To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍵燉湯~杏汁豬肺湯香甜足料🤤二人分嘗剛好、份量足夠👍🏻
京蔥爆青衣柳🐟 在外用餐通常不會點不知名的魚柳或魚塊,不想吃著鯰魚或鱒魚,見餐牌標名是"青衣柳",可放心點吃吧😅吃得出魚柳肉質口感是有些分別的🤨😄
也點了燒肉試試水準,脆皮燒肉果然皮脆肉滑,只是略嫌過鹹,茶啡都夠味☕👍🏻
日後想外出用餐又可多個選擇了😁話咁快第二日又再吃😆🤣🤣再試下其他菜式🤩
星洲炒米賣相一般,味道尚可,但份量太少吧🤔
奶茶紅豆冰...這樣東西實在太邪惡了😈每次飲都有啲罪疚感🤭又甜又大粒嘅紅豆,茶味道香濃👍🏻當作餐後甜品...自我安慰吧🤣

首先個燒味佬好唔滿意咁粗口問候屋企老人家。

買到番去,d叉燒又硬又肥,又黑。燶左咁。當然就唔好食啦。仲衰過大家樂。
大家都係少食為妙啦。谷住條氣俾人都唔緊要,燶晒咁,仲有機會食左生cancer
為左食平dd,通常我都會等到下午茶先黎食。
乾炒牛河就最多人叫,所以我都唔執輸,叫左!不過有d失望,因為都幾油,而且少咸,自己一個食嘅話應該會幾罪惡!
同朋友都叫左冰震奶茶,呢杯奶茶真係無得輸,奶味好夠,而且用冰杯助凍,唔會溝淡奶茶!正!
不過總括黎講,太興價錢都幾貴,下午茶都要$50蚊到一個餐!
今次分享一個高卡😆(卡路里),但好味的下午茶,就是頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵($40),兩塊厚切午餐肉,正😋👍🏼、一塊滑溜的煎蛋、和絕配的公仔麵,實在美味非常;
溫馨提示😉,湯偏鹹了一點,我便加熱水調和
再order一杯凍忌廉紅豆奶茶(個人喜好走忌廉),奶茶香滑,紅豆淋,冇得輸
坊間都有這飲品,但不是奶茶不好飲,就是紅豆不夠淋,但這杯兩者佳好
雖然調配飲品formula一樣,但各人手勢不同,各分店的味道可能有少許偏差
🐖菠蘿咕嚕肉,是我的大愛,差不多每次都叫,這分店弄得很好,皆因肉質好,廚師手藝又好,酸度剛好,便變成外脆肉嫩的咕嚕肉💯
🥦西蘭花炒牛肉,個人喜好吃淋的西蘭花,故落單時請服務員備注
上桌時,一吃西蘭花真的到位,好淋👏🏼,牛肉也是嫩的,雖然味道偏甜,但個人接受
🐟豉汁蒸倉魚,許多時都會order,肥美肉厚,加埋豆豉齊吃,惹味非常,又好送飯
鎮店招牌奶茶☕️,顏色靚,香濃滑溜,掂👍🏼
實在冇諗過下午茶時段係咁多人!!
未到2點門外已經有一條長長既隊等候安排入座
好彩等左大約10分鐘就有位~~
平時一直都好想試滑蛋厚切餐肉麵 但一直苦無機會
因為佢只有早餐同下午茶時段先有~
依次終於一償心願
但組合卻冇預期既match~~
二黎個湯太稀 好似加左好多水咁 變相好似湯還湯 通粉還通粉
而且通粉既份量唔多 食完並唔係好夠飽~
唯一值得欣賞係佢既炒蛋同餐肉
蛋炒得嫩滑之餘又富蛋香
而兩大塊餐肉外皮微焦 肉心則多汁軟滑 咸香十足
加上佢係厚切既 更令人份外滿足!!
完全搭救左主食味道上既不足~~
不但茶味濃郁 奶香足 而且甜度較一般奶茶輕 甘味重
加左奶之後口感更為順滑~~
加上冰塊係放係外面 令杯奶茶由始至終都保持原汁原味
仲愈飲愈透心涼 認真一流!!
不過上菜時間就略嫌長左d
等左大半個鐘先送到黎 認真要改善一下~~
