To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直未吃過太興的小菜,難得今次晚上來便可以一試。 點菜是「各自表述」的時候,所以菜名價錢也沒有太在意,反正個名改得天花龍鳳都是那些罷了。
我只記得我點的例牌燒肉是 $52,另外我們全部人都加了錢轉套餐,即是有飯和飲品,但轉餐要加 $19 ,好貴!
太興畢竟也是燒味起家,點燒味應該也幾穩陣,是以燒肉品質不差的,起碼做到肥瘦均稱,肉質爽口不乾,就是皮不夠脆。價格當然是偏貴了。我因為喉嚨痛所以點了鹹檸水,算是比較有特色的飲品選擇。 跟著又是肉(梅菜扣肉+ 咕嚕肉),前者如果多汁一點的話當是下飯妙品,後者的只吃了一件菠蘿和一件稍為硬的咕嚕肉。還有沒有攝入鏡頭的鹹魚蒸肉餅,愛吃重口味食物的朋友說不錯,我就沒有試了。
反而影不到的蝦醬銀魚啫啫芥蘭煲,夠惹味,最好食!芥蘭是幼身的,所以鮮嫩無筋,銀魚蝦醬香噴噴,雖然一大鍋上桌其實內裡份量不算多,但其氣勢已足夠懾人!
埋單每人六十多元(其中一杯飲品要凍飲好像要另外再加錢),是不便宜的價錢。那當然,價錢好一部份去了租金和環境那裡了。
柑桔蜜 ~ 沖得好濃, 無將貨就價, 有咸柑桔既果蓉, 加上淡淡蜜糖水, 最o岩依家乾燥既冬季
老火湯 ~ 跟油雞飯套餐既例湯, 都好多材料, 都幾清甜, 飲完無咩口渴感覺, OK 架.
台南肉燥煎蛋飯 ~ 肉燥唔夠多, 而且都頗多肥肉, 屋企人話咁先好食, 但本人覺得太多肥肉唔鍾意, 伴碟得一條菜, 唔係幾均衡.
油雞飯 ~ 雞都食得出係冰鮮雞, 不過比 "大x樂" 既油雞好食少少, 但同 "美x " 其實差唔多, 但價錢差一折, 人地雙拚套餐先賣緊三十幾蚊, 太興要成五十幾蚊, 仲要同我地講 : "跟餐既油菜賣晒, 無菜你地介唔介意?" 我地心諗, 當然介意啦, 但都無辦法, 唯有叫佢俾多一件半件雞肉補償, 但被拒絕, 後來神奇地又有油菜送黎, 真係莫名其妙!
總括黎講, 食物其實一般, 無咩特別, 本人覺得, 食下午茶會最化算, 因為 $26有一碟細叉燒飯連飲品, 當中必選既當然係 "冰鎮奶茶"
服務方面 : 第一日惠顧, 發現職員雖然互相未有十足既默契, 但依然態度良好, 落單會講 "多謝晒", 食物送到客人前會講 "小心熱, 請慢用", 但有一樣奇怪地方, 本人發現全部女職員(包括清潔員工), 都清一色塗上淺藍色眼影, 令人有點吃驚, 未知其他分店是否一樣.
價錢實在比其他同類型食店貴, 但環境尚算清潔衛生, 本人會再惠顧架!
