To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大都牛肉麵,牛𦟌夠淋,麵條夠煙韌,但湯味淡
星州炒貴刁,只是普通的茶記出品,用料不足,只有兩隻蝦和數粒叉燒
欖菜肉鬆炒飯,欖菜和菜粒爽脆,飯粒香口,但畧為油膩,都算合格

去太興食飯,正路食燒味最安全。
不過,都係冇我想食既乳豬飯,最後叫左個星州炒米,連凍飲$61。
份量偏少,賣相正常,但只係得黃色,淡茂茂完全無味,食左等於冇食,事後仲要出去溝貨……
又貴又難食加埋零招呼,無下次……
如果肯屈就去上堂地點附件比較多麻甩佬既茶餐廳,唔使比咁多錢,但肯定好食過佢..........
以前入到去循例都會有人問下你幾多位,今次人都冇個,都冇所謂,始終太興只係一間茶餐廳,自己搵位都好正常。
我哋3個人坐低咗,因為諗住隨便食D嘢,叫咗炒河, 炒米同炒飯,落單時間係14:11。飲品好快就到,我哋就一邊玩手機一邊等嘢食啦。等咗15-20分鐘,炒河同炒米到咗,仲以為佢係即炒所以耐少少,點知碟嘢只係暖暖哋,食落去一般啦,本身都唔覺太興D嘢好好食。
食到咁上下,個抄飯都仲未到,睇睇時間都已經14:36,當然就叫伙記追追。點知個個伙記見到你叫佢就即刻拎轉面,好似扮睇唔到就唔使做咁。終於叫到個經理追單,佢就話幫我哋跟跟,之後都聽到佢同廚房講。我心諗:應該係漏單,算數,唔緊要,再等等。之後我哋兩個都食完,見廚房有碟抄飯出,諗住終於到啦,點知係另一枱新客嘅。睇睇時間,都成14:49分,一個下午茶炒飯有冇咁耐呀,再想叫伙記追追,又係十問九唔應,明明人客就唔算多,又坐唔滿,樓面有4/5個人都扮到好似好忙咁。見到廚房又有嘢出,如果都唔係就走人。結果都唔係,算,我哋已經唔想再等,就去收銀取消個餐。
去到收銀都阿姐講,阿姐話可以取消個餐但係你柸飲品飲咗要計翻錢。我哋就緊係唔制啦!你個餐等極都唔到,其實唔係貪你柸飲品,但係你個餐等極都唔到,追又唔理,你仲好意思同我計?而家唔係比唔起,係唔值得比,你個餐連飲品,而家嘢食又唔嚟,$50個餐你話柸嘢$49都得架啦!同佢理論咗一陣,收銀就"叫"經理幫我咃取消未到個餐錢,只係收兩個餐。經理就話唔好意思,已經叫咗廚房跟跟,我就話新單都出,漏單都仲唔即刻補比人。經理都冇再出聲,比完錢收銀阿姐就話下次唔會架啦,我就同佢講咗句仲有下次?
另外中途都有其他事發生,有個伙記冇啦啦大大聲同另一個伙記/收銀係度嘈,經理之後出聲問佢咩事先收聲,D伙記有幾專業可想而知。同埋見到隔離枱都幾唔滿意,佢哋同我哋差唔多時間到,有叫一份炒河,等咗都幾耐先到,點知個牛河似都冇件,佢就想話換,點知伙記話冇哂河粉,一係叫另一個,客人就話再叫又等唔知幾耐,一係再炒D肉另外上,客人就話都涷哂啦,幫佢炒多次好過,攪完一輪要有得食。佢哋都同我哋講話個炒河成$50個,肉都冇好過份,又要叫極D伙記都另歪面扮睇唔到。
我唔係一個唔講道理嘅人,但係漏單係你唔啱,比咗時間你補救都唔做,想人唔燥都唔得啦。其實早兩三個月去過,服務已經開始差,下午茶收人$5X 一個,最基本嘅嘢都做唔到,食物質素又唔係特別好,我覺得大集團唔應該係咁。真係以後都唔會再去呢間太與!

頂級午餐肉炒蛋公仔麵(E):我平時好少食午餐肉,覺得好粉好咸,又唔似肉!呢度嘅頂級午餐肉中間有肉碎,唔會過咸,味道真實啲,午餐肉煎過,但浸湯又唔會好脆!炒蛋好滑!中間juicy!公仔麵淥得ok,唔會好淋!湯底係一丁湯底!加咗少許辣椒油(幾香唔嗆喉),微辣仲好味!菜心ok !
熱檸茶正常!不過有個小意外,可能太興店員對自家奶茶好有信心,落單時我未講飲乜,佢已經幫我落了熱奶茶,來錯之後我更正了!就來返啱!
店員勤快!亦有禮,唔錯!
- 八寶飯
週末早餐吃得比較晚,導致午餐時間也順延,索性去吃下午茶。太興的下午茶很多跟午市是一樣的,但價格便宜十塊錢。我們點了梅菜扣肉飯和羅宋湯通粉配日式四式卷,其中梅菜扣肉飯是午餐也有的。分別配老火湯和cappuccino。
先到的是梅菜扣肉飯,梅菜很足,肉有四五片。肥瘦適宜,很入味。梅菜也很多,很下飯。最下面墊了兩條芥藍,吃了油膩的肉之後吃點蔬菜會比較舒服。不過BF覺得肉不夠軟,不夠肥,還有點干。可能每個人的口味不同吧。 羅宋湯通粉還不錯,用的是mini通粉,分量比較小。日式四氏卷就是我意料之外的了,本以為是三文治類型的,但實際上是油炸蟹肉棒那種,皮很像腐皮。作為一個不愛吃油炸食物的人,看到這個卷就望而生畏了。不過BF覺得它挺好吃的。 老火湯和咖啡做得也一般。因此整體來說今天用餐並沒有很滿意。但對於太興的印象還是沒有受到影響的,只是自己點菜太失誤了。
- 梅菜扣肉
材料有蟲草花,紅棗,杞子,豆卜,滑雞,
蟲草花對肝腎有益且化痰止血,
杞子明目,
紅棗補氣活血,
豆卜沒什麼味道,
其實豆卜很能夠吸收別的食物的精華味道,
所以我很難想像太興竟可以把豆卜煮得沒什麼味道,
但是滑雞卻不錯, 真的又香又滑,
而分量不是很多, 至於老火湯就係粉角南北杏煲豬骨湯,
味濃好飲,但是飲得出放了較多味精,
因飲完會好口渴,
所以還是家人煲的會較好,
料足味濃而且沒有味精.
但是出面很多也會放很多味精令食物更好味更易入口,
所以這也是情有可源..
2. 客家梅棻扣肉 + 白飯 + 老火湯 肉很重口味因較咸,
且會較乾身,
梅棻反而比較OK,
所以只用梅棻不用扣肉來勞飯也可以
3. 輕量版叉燒飯 + 冰鎮奶茶 分量不多, 比巴掌多少少,
叉燒鬆軟香口,但肥膏部分不致於入口即化, 冰鎮奶茶果然係鎮店之寶,
奶味香濃,也如絲般滑溜,
十分值得一試
4. 秘製手打厚多士(奶醬多) + 柚子蜜 秘製手打厚多士 不如外間傳那麼好吃,
多士過乾過硬, 口感不好,
但其可取之處為醬料多, 花生也別間大粒,
可是也不能補救多士口感不好的缺點....
柚子蜜也稍甜
