四寶餸就舖滿了白飯表面的, 有四塊紅腸, 四塊燻蹄, 四塊墨魚片, 半隻鹹蛋. 墨魚片質感有點彈牙, 燻蹄就很好吃啊, 把燻蹄上的汁拌飯吃很香的. 鹹蛋因為不太健康, 所以都只是夾了一點點來拌飯吃. 紅腸就沒有什麼特別之處的. $30還配有熱奶茶一杯, 熱奶茶蠻好喝的, 整體是挺滿意的!
