To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為一個燒味控
當然係想試下到底有幾好味
首先個價錢已經係比其他燒味店係貴3倍有多
咁自然對佢個期望都會大D
一黎到既時候
的確係香D既
而且肉都睇落去厚D
不過食落呢
又唔覺得佢點解可以賣到咁貴
肉質厚但係同時好實
皮香但係冇入口即溶既感覺
食完我會覺得食燒味店2X蚊仲抵食

personally 覺得佢地d 鵝係香同好食既,不過呢覺得d 皮唔夠脆,同堆少少凍左,sorry 要求高左少少,但我以前係其他地方食開都係熱辣辣成件事會開心d。而d 燒肉其實馬馬地 一來唔香,二來唔脆,三來唔熱,四來品好肥。最後最後 個飯真係好唔得,d 飯好乾好硬 完全係硬吞,唔鐘意d飯.....講真咁既價我不如係屋企街市買.....有d灰左
題外話 環境算唔錯唔會迫死人,不過睇來好似佢地做自由人生意多,並不local

就算夜晚去食佢d小菜,都相當唔錯,只不過係濃味咗d,有少許口喝。

燒肉: 塊皮好脆, 正!
油雞: 雞肉算嫩滑, 一貫燒味舖ge 味道…
飯: wa! 硬到呢! 點食呀… 油菜 (菜心)
酌菜好似鹽, 糖, 油都無落咁, 好”寡”, d菜仲要有渣ge… -_-“ 豆腐班腩褒
入面全部d野都炸過, 所以有d油, 不過都正常ge, 晤正常ge地方係佢好鹹… 入面有豆腐, 班腩, 冬菇… 其實成個菜稍微有難度ge係個班腩… 做得麻麻地… 個班腩炸到入面都乾口西, 好似食緊魚乾咁… 真係又鹹又乾… Overall: service 其實ok~ waiter n waitress 都好helpful~ environment… 個地下有d dirty… 不過d野食就真係晤係好得… 黎呢度都係食燒味吧啦…

所以有段時間都沒有再來。但最近好多餐廳都不停加價,於是再回到太興的懷抱。
每次到太興食午餐都是叫燒味飯 (燒肉燒鵝雙併),啖啖肉,好味! 另外會買咖喱牛腩罐頭 $18回家加餸,雖然罐頭,但咖喱香牛腩淋!
這裡的價格高一點點,但環境相對企理,坐椅相對寬敞,服務相對好。 今次轉下食常餐
雪菜肉絲米粉 $45 米粉不是平時食開的白色米粉,這裡用上的米粉有少少透明。口感彈牙爽口。
肉絲用料新鮮,有肉味。雪菜味道甜甜的,好惹味!
炒旦多士 多士唔係厚多士,而且烘不夠脆。
蛋的色好黃,好吸引。切下去,炒蛋有蛋汁流出,食落好滑。 同事話好正,我覺得用料是好,但味道不是好好好突出,而且 $45太貴
雜菌煙肉意大利麵 $45 送上時的賣相比圖片更加吸引。
意大利麵上放有大量紅紅的煙肉、裹面有紅、黃、青椒及洋蔥,非常Colorful!!
菌類只有鮮冬菇秀珍菇,如果可以放多一、兩款菌會更吸食。
煙肉切到細細粒而且炒到好香口,份量好多好多,會啖都有好香的煙肉粒,好正!
忌廉醬汁香濃配上天使麵口感幼滑彈牙。整體好味,好食過好多西餐廳。
冰鎮奶茶 +$3 我的最愛。茶香奶滑。
每次味道都保持一樣,不會時好時差。
