To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 勁多年冇食過太興早餐，因為我印象中呢度嘅早餐款式唔多！送咗小朋友返學就一個人嚟呢度食早餐，叫咗個雞扒炒蛋米粉加熱茶走🫰🏻✨雞扒我覺得都算好食嘅有肉汁同埋唔會太硬✨至於我嘅唔鍾意炒蛋倒埋落碗麵嗰度唔知點解而家好多餐廳都係咁樣🥺✨朝頭早我成日覺得嗰杯奶茶好重要🫶🏻今日你杯茶走係好好飲嘅———但朝頭早嚟講太興都算好多人坐滿晒，感覺比較擠迫，但落order同送餐速度都算快，唔使等好耐👍🏻👍🏻 如果$43嚟講我覺得不過不失但係未至於話有種感覺想再嚟食！

好日唔食，一食就中伏👍🏽薄蒸土魷肉餅超級限量版。完全見到個廚師對「留白」藝術嘅要求。嗰種無微不至驚人食滯嘅感覺真係好好。健康星洲炒米，嗰種健康程度簡直係近乎完美！👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️由於本人唔係好健康，所以加咗兩兜辣椒油。浪費咗大廚嘅一番心機。飲品方面，本人嗌咗凍齋啡。唔知係邊一個國家嘅咖啡呢？色澤有啲似桑寄生茶🍵味道方便感覺今日可以又係一個懶洋洋嘅日子。真係可以令人放慢腳步返去繼續瞓覺。

買咗一盒外賣叉燒$54，店員擺到好似打風咁。幫佢排返靚仔之後，賣相都係好唔吸引。份量好少，叉燒又乾又柴，又冇肥瘦均勻。本來諗住太興出名燒味，好失望。去街市買盒$25燒味雙拼飯應該都好過佢。太興 (將軍澳)將軍澳坑口重華路8號東港城2樓217A號舖

走過路過千萬唔好錯過👀！今日行到腳攰，見到一間太興茶餐廳，心諗歇下腳，嘆個茶嚟滿足下肚餓。「咸魚雞粒炒飯」嚟咗，睇落係相當普通，但一炒尚好，鑊氣夠晒喉，雞粒幾嫩滑，咸魚味道剛剛好，揸筷子就唔由自主咁一口又一口，吓吓要飲口茶解解鹹。提杯「熱咖啡」，嘩，香濃得滯，輕輕一啜，暖笠笠嘅，幾好，比啲星巴克檔嘅咖啡強多啦！😌冷風吹，盆菜心水開，就揀太興試吓有咩驚喜。擺上枱嘅「冬至盆菜」，睇落賣相正！鮑魚、蝦全部閃閃發光，豬手炆到腍，入口即化，好過連劇都唔好睇😂；墨魚丸跳嚟跳去，彈牙得黎爽口非常，西蘭花綠油油，口感脆生生，簡直係完美地平衡咗呢碟重口味大餐。不得不讚一下，盆菜底嘅蘿蔔，吸滿咗精華，吃落口中滿是幸福感。🍲最後，朝早叫嗮桌友去太興搞個早餐會。來個「炒滑蛋加泰式扎肉肉碎米粉」，嘩，蛋真係軟滑得黎唔流油，扎肉肉碎仲要略帶香辣，同嗰面香意瀰漫，一試難忘。佢地話食早餐要輕鬆，但我食呢盤要大讚，真係正中紅心！🎯總之今次嘅食評完啦，下次想再嚟試下佢地嘅「腿通粉」同埋「沙嗲牛肉麵」呀，每次去太興都有新驚喜等緊我！

例牌星期日會同屋企人去泰興食早餐，而家新出咗沙嗲牛肉麵，好邪惡超惹味！我就例牌要咗火腿通粉轉米線，炒蛋同熱奶茶。佢哋嘅奶茶最啱我飲，喺其他地方真係飲唔到，不過早餐嘅價錢真係越嚟越貴，唔覺唔覺有30頭食到而家四十幾蚊。
