星期日同女朋友打完波,去醫肚剛遇上下午茶時段。 發現如果叫燒味飯,感覺上好似同午市比冇乜點平到。 今次點了一個<<五星級燒肉飯>>。 不過燒肉入口整體上太腍,外層的皮更加係唔脆。如果師傅唔將D汁淋在燒肉上可能會好D。 另外飯如果再熱一點會更好。 加3蚊轉了杯<<冰鎮奶茶>>,奶茶入口係滑,但好甜。如果唔係冰鎮可能會好D。飲完後,成個人整天沒有食慾,因為太濟。 食完飯,呀姐好快收哂D野,感覺到被人吹。香港地想食完飯坐多陣都好有壓力。

今日重陽節要拜祭祖先,走去太興買咗啲燒肉和切雞供奉。本來想買兩條燒腩骨,因重陽關係,早已售光,唯有買半隻雞和半斤燒肉.切雞斬得很工整,雞頗滑但味道道略鹹,附送的姜蓉也用不上,如果味道能淡一些就好。燒肉很廋,如果是腩骨應該淋滑些,皮也頗脆,燒得燶咗啲,但味道幾好不太鹹。還送片豬脷。負責斬料的員工態度不錯。

識食梗係去太興嘆下午茶餐啦,佢哋嘅叉燒飯配埋冰鎮奶茶簡直係。下午茶時間最抵,平過晒午餐同晚餐,所以一定要去試下。去到太興梗係要叫佢哋最出名嘅叉燒飯啦!我每次一定會叫半肥瘦叉燒飯,就算唔指明肥瘦,都唔會差得去邊。叉燒有又多汁又入味,食過返尋味。平時去茶餐廳叫凍奶茶就要好快飲晒,想同friend傾多兩句都唔得。啲冰話咁快就就用溶,杯奶茶唔使幾分鐘就淡晒。太興ge冰鎮奶茶就唔同,冰同茶分開,可以一邊傾計一邊嘆茶,一邊嘆叉燒飯,簡直係一樂也!

去到收銀都阿姐講,阿姐話可以取消個餐但係你柸飲品飲咗要計翻錢。我哋就緊係唔制啦!你個餐等極都唔到,其實唔係貪你柸飲品,但係你個餐等極都唔到,追又唔理,你仲好意思同我計?而家唔係比唔起,係唔值得比,你個餐連飲品,而家嘢食又唔嚟,$50個餐你話柸嘢$49都得架啦!同佢理論咗一陣,收銀就"叫"經理幫我咃取消未到個餐錢,只係收兩個餐。經理就話唔好意思,已經叫咗廚房跟跟,我就話新單都出,漏單都仲唔即刻補比人。經理都冇再出聲,比完錢收銀阿姐就話下次唔會架啦,我就同佢講咗句仲有下次?

另外中途都有其他事發生,有個伙記冇啦啦大大聲同另一個伙記/收銀係度嘈,經理之後出聲問佢咩事先收聲,D伙記有幾專業可想而知。同埋見到隔離枱都幾唔滿意,佢哋同我哋差唔多時間到,有叫一份炒河,等咗都幾耐先到,點知個牛河似都冇件,佢就想話換,點知伙記話冇哂河粉,一係叫另一個,客人就話再叫又等唔知幾耐,一係再炒D肉另外上,客人就話都涷哂啦,幫佢炒多次好過,攪完一輪要有得食。佢哋都同我哋講話個炒河成$50個,肉都冇好過份,又要叫極D伙記都另歪面扮睇唔到。

我唔係一個唔講道理嘅人,但係漏單係你唔啱,比咗時間你補救都唔做,想人唔燥都唔得啦。其實早兩三個月去過,服務已經開始差,下午茶收人$5X 一個,最基本嘅嘢都做唔到,食物質素又唔係特別好,我覺得大集團唔應該係咁。真係以後都唔會再去呢間太與!

油雞夠味﹑燒鵝燒得好味﹑叉燒夠淋好味,成碟飯都好有水準加埋咸蛋有成隻切一半很適合咸蛋送飯,真係好抵食價錢合理。

在港式連鎖餐廳中,我覺得太興是挺好的選擇,環境乾淨,服務熱情,還沒有加一,食物水準也比較穩定。雖然價格比大家樂美心等稍微貴一些,但整體來說還是更值。週末早餐吃得比較晚,導致午餐時間也順延,索性去吃下午茶。太興的下午茶很多跟午市是一樣的,但價格便宜十塊錢。我們點了梅菜扣肉飯和羅宋湯通粉配日式四式卷,其中梅菜扣肉飯是午餐也有的。分別配老火湯和cappuccino。先到的是梅菜扣肉飯,梅菜很足,肉有四五片。肥瘦適宜,很入味。梅菜也很多,很下飯。最下面墊了兩條芥藍,吃了油膩的肉之後吃點蔬菜會比較舒服。不過BF覺得肉不夠軟,不夠肥,還有點干。可能每個人的口味不同吧。羅宋湯通粉還不錯,用的是mini通粉,分量比較小。日式四氏卷就是我意料之外的了,本以為是三文治類型的,但實際上是油炸蟹肉棒那種,皮很像腐皮。作為一個不愛吃油炸食物的人,看到這個卷就望而生畏了。不過BF覺得它挺好吃的。老火湯和咖啡做得也一般。因此整體來說今天用餐並沒有很滿意。但對於太興的印象還是沒有受到影響的,只是自己點菜太失誤了。

這是一個有藥膳成分的套餐
材料有蟲草花,紅棗,杞子,豆卜,滑雞,

至於老火湯就係粉角南北杏煲豬骨湯,
味濃好飲,但是飲得出放了較多味精,
因飲完會好口渴,

所以還是家人煲的會較好,
料足味濃而且沒有味精.

但是出面很多也會放很多味精令食物更好味更易入口,
所以這也是情有可源..
