To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍴N1火腿通粉+多士+炒蛋 包飲品$34🎈
通粉湯底較重雞粉味,鍾意重口味就啱曬,我個人喜歡淡些少會較好。炒蛋未去到炒熟嘅狀態,仲有少少蛋漿喺度,我個人就覺得ok夠滑溜。 多士略為林咗少少,好似擺咗一段時間才上枱。
當然了,皇牌冰鎮奶茶是我的至愛, 可惜的是杯子悄悄的縮細了, 雖然不是太覺眼,但對於飲開的會容易察覺到,始終一句:希望不要為賺盡利潤而因小失大,令粉絲流失。
十分鐘後服務員通知通知今天沒有鴨腿湯飯,朋友唯有改點了蠔仔粥,跟著切雞飯到了,是一隻切件的雞翼加三片肉,上面淋了很深色的醬油,先吃了雞翼發覺很咸,再吃多兩片仍一樣,起初以為可能是油太多,但沾了醬油的飯不太咸而且帶點甜完全沒有問題,再食了一片雞肉及給朋友試了一片都是很咸,咸度是比盬焗雞咸還要咸很多,因為已經吃了超過一半沒打算要更換,只想通知聲他們注意一下食物質素,我問了一個剛經過很年輕人侍應為何白切雞會這麼咸,她沒有理會我的問題但第一句回應的是"你已吃了這麼多不可以換",另一個侍應則說最多換些飯給你,他們完全沒有理會投訴是不是事實,雞是不是真的很咸,我相信亦沒有去廚房了解一下。
最後蠔仔粥仍未到,但隣枱的客人也剛點了蠔仔粥約幾分鐘已經到了,追問侍應只給你官方倒牌回覆,她説:蠔仔粥時間要比較久一點,再等一下;但她沒有留意隣枱幾分鐘前點的已經到了,我們等了20分鐘仍未到。這種服務態度及食物質素以後怎會再光顧。
点解!大不如前!兩個月無黎食飯!好像去的不是太興!!真心要改進!不會再帶朋友來了!
太興既設計有一邊完全只得兩人枱,兩個人就方便

結語:其實入得黎 都真係唔好妄想太多有服務 不過都係想食餐飯姐 既然都自助斟水 不如搞埋個自助落單啦

沒有甚麼特式可言,叉燒沒甚麼特别只是很甜,但每斤售90元,乾炒牛河根本就是落大量糖的甜炒河,完全不夠火喉,怎叫乾炒牛河,收費又貴,觀塘那間分店有位服務員態度真的很差,總之不喜歡又不抵食就是了。
