To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎太興食 識食一定係食燒味下午茶時間 經過太興 心血來潮想食燒味，因為之前見太興做特價，吸引左吾少人排長龍。好壯觀既長龍，打探下消息，原來做緊特價燒味，但太多人了，我吾想排隊唯有錯過，下次再去食，今日下午經過見吾洗排隊就入左去食，點左個燒鵝飯拼叉燒油雞，凍寧7。出餐速度吾錯。吾洗等太耐。正呀喂。鵝脾斬件左，叉燒吾算硬 油雞軟得出晒油。份量超足。里餐真係好食。太興燒味比起其他餐廳算棒棒達 原諒我詞窮 真心值得推薦

第一次喺太興食下午茶，原來下午茶價錢唔算貴喎❣️ 我同媽咪同埋阿仔三個人嚟食🥰媽咪推介我食燒鵝瀨粉，冇錯啊係燒鵝🤩初時我心諗燒鵝咁一定唔平啦，點知媽咪同我講話下午茶燒鵝瀨粉連埋熱飲都係$38👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻之後我即刻同媽咪講話平時去大x樂，美x 如果食燒鴨瀨粉唔係燒鵝都差唔多呢個價錢🥹所以我好期待💕 但我食落去啲燒鵝嘅時候真係幾好食好有肉汁，而且燒鵝真係好味啲😋 再講下個瀨粉湯底對於鍾意冇咁濃味嘅人嚟講係OK嘅唔係太鹹清清地咁樣，熱飲方面我嗌咗熱奶茶，太興嘅奶茶不嬲都冇得輸☺️ 等我下次再試吓其他款式下午茶先

當日Lunch時間，附近突然落起大雨，狼狽不堪，然後就快快走入新都城商場避避雨。原本冇打算去新都城商場搵野食，想過坑口果面醫肚，但奈何雨勢頗大，唯有喺呢度搵下有咩好食。周圍行行，見到太興，心諗都好耐冇去，而且環境闊落，又唔駛等位，就快快入去坐低醫肚。大部份set lunch都係$50，今時今日呢個價差唔多，記得好多年前太興都係呢D價位。椰香咖哩牛腩飯叫左個咖哩牛腩飯，好快就來，以為一般般，煮得又唔錯，咖哩汁又夠濃又夠椰香味，牛腩炆得都淋，好咬口，輕微辣味，咖哩汁送飯真係幾有享受。不過薯仔就少左D，而且鐘意食辣既人可能覺得辣味唔夠。$66，性價比唔算高，還可以吧。冰鎮奶茶就一貫水準，太興嘅招牌飲品，飲過唔同嘅奶茶，奶茶滑同甜度適中。

都好耐冇去太興食晚飯，晚飯時間難得見到有位唔使排隊，就去試試啦。實不相暪小弟對上一次去太興食晚飯都有10 年前喇😂😂，我仲記得當時係叫燒味八寶飯，今日難得嚟到，就重溫一下燒味八寶飯，一上枱，賣相都係唔錯嘅，八寶其實係有啲咩呢？燒味八寶飯係有叉燒丶有白切雞丶有鹹蛋一隻丶有紅腸丶有燒鴨丶有魷魚丶有燒肉丶有燻蹄。燒味嘅味道就好似冇以前咁好，差咗。油菜就可以選擇生菜/菜心。飲品方面當然係飲招牌嘅冰鎮奶茶啦，奶茶都係唔錯嘅。

睇戲之前去太興食午餐, 叫咗北菇鴛鴦腸蒸雞配飯蒸飯最能夠食到食材原味, 然而味道適中, 唔會偏咸, 適合唔食得太濃味嘅朋友雞件嫩滑唔會過老, 鴛鴦腸選用瘦腸, 食落味道甘香, 送飯唔錯若可以改善等候時間, 用餐體驗會更加好
