To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初時我心諗燒鵝咁一定唔平啦,點知媽咪同我講話下午茶燒鵝瀨粉連埋熱飲都係$38👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
之後我即刻同媽咪講話平時去大x樂,美x 如果食燒鴨瀨粉唔係燒鵝都差唔多呢個價錢🥹
所以我好期待💕 但我食落去啲燒鵝嘅時候真係幾好食好有肉汁,而且燒鵝真係好味啲😋 再講下個瀨粉湯底對於鍾意冇咁濃味嘅人嚟講係OK嘅唔係太鹹清清地咁樣,熱飲方面我嗌咗熱奶茶,太興嘅奶茶不嬲都冇得輸☺️ 等我下次再試吓其他款式下午茶先
大部份set lunch都係$50,今時今日呢個價差唔多,記得好多年前太興都係呢D價位。
椰香咖哩牛腩飯
叫左個咖哩牛腩飯,好快就來,以為一般般,煮得又唔錯,咖哩汁又夠濃又夠椰香味,牛腩炆得都淋,好咬口,輕微辣味,咖哩汁送飯真係幾有享受。不過薯仔就少左D,而且鐘意食辣既人可能覺得辣味唔夠。
$66,性價比唔算高,還可以吧。
冰鎮奶茶就一貫水準,太興嘅招牌飲品,飲過唔同嘅奶茶,奶茶滑同甜度適中。
實不相暪小弟對上一次去太興食晚飯都有10 年前喇😂😂,我仲記得當時係叫燒味八寶飯,今日難得嚟到,就重溫一下燒味八寶飯,一上枱,賣相都係唔錯嘅,八寶其實係有啲咩呢?
燒味八寶飯係有叉燒丶有白切雞丶有鹹蛋一隻丶有紅腸丶有燒鴨丶有魷魚丶有燒肉丶有燻蹄。燒味嘅味道就好似冇以前咁好,差咗。
油菜就可以選擇生菜/菜心。
飲品方面當然係飲招牌嘅冰鎮奶茶啦,奶茶都係唔錯嘅。
適合唔食得太濃味嘅朋友
雞件嫩滑唔會過老, 鴛鴦腸選用瘦腸, 食落味道甘香, 送飯唔錯
若可以改善等候時間, 用餐體驗會更加好

奶醬多士花生醬大大粗粒,有口感無失望。
雞翼迷你西多士,唯一有肉食,重有骨落地添。
公司三文字小咗薯片薯條的配料,硬係食得唔過引。
咖啡奶茶無甩拖,實有一兩位叫。
紅荳冰加雪糕好多時見,用忌亷感覺就無唔好路。
埋單九人份,每人30元落樓,咁就過咗開心快樂既,歡樂時光。

但服務態度就真心有驚無喜。
奶茶羹痴左一片菜葉,叫侍應換。
仲要拎住個匙羹比佢睇住,然後講'唔該,可唔可以幫我換左個茶匙?'佢接左個羹,'哦'左一下。
然後指住個櫃桶講'你係入邊拎左黎用先啦。'我怕佢以為我個個係湯匙就話'下?呢個攪奶茶個喎,頭先你放低比我嫁喎,我無得拎嫁喎。'
然後佢答'我知'。再指住我浸緊既餐具講'你用個個攪咪得囉!'
😑😑😑'咁大個?攪奶茶喎,你無事嗎?'
我知湯匙都係匙羹,都無理由叫個客用湯匙攪奶茶嫁?
匙羹又唔係我專登整烏糟叫你換,我都明10間餐廳9間半都係烏糟。我又唔係投訴叫你換個羹姐,唔駛叫我用湯匙呀嗎?
所以正如樓上有食客講EQ低真係唔好去,隨時會食到成肚火。
