To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. To me, they still fare average despite the amount of TVC’s campaigns featuring how you can go there for breakfast, tea, dinner, anytime, any day theme.
Ordered the crunchy roast pork belly in wasabi sauce, which includes soup.
Although the food was not impressive, their customer service was really good, there was a fly in the soup and the waitress apologised and exchanged the soup.
{It was probably the same soup brought back with the fly removed, but at least they said Sorry and offered to exchange it, which is better than other restaurants.} I did not like the food much, because the rice beneath the meat was fried rice and baked again with the pork on top, it made the rice dry and greasy.
The pork was chewy and not fresh, and there was a strong overnight pork odour to it.
I would have preferred it if it was plain rice and Roast BBQ pork in wasabi as opposed to pork belly.
Although I did not like it, but it would be a good source of calories for those who need it, especially with the combination of fried rice and roast pork belly for the cold winter.

無需考慮下….ORDER 咗燒味三併燒鵝 + 乳豬 + 叉燒…
份量都 OK
味兒….沒落了…已不是心中的燒味之王!!!
燒鵝 = 骨的感覺, 沒有什麼肉地
乳豬 = 皮是脆但肥肉多,!!!
叉燒 =材料一般…蜜桃味可來???!!!

唔係普通人可接受到!!!!!
燒肉 = 嘩…好油…唔係肉同肥膏均勻; 係一面倒肥!!
芥苿攻鼻到食唔到…我都只能吃了一口…就放下!!

