To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 薄蒸土魷肉餅超級限量版。完全見到個廚師對「留白」藝術嘅要求。嗰種無微不至驚人食滯嘅感覺真係好好。
健康星洲炒米,嗰種健康程度簡直係近乎完美!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️由於本人唔係好健康,所以加咗兩兜辣椒油。浪費咗大廚嘅一番心機。
飲品方面,本人嗌咗凍齋啡。唔知係邊一個國家嘅咖啡呢?色澤有啲似桑寄生茶🍵味道方便感覺今日可以又係一個懶洋洋嘅日子。真係可以令人放慢腳步返去繼續瞓覺。
冷風吹,盆菜心水開,就揀太興試吓有咩驚喜。擺上枱嘅「冬至盆菜」,睇落賣相正!鮑魚、蝦全部閃閃發光,豬手炆到腍,入口即化,好過連劇都唔好睇😂;墨魚丸跳嚟跳去,彈牙得黎爽口非常,西蘭花綠油油,口感脆生生,簡直係完美地平衡咗呢碟重口味大餐。不得不讚一下,盆菜底嘅蘿蔔,吸滿咗精華,吃落口中滿是幸福感。🍲
最後,朝早叫嗮桌友去太興搞個早餐會。來個「炒滑蛋加泰式扎肉肉碎米粉」,嘩,蛋真係軟滑得黎唔流油,扎肉肉碎仲要略帶香辣,同嗰面香意瀰漫,一試難忘。佢地話食早餐要輕鬆,但我食呢盤要大讚,真係正中紅心!🎯
總之今次嘅食評完啦,下次想再嚟試下佢地嘅「腿通粉」同埋「沙嗲牛肉麵」呀,每次去太興都有新驚喜等緊我!
其紅棗雲耳蒸雞胡椒味重,味道濃郁,應是食材並不新鮮,以胡椒及濃味掩蓋。
海味雜菜煲比較正常,但海味甚少,味道一般,沒有特式可言。
杏汁白肺湯還好,尚有一些水準。
白飯食落口旱旱,應是平價劣質的舊米。
食物整體評分低劣差勁,難登大雅之堂。
一上枱賣相好唔掂,透明芡汁好多,豬肉白曬曬好似千年殭屍肉又無味道,冬菇絲豬肉都好少,完全沒有味道,麵都有一點點脆口。雖然食材貴,都唔係畀啲垃圾食材,而且中成為70蚊㗎。
我忘記拍低這張肉絲炒麵個樣比大家給睇。因為冇諗過真係咁差囉。
唔通嚟太興只可食最好味咖哩牛腩飯、燒味和冰鎮奶茶?!其他就唔使食?!
服務一般啦,反正都係用QR CODE落單不經人手。

我哋最後決定去太興食,叫咗兩個燒味飯,另外仲加了個炒飯,都係下午茶餐,值得一提,仲可以加飯添,大家有需要可以諗諗佢😚
叉燒就略嫌太過瘦,兩個燒味都好似標配了一隻鹹蛋,燒鵝都幾好食👍🏻👍🏻
XO醬元貝菜粒炒飯要等耐d,一上就知道佢係即炒,炒飯一粒一粒的,感覺好正,夠鑊氣。
下午茶餐有飲的,加$8有杯紅豆冰(加$8係特飲,凍飲就加$3) 抵食就唔算抵食,係咁二咁啦😆
天氣凍食返個全餐真係全身都暖晒,好滿足✌🏻
黎到太興竟然朝早都要等位,不過等左5分鐘左右都已經入得🙈

公仔麵就正常,一路食既話浸得耐啲麵質都變林左🙃

呢個就係正常茶餐廳常餐既配搭🤗
火腿通粉一上枱個賣相真係好唔得,一啲都唔吸引😂
好彩食落味道都唔錯,火腿都好有誠意,唔係得幾條🤪
通粉軟硬度亦岩岩好,唔會浸到林晒😌
加埋生菜絲令成件事加左分,多左啲脆脆既口感🤩
多士滑蛋就正常發揮,呢個既滑蛋反而冇乜味,勝在上枱時仲熱辣辣出煙🤤
但服務就麻麻,催左幾次個多士滑蛋都未送黎🥴
最後要等到通粉都差唔多食完先送到🤐
