To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去過咁多次都未試過佢哋嘅早餐，今日有時間就去試吓。佢哋啲嘢食都幾有心思，有比較健康嘅早餐選擇，唔似得其他餐廳淨係得扒餐同埋面餐。雞蛋香拿魚沙律多士 配 健康乳酪本身都幾期待，但係實物就爭啲啦。麵包都幾乾身，就算有吞拿魚沙律向上面都覺得好乾身。另外乳酪份量好少，兩啖就冇咗，一啲都唔抵。自家製糯米雞呢個真係好唔抵，因為入邊完全冇料，得啲肉同菇！如果呢個價錢嘅話會expect有多啲唔同嘅餡料響入邊。奶茶味道正常發揮，冇乜特別。柚子蜜味道有啲甜，不過都係可接受範圍之內。

雞扒 香腸 煎蛋飯雞扒 煎得香口，唔油膩腸仔 唔係普通腸仔，係有黑椒煎蛋 揀左煎熟蛋，再有甜豉油好耐冇食呢個款式再配一般茶走，茶底幾濃郁，但覺得唔夠滑口餐廳有幾多卡位卡位寬敞燈光明亮職員勤快

行過天水圍嘅太興 突然好掛住佢嘅冰鎮奶茶 所以就決定食佢個晚市孖寶套餐叫咗兩拼燒味 包括有叉燒同埋燒鵝 同埋蝦醬炒通菜拼鮮魷食物質素當然唔錯 叉燒肉質好嫩 鍾意食肥啲嘅叉燒可以選擇半肥瘦叉 但係燒鵝就比較小肉少少 然後用個有蠟燭喺下邊爨住嘅盤上菜 幾有特色蝦醬通菜炒得有啲太鹹 但係先有嘅份量都多嘅同埋好大舊每人送一碗白飯同埋飲住個冰鎮奶茶真係Perfect

"太興"終於回來了👏🏼之前因商場翻新工程關閉了接近一年，原來在同一位置重新開業🧐10月27日👍🏻又有新店...👏🏼👏🏼即刻試試先🤭顧客自助點餐下單，雖然首日開業，運作正常...沒見混亂🧐服務專業，食物賣相及質素都唔錯😋可能閒日不算太繁忙，QR code落單後，餸菜都好快送上😍🍵燉湯~杏汁豬肺湯香甜足料🤤二人分嘗剛好、份量足夠👍🏻京蔥爆青衣柳🐟 在外用餐通常不會點不知名的魚柳或魚塊，不想吃著鯰魚或鱒魚，見餐牌標名是"青衣柳"，可放心點吃吧😅吃得出魚柳肉質口感是有些分別的🤨😄 也點了燒肉試試水準，脆皮燒肉果然皮脆肉滑，只是略嫌過鹹，茶啡都夠味☕👍🏻日後想外出用餐又可多個選擇了😁話咁快第二日又再吃😆🤣🤣再試下其他菜式🤩星洲炒米賣相一般，味道尚可，但份量太少吧🤔奶茶紅豆冰...這樣東西實在太邪惡了😈每次飲都有啲罪疚感🤭又甜又大粒嘅紅豆，茶味道香濃👍🏻當作餐後甜品...自我安慰吧🤣