焗豬扒飯 = OK la 正常味!!
坑口的食店除了飲茶及地點較隔涉的,本人都帶同事一一的去過了,本來是日想吃新開的店子,可惜那店子真的是太多人了,新店就是如此,其實應該說,香港人就是如此,但其實自己本來也想吃的,吃不到那店,唯有轉攻另外的店舖吧,在未有吃過的餐廳之中,選了太興,因為其實其質素確是有保證的,在家附近的那所分店真的吃得太多了,今次也是首次光顧另外的分店,一於又看看如何。
同事事先張揚請客,但我們也不會吃了她的車,七個人要了三碟炒粉麵飯、三個小菜及三個白飯,之後每人要了個飲品,其實都真的很夠吃了,其中兩個炒粉麵是跟餐的,兩杯飲品錢可以省一點。
先來的是炒粉麵飯,分別點了瑞士汁牛柳絲炒河、薑米菇粒蛋白炒飯及飛魚籽海鮮粒炒飯,先來介紹瑞士汁牛柳絲炒河,河粉透薄剔透,入口細嫩,瑞士汁的味道也很夠,也是那種香甜的甜醬油味,牛柳絲數量很少,且也切得很細條,吃起來有等於無,吃着吃着,不期然拿了它來跟太平館的出品比較,此處醬油的味道還是不夠SWEET,但若不是追求太重味的,此炒河其實一點也不差,也可能是我定的比較對象是太過高了吧。
之後吃的是薑米菇粒蛋白炒飯,比起之前的瑞士汁牛柳絲炒河,這一個炒飯就真的清淡得多了,炒飯最重要是有鑊氣,令炒飯粒粒夠乾身而有咬口,可惜是日的炒飯可能是下了太多蛋白的關係吧,吃起來有點濕身,飯粒黏着黏着的,但吃起來蛋白味重,薑味也很足,偶爾吃到的薑粒又不會太大太礙口,加入零星的菜莖及菇粒對口感及味道的影響也不大。
再下一城也是炒飯,這個飛魚籽海鮮粒炒飯比上述的薑米菇粒蛋白炒飯要好得多,炒飯的溫度明顯高一點,飯粒也是乾身得多,吃起來更有粒粒米飯的口感,海鮮粒不外乎都是魚柳粒及蝦仁,吃起來味道不鮮,雪藏貨不死實及霉口已是不錯,而飛魚籽也並未能為炒飯的味道變得很精彩,似乎兩個炒飯都是各有各的問題。
三個小菜分別是西蘭花脆香雞、瑤柱雜菜魚柳及三鮮芥菜膽,其實三個小菜也真的很好下飯,如西蘭花脆香雞,其實是以蘸粉漿炸過的雞扒切件,伴了灼熟的西蘭花,加了點蕃茄芒果酸汁,雖然這個蕃茄汁的質感很茨,但至少是酸酸甜甜的,加上炸雞扒確是炸得夠鬆脆,惹味加甜酸的食物,真的是想難吃也很困難。
瑤柱雜菜魚柳絕對不能說是很清淡的菜,雖然說雜菜及魚柳放了點湯去煮也不會油膩,但其實其味道真的很濃,用了瑤柱及份量不少的蝦米放湯,湯喝起來真的很鹹,但不是鹹香的鹹,所以都是多鹽之故,魚柳吃起來不死實及霉口已是不錯,雜菜煮得夠腍,但順理成章的吸飽了鹹湯,真的不吃多兩口白飯也不行。
最後一道小菜的是三鮮芥菜膽,芥菜膽用上的都是細細條的,所以吃起來很是嫩口,腍腍的口感當中還帶點爽,咬起來能發出芥菜獨有的甘味,配上所謂的三鮮醬,說穿了也只不過是麵醬炒豬肉,吃起來味道非常之夠,其實應該說是挺鹹,但其實又不太覺得很有麵豉的香味,幸而豬肉咬起來不嚡有咬口,加了點熟油及蔥花在面,吃起來總算不錯。
最後當然也要喝的,也久違了太興最出名的冰鎮凍奶茶,賣點是凍的奶茶內沒有冰,冰的融化不至茶味變淡,其道理根本跟灣仔的金鳳及上環的瑞記咖啡一樣,其實一直也認為太興這款凍奶茶由於預先調校了甜度,以前的印象是很甜的,是日喝起來是比以前改善了,沒有以往的那麼甜,茶身都夠挺夠稠,由於是凍奶茶的關係,是沒可能嚐到茶香及奶香的了,可是其茶味及奶味也只能是尚算可以罷了,吃光了沖沖走人,由同事結了賬,在此謝過,也在此祝她事事順利。
第一次光顧非地頭的太興,其實集團式經營果然是集團式經營,其好處就是夠穩定,款款食物也幾好吃,但又不會特別的讓人難忘,但本人如有選擇,都盡量會少吃連鎖店,要再到此品牌的店子,心目中只有一個例外,就是沙田的太興,因為那分店取得黑白淡奶奶茶比賽二十大的殊榮,但要山長水遠入沙田,對我等在香港島住的人仕是有點困難的。
- 西蘭花脆香雞,三鮮芥菜膽
太興同平時一樣都係咁旺場,我地等左一陣先入到去,仲坐埋卡位望街景,幾舒服。
難得連公眾假期都有tea叫,阿爸梗係食佢至愛既叉燒燒腩飯,大大碟,叉燒好香,燒腩個皮仲好脆tim!媽媽就叫瑞士汁炒河,甜甜地,好夠鑊氣;我就黎個超級抵食既tea,廿零蚊包大大碗辣肉碎米線、炒蛋、多士同野飲,個米線好多肉碎,絶不欺場。飲埋個冰鎮奶茶,大家超滿足。食完再同爸爸o係樓下個AV展陪爸爸睇電話,隨便買埋父親節禮物,氹到佢幾開心!
相約友人到將軍澳探朋友的新居, 之前對將軍澳很是陌生, 但當然唔會無聽過太興這個名字, 不過食卻是第一次!
終於欣賞到佢個馳名燒肉, 皮真的很脆, 很香, 肉質不錯, 有少量油從肉裡流出, 肥膏的位置有點像筋的質地, 其實講咁多都係嗰句, 好食! 雞肉都唔錯! 這餐飯, 吃的雖然簡單, 但卻十分滋味呢
今次下午茶到了太興食一碟咸魚雞粒炒飯, 餐茶飲了一杯熱咖啡, 好味的不是個炒飯, 要推介的反而係杯咖啡, 好飲過好多咖啡店, 味道香濃, 有好重咖啡香味, 可能連starbucks都未必做得到!
當然, 碟炒飯都唔係差, 雞肉份量幾多, 炒飯夠鑊氣, 收得三十幾蚊, 都唔會亂嚟, 唔係點會廿幾間分店咁犀利

點知黎既時候變左肉醬意粉。我叫另一個waitness幫我換,果個waitness件蚜勁dirty仲要行路好似d出黎red既女仔咁,搖身搖勢咁行,不過佢換完比我都有講句唔好意思話調亂左。之後我mami叫果個米粉就黎左個麵,我又叫人換啦,之後我同mami講有冇攪錯落單果個係個manager黎既,落單落到亂曬,d下屬點算?
到我食個磨菇芝士意粉,d汁超甜,好難食。
杯阿華田又難飲。
依間野淨係話d燒味好正好正..但係其他野就咁..
